When looking at the facility and talking to them it did not look like a bad choice. We did not get to take a formal tour because after talking to them we found out that they do not provide catheter care which is something we needed.

Riverview is a very nice facility. When touring, they do not take you around the actual facility, they take you to a staged area/room, I insisted on seeing the real thing. The location was too far for us.

Happy with all at grand villa

It is a nice community, with a lot of people that are the same age as my loved one. There is a variety of food choices and a chef on staff. Some of the activities offered include arts and crafts, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

Friendly care and staff

Each unit has a very nice screened-in balcony and the apts. has a good amount of storage space. The staff is very friendly and helpful and is very close to the hospital in the area. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Riverview is a very nice place but the location was just too far for us.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. It's nice and clean there. The rooms are comfortable. They try to engage the residents with activities and work their brains in the memory care unit They have crafts, play music, and play games like "Name That Tune." I've not tried the food, but it looks good. It is a little bit expensive there though.

We hose Grand Villa because we were in a rush and they had availability and they had memory care available which had a good reputation. The room sizes at the facility were fabulous. The thing we did not like was that they do not have any place to sit outdoors, so I think they need an outdoor space for residents and visitors. Overall I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose Grand Villa of Lakeland because our visit here was very impressive and the staff were just so helpful and friendly. The room sizes at the facility are quite large. In our case, the fact that it was smaller facility was great for our loved one. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

It is a pretty community. The people and administrative are nice. I think it is expensive. I feel we didn't get our money's worth. My loved one didn't care for the food while they were there. This is due to a chef turnover. Our time was during the pandemic.

We toured Grand Villa and there was nothing negative about the facility, it was just an average tour. After meeting with my siblings we found that another facility would fit our mothers needs better.

We toured this community and the staff was very nice and helpful. They provided lots of information to us and the tour was very nice. The only feedback i have is that is was dark looking and I would have liked to see the community brighter.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't know this, but you need to make all their belongings are labeled. My loved one is missing some of her clothing. Says she doesn't like the food because it's not cooked to order. It's more mass produced. I think the staff worked really hard and collaborated well with one another to figure out the right placement/setting for her, whether she would do better in assisted living vs memory care, and I definitely appreciated that. I think they're doing a job with the care they provide, especially considering my loved one doesn't want the assistance. But every time I visit, she always has on clean clothes and is fresh, and I think they're doing their best to take care of the residents.

It is very nice and well maintained. The apartment was very lovely for our loved one. The aesthetics are very nice, the dining room as well and they even give you options for food to eat. I would like to see the community get a hold of family more and let us know about our loved one more often.

Nice facility with above average amenities. The staff that I met were very friendly, positive and upbeat. The tour was cut short due to time constraints on my part. It appears there is little to no outside amenities, i.e. pool gardens etc. I hope to see more on my next visit.
