In Delray Beach, Grand Villa is in a great location, has a wonderful, caring staff who shows great care for their residents. My Mother has been here for a year anda half, we have all had our ups and downs along the way, but we have grown closer, worked out issues and made Grand Villa a much better place than it was a yr and half ago. The staff is so friendly and offer great skill to handle the issues that come up. We have been very pleased and after moving my Mother over 1,500 miles to a place called we now call home since the day she moved in! You will not find another place as warm and loving.

Grand villa going a terrific job with its residents no complaints from us

My loved one was only here a short time, but I thought Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs seemed like a very nice place! The place was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly and caring. My loved one is normally very picky and hard to win over, but after only a few days here she really seemed to have settled in well! Unfortunately a medical emergency required a move after only a short time, but based on our experience I would definitely recommend at least taking a look!

Having our mother- mother in law at GVE has been a wonderful experience. We know that she is taken care of even if we are not at the facility. The staff is kind, efficient and caring, and knows each resident by name. They respond to questions or problems very promptly. Sarah, who will be 99 at the end of August, loves Linda Horvath, the Resident Manager and is always made to feel special. We have had only a positive experience with GVE.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought this seemed like a very nice place overall, and it was definitely somewhere we were considering as an option.

We looked here when we were touring. When you first come to the community, it has a very humble exterior. As you enter the property and interact with the residents, it truly is very different from many other places that we visited.

I'm very pleased with the job they have done so far at Grand Villa of Delray. The staff are all wonderful people, the facility and the individual rooms are lovely, and they take great care of the people who live here. My loved one really seems to be enjoying the food, and has gained some weight since moving in! I really can't find a single thing to complain about!

My mom is staying at the Grand Villa of Delray East. My sisters and I are so thankful for the care they have given to my mom. She used to stay at home alone most of the time,wake up at odd hours,eat the wrong food etc. Now she is cared for,has friends,gets the right nutritional value when eating,gets her medication exactly when needed. They just do it all and she is sooo happy. We all live in New York and miss her but the end result is she is healthier and happy .. We can't wait to visit her and the staff of the Grand Villa of Delray EAST.

There was a problem with communication during the screening process. Once admitted the head nurse wasn't sure of who interviewed [name removed] and didn't agree with what we were told. It was a nice stay once things were in order. The respite room had just been remodeled

Everything is great except for the lack of security. They have no cameras. Anyone can walk in. Safety should be number one in an assisting living!!

Staff have all been personable and helpful. Very clean!, food menu is good but plan on long serving times, activities seem plentiful. Medicine management has been problematic. Took several weeks to get predictable and reliable. The real message for any new resident is the family needs to stay engaged and attentive to the services.

The facility was clean and the staff welcoming and professional, especially [name removed]. But IT did not meet my criteria.

The room size is spacious and modern. Full size refrigerator included. Staff is friendly. Caring and helpful administers. Wish there was a book club as my mom would enjoy that as an activity. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families.

Overall I am very pleased with the establishment and the staff. My mom has a studio but it's very spacious with a separate kitchen with full size fridge, bathroom with handicap shower and a small balcony. The amenities they offer are excellent. The dining room is very very nice. The only complaint that I have is the housekeeping staff keeps losing her laundry.

In the short time my brother has been at Pineapple House I have found the staff to be very responsive to his needs. He has fallen twice in that period of time and they have called me immediately to let me know and have taken the steps needed to help prevent falls in the future. I have had little contact with him directly because I live in Illinois and he won't turn his cell phone on. I called the nurse's phone # and left a message to have someone call me, however, they did not call back. So I'm reluctant to call now. But overall, I feel that he is being well taken care of. As for activities I doubt he participates in any-he has always been a loner by choice and I'm sure it's no different there. That's his preference really. I'll be going to Naples to visit sometime in September/October so will have a better sense of his overall situation then.

It was very nice people very helpful. Answered all questions and showed me around. I was looking for a day care for my husband. He is in a wheelchair and does not get up. However, they could not take him as they want all to be able to stand and pivot and that will not happen since he cannot stand. I think this is a sad situation that most of the care places require and it's not helping people who could benefit from the day care with others like them so sad. The place is lovely and no issues with them.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Was always clean and the staff was very helpful. My father has adjusted well.

I found them short of staff for weekends. Staff was stretched. We were there less than 2 weeks. They could not handle [name removed] as declined rapidly and had to be sent to a skilled nursing facility where he passed on [date removed]. I think they knew how upset I was. He never saw a doctor and I had a complete meltdown which is embarrassing but the nurse was lying and then they wanted me to apologize to her. It was awful. Other people think it's great and maybe he was just too far along for them to handle. They gave me all of my money back so I'm thinking they were afraid of what I might do.
