I'm very pleased that everyone made my brother feel very welcome. Only thing I didn't like was all the little add on fees for this and that. But I was pleased overall and would recommend.

Overall this has been a very good experience, and I would recommend them. The gym and fitness facilities needs some improvement. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

We picked this community, because of the friendliness, cleanliness, activities, and amenities. I would absolutely recommend Pineapple House. The people that greet you are so friendly when you first walk in it's very pleasant and welcoming. The care is wonderful, and the food I guess it's all what you like. I love that place.

The Private rooms are kept very clean by the staff, and the public areas are cleaned often, and watched carefully for spills or other issues. Very friendly staff, they take time to get to know the residents. My dad is there at this point using a low level of care but it seems that they are very attentive when there is a need. My dad rates the food as "good".The portions are good and large and he has put on some much needed weight since he has been there They have a lot of activities and entertainment for the residents, some of them like color therapy don't really apply to him but he enjoys the Happy Hours, and game events I would say it is a good value for the money, the staff-to-resident ratio is good, and the number of residents is around 100. That allows more personal interaction. He was resistant to moving into a facility, but he is adjusting well, and the staff is a large reason why.

Communication is a problem. It is OK in the beginning, but tapers off as time moves along. The staff is great, and no one does not want the very best for the residents.

While the facility says they offer more care than an assisted living, each caregiver has to spread their time with many other residents. Some days it was only twice a day for a total of 20 min. that she received care. My mother in law was frustrated with the time it took for assistance to arrive when she needed immediate help.

A very clean, lovely facility but the staff including the assisted living activities manager, make Tuscan Gardens far better than all others. She is always cheerful, energetic, creative and truly enjoys being with her residents. And I must mention that Maria, Aris and Rinada are superb carers. They set a standard that all others should strive to achieve AND maintain. Well done Tuscan Gardens from a resident of two years. Please keep up the good work.

Mom has been here one month and the staff have been extremely caring. Mom loves her nurse, the assistants and her cleaning staff. I have been helped by the office and front desk more times than I can count. I bless them for their patience as they know how difficult this transition is for both of us.

It has been a fantastic change for my parents. They're comfortable and basically well taken care of. Like anything, it's not 100 percent perfect. Their main complaint is the food. They would like to see more flavor, more variety, and more choices for all kinds of dietary programs. If you don't/can't eat everything, then they're not able to accommodate you.

The Pineapple House at Sapphire Lakes is an active assisted living community with a friendly and alert staff, which offsets its' cost.

Come see it for yourself and make your own decision. I thought overall Grand Villa was very nice. The apartment was nice. I had no problems whatsoever except with the food. From the director all the way down, they just didn't seem to understand that they consistently serve food in the danger zone according to the health department's temperature guidelines. Other than that, everything was okay. And the cost was reasonable compared to other places I looked into.

They have some food options, that my loved one likes. The people are very friendly. The activities are a nice balalnce. The value for the money is good. We picked this community, because it's a beautiful facility. [named removed]from A Place from Mom, was so helpful, and gave me really great choices. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

The staff is knowledgeable. I don’t agree with nurses aid should pass out meds. Maintenance guys are always here to help. Very clean community, rooms, bathrooms, dining room are always kept clean. The receptionist is very nice. Food is okay.

In my experience it certainly meets my needs as far as not being isolated, meals, and activities. Some meals are great, while others need attention. Breakfast is always nutritious and delicious as it is made to order. My apartment is convenient and meets my needs. My furniture fits fine and I have plenty of space and storage. It was a major concern of mine, but it’s more than adequate for me.

This is a more affordable community that we found in the area. The staff are friendly. The food is okay on somedays; however, I have heard residents complain about the food more times than not. They residents have complained about the quality of the meals. The staff communication with the family has been good. The community is still working on hurricane repairs and requests to the property. There are still work requests that are still outstanding from when my loved one moved in.

I've lived here for over 10 years and they have always been welcoming and kind. I'm happy to call this place home.

This is a good place to stay, everyone is very helpful for the most part, especially front desk. Food is delicious all the time. People here are welcoming and happy.

Staff is great friendly and professional. the environment/building is very clean, and organized. It's in a great location. I would recommend this particular facility to friends, family and/or clients.

My parents seem happy. It took a bit of adjusting to the different lifestyle but they seem to be settling in. They keep quite active. The staff is very personable and seem to know my parents and have made them feel comfortable. They have introduced them to other couples with like interests. They seem to be good about keeping the family informed about important situations/events - COVID, hurricanes, etc. and any personal issues we should know about. They have held a zoom meeting for families to be kept informed. They have had some issues finding staff, but the staff they have seem to be doing a great job.

They made my my loved one, feel very welcome quickly. They feel like an important part of the community. My loved one, loves the food and the constant activities. The biggest criticism is the temporary/substitute nurse when they are short staffed. The nurse is rude and incompetent, and completely unaware of how to administer my loved ones medications.
