The Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was a great selection for my mother. They have a warm and friendly staff. They seem to truly care about the residents. I would recommend this community if you are looking for a nice community with kind people. The facility is always really clean. The care services are excellent. They do a great job at taking care of my mother. They offer many activities. The value is pretty good.

Royal Palm Retirement Center is a very nice place! It is a clean, well kept place, and the staff here are friendly and professional. It's a very expensive community, but the service they provide matches the price!

We've been taking my loved one to Grand Villa occasionally for day services, and I think they do a fantastic job! They're very attentive and look after her very well. They make sure she gets her medicine, and they're proactive about making sure she gets taken to activities and meals. Mom is not normally the sort of person who would be comfortable with the idea of a senior community, but she really likes it here!

My grandmother was resident at Grand Villa so when it was time to place my mother-in-law in a facility, we called Grand Villa. Grand Villa took such good care of my grandmother we knew that would be the right place for my mother-in-law. She is currently still there, and we are extremely pleased! The best part is that they really keep us up on any changes with her. The Nurses and Administrator are available to us, even on the weekends! I'm so grateful that we have found a wonderful new home for my Mother in law.

I toured many communities and the staff at Grand Villa were so welcoming and incredibly helpful. They respected my mother's budget and her needs. Grand Villa undeniably increased the quality of my mother's life. And because of this it has changed my life too. I know she is happy,safe,entertained and her health is being watched over.

Jessica was very, very knowledgeable and helpful about the property, care offered, pricing and assistance that might be available to me. She provided a thorough tour, including dining area, model and common areas. We were not able to visit the memory care unit because they were sanitizing due to a virus going around and trying to minimize people moving around the building -- understandable and to me, very good infection control protocols. Residents and staff alike that we spoke to were happy and friendly and readily talked to us about the property and offered positive information. This is one of the front-runners. Another positive note is that the Exec Director has been there for over 20 years, the maintenance director for 19 years, and longevity of employees usually speaks to a positive culture. So, even though someone was sick, our overall impression was very, very positive.

We toured several facilities before choosing Grand Villa for our loved one. It stood out above others in every way. The staff was understanding and empathetic to family members who had difficulty coming to terms with the monumental decision of placing a loved one in their care. They welcomed our loved one with open arms and made the transition less heartbreaking for all of us. All of the staff have been accommodating and attentive to our loved ones needs and helped to make the transition smooth. The community offers all inclusive care, which makes the cost a good value. The facility is clean, well maintained and in a beautiful setting. The sales staff is friendly, welcoming and fully engaged with the residents and with the family members who visit. The receptionist, Aneyssa is especially friendly and charming. She makes each phone call and visit a pleasant experience. Aneyssa is an asset to the community. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My parents are settled in and happy here! They do a great job at Brentwood at Fore Ranch, I'd give them top marks across the board! They are a great value, and even offer fully furnished apartments for only $100 over the normal price. I also really appreciate that my parents are allowed to live together despite requiring two different types of care. I would highly recommend this community to others!

I live near this facility and occasionally thought about visiting it to see if the inside was as nice as the outside. When a friend of mine went to visit her aunt I had the chance to see what I'd always been curious about. Take it from me, the inside is just as impressive as the outside! Climate control is important in Florida, and the temperature was perfect throughout. The staff was friendly and directed us to the aunt's residence. I met several residents playing cards next to the swimming pool. Comfort and a family vibe was everywhere, and from what I saw in passing, there isn't a single amenity missing. I have no doubt careful thought and plenty of time was put into making this facility exactly the type of place anyone would like having a senior family member reside at.

My first impression of Royal Palm was - I couldn't believe that I was in a Retirement location, cause the residence were all smiling and very friendly - plus Royal Palm in the hallways, on all of the floors, are very clean and they smell good (no perfume). My mom has been at Royal Palm now for 2 months, and she enjoys all of the activities with the residence each day. Thank you Royal Palm for letting my mom to enjoy the rest of her Younger Years.

They are very friendly and they really care about t he people who are living there, the residents. Again the only thing I’d rate less than five is the communication, but I’d give it a four. The food is good!

The community was very nice. It was brand new with a lovely building. The pricing put it out of our range though. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a very nice community overall and worth checking out.

Everything looks fine. We think it’s terrific. Our loved ones seem very happy. We haven’t had any issues with parking. The food is okay. The staff is very friendly. The community is very clean. It’s just a decent place to be.

Grand Villa was a pleasant experience from the "get go". The total staff takes the time to greet you, associate you with your family member and makes every one feel at home. We were well educated on services offered and The Grand Villa met or surpassed those expectations. All financial obligations are discussed. There were no hidden expenses. This facility provides a clean, safe, healthy environment for my Dad. He raves about the food and has nothing but praise for the people who help him. I found the residents caring and welcoming. When I visit I here my Father laughing and joking with staff and residents. That says it all...

The place is amazing! Everyone from staff to residents are very friendly. Lots to do...you make the choice of activities that you'd like to enjoy. Debbie, Miriam & Rosa (staff members) are fantastic! The food is prepared by a chef daily and has lots of variety. Price is great and very reasonable! I would definitely refer them to everyone! Great location, easy to get to also!

First I noticed the nurse's office carpet needed cleaning and today I noticed they were cleaning it! Don't blame the nurses they do a great job and I'm sure the residents do their best, but things just seem to drop to the floor. Food was very good. No reason to complain about that! As far as activities go my friend needs extra care when it comes to activities, she has always been very active but of late she has not been going to exercise because she can't hear or see very well now and it is hard for her to follow. Perhaps an assistant might be necessary for those who can't hear or see too well. Just a suggestion. When you can't see to read the menu then it is difficult to see what you are being served and it is easy to say just bring me something. But the waitress are busy and don't have the time to read the menu to everyone I'm sure. Maybe something could be done for the hard of hearing maybe a large printed menu for the poor eye sighted, copied and distributed. Great job other wise.

Considering the difficulties the staff faces, they do a really good job! Barney is a jewel! He makes every effort, and I couldn't praise him enough. If there are any issues, even a cold, they are quick to respond. I tried the food several times before we decided on them, and it was delicious! My only issue was that there were some issues with my first bill, but we were able to resolve them eventually. They are a little on the pricey side, but overall, we are very pleased with our decision!

Overall, the facility is clean, reliable and friendly. All the staff is personable and looks and speaks to you as you enter. Mom complains about the food one day and raves about it the next. My guest meals have been great. I love their Beef Tips over Noodles. The management and most of the staff greets you (the family member) on a first name basis. One is treated as family. Any calls placed to staff are returned promptly. It took me several visits to several facilities before I chose this one and I visited this facility at least 3 to 4 times before we decided. I am very happy with the placement. Mom has made many friends and she is much happier and safer.

I found Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs through [removed] aplaceformom [removed]. On my first visit I was very impressed at how "un-senior center" it appeared. It is more like an apartment complex for seniors, with the added benefit of progressive care for dementia. The entire staff is HAPPY to be there. Everyone we have encountered has been very helpful, patient, understanding and truly cares about the residents - making them, and their families at home and at ease with the transition process. They serve the residents 3 delicious meals a day, keep the apartments clean, help the residents with their laundry - AND my mother got to keep her dog!!! (This would have been a deal breaker for us. Mom had to keep her dog.) I have to say that Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is the perfect place for mom to spend the rest of her life. She has already made a few friends and has only been there a week!!
