We couldn't be happier with this place, from A-Z everything has been perfect! They got back to us right away and have been great about communication! The director is always willing to speak with us and address our concerns. The staff are outstanding, they're always smiling and helpful, and they keep the place looking so clean. Even when my brother drops in unexpectedly the level of quality is the same, so it isn't something they only bring out for guests! When we toured we had residents come up to us and recommend it, and now that we've used it I would recommend it to anyone!

My Mom lives there for 1 year. I could not be happier with the facility or the lovely people who run the Grand Villa. Very nice activities, kept clean and up to date with appointments and meds. The food is plentiful and the dining room is run lovely for people with such varied diets.

So far it is great, the only thing that she doesn't like is the reverse menu, where the biggest meal of the day is at noon. Everything else is great, the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the polite people. She is in dementia care.

It's great! This place is really great. It's a little bit smaller so they can provide a lot of personal care. The staff is real friendly and helpful always willing to help my mother out. They were upfront with us; they're honest and real and we have a good relationship with them. I think they do a great job.

We've been very happy! I live in Pennsylvania and it would be at lead double the cost for the same thing here. I think the cost is not too high but not low, it's somewhere in the middle and it seems to be reasonable. It's independent living and it's more that we ever expected but everything's included. My mom get's three square meals a day. Breakfast is anything you want from oatmeal to eggs and bacon. There is a big meal a "dinner" which is more like lunch and then a light supper. It's all restaurant style and it's $5 more to take your meal up to your room so it forces you to be interactive and that's the point. There is enough going on to keep you buys. It's a feeling, you know? I talked to the administrator and things just clicked. We can highly recommend it!

My mom moved and on the third and so far, so good. She's still getting aclimated but there are always people to help you. I'm busy with work and can't be at her beck and call so we had to choose a community and they are taking good care of her so far. I have no complaints.

Loved the people there, but in general, it was too small of a property for my mom. She's a walker and didn't have anywhere safe to walk. Also, if I remember correctly, you had to eat a specific times and she's a late sleeper and would miss breakfast every morning. We all loved Barney!

This community was just like home!! The staff was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. All of my fears and reservations about moving my loved one into an assisted living community were gone by the end of my tour. The residents were happy and enjoying life in this resort like community. I would recommend Grand Villa to everyone I know.

1. Overall experience was excellent. 2.The facility was very clean. 3. The staff was typically very friendly. 4. The quality of care was fine for what we expected and paid for. My mother-in-law's health deteriorated very quickly through no fault of the facility so we fairly quickly had to change course. 5. The administrative staff was very responsive to any issue we raised with them. 6. Food options were very good. 7. Activities were good although we did not take advantage of them. 8. The value for the money was high.

Our family had an in person tour and this was one of the first community we had seen and we really did like everything we saw and all the different staff we met with .

We're happy with Truewood by Merrill. Our loved one has a lot to do. They make sure the residents get out of their rooms and come down for meals. They have a lot of activities, and the social aspect has been great for her. She's loving being around people her age and has made lots of friends. She likes the food. The only issue has been communication. I just have to keep on top of that. But everything has been good. We're really happy, and so is she!

our tour of Brentwood was very good. it's a lovely place and we had a lovely tour guide. we chose another community because Brentwood did not fit into our budget and it was further away than the community we chose.

The community is clean and overall the staff are friendly. It is an older facility, however it comes with well seasoned staff that have been there for a long time. This community is like a well oil machine.

We chose Grand Villa of Delray because we liked the room the best, the administrative staff, and I thought they were the safest place for mom with staff that pay attention. They have been great with communication, they send us personal messages to keep us updated. I think they are very accommodating, you just have t stay on top of the aids. The nursing staff is great but sometimes the aids don't follow through. Their activity director here is great and they are kept busy. I would recommend to others who are looking.

My parents moved into this facility (which was Brookdale) a little over 2 years, prior the purchase by Grand Villa. The facility , now completely remodeled is beautiful both inside and outdoors. The Director [name removed] and all the staff has always been compassionate , loving and professional. Anytime I have had any concerns, it's been addressed right away always in a wonderful, caring tone. The amount of effort put into keeping everyone there safe during Covid has been exceptional. This goes for staff and residents. I have received weekly, and sometimes more often phone or email message updates on Covid status and visitation rules or changes. I know my parents are comfortable and the best of care at Grand Villa of Clearwater. Thank you to all that make this facility a loving home for my parents.

I would want others to know when looking into this facility that I was confident my mother was going to be in good hands for the few weeks I was away. I hung out with her a few days before I left and she was having a good time. They have good socialization and quite a bit of activities for the residents to participate in. The food was also good here, it was more chef prepared foods.

COVID 19 precautions have limited interactions through size controlled activities. Staff attentive and caring.

My father went to this facility almost 5 years ago and we have seen several turnovers and different companies come and go! This Grand Villa Facility has their act together!! It doesn’t matter what it is or what you asked for it gets done ! Their a very caring and very nice stuff.... Thank you Grand Villa
