I feel like I live in one of my own. I enjoy most of those who live here. I like seeing all friends and members of family. I love my new home and family!

I love it!!

Upon arrival at Tuscan Gardens first noticed it was pleasing to the eye! After meeting some members and many residents it was obvious this is a happy and comfortable place. Our question, was this the place for mom Once introduced to [name removed] we felt her professionalism and attention to care and detail. It was beyond expectation. She is a genuine person that truly cares for the individual needs of my mother and all of the residents! She shows her love for others, her job and beliefs and takes pride in the facility completely... The decision was easy. Mom loves it and we couldn't be happier!!

Love it here. Kind people, clean and healthy, feels like home, apts are large and comfortable, great chef.

Wonderful place for mom! From the first moment we walked in and met McKenzie we knew it was "the place" - beautiful surroundings, everyone very welcoming and nice. The staff is outstanding and helpful. I would recommend this highly to those who need assisted living. It is a place to thrive!

I consider Tuscan Gardens a very special wonderfully comfortable community. I came here with my husband (who has since died) who had advanced dementia. I feel that he was cared for at every level with the best possible attention. I had continue to have great care. People who work here are friendly all caring and go out of their way to help you every way they can.

Been here a year and a half. The call girls are excellent - most friendly and helpful (all the time). The housekeeping staff do a great job - the whole place shines. Rooms are cleaned about three times daily and the room cleaning is excellent. My girl [name removed] does a most careful cleaning each visit. I'd teach several times weekly to residents.

The place is clean and the staff is awesome. I love the housekeeper staff and especially [name removed]. Good exercise class. My eyesight is not good and I can't do many things but I enjoy the community.

Very very clean, great activities and caring staff.

My grandmother and aunt recently moved to Florida from outside Philly, so Hurricane Dorian was a big first for many members of the extended family, including me. Earlier in the week, I felt a bit heartbroken that I couldn't be there to transport them away from the storm, as this is something I would totally have done if I still lived close to them. However, I watched all of the Facebook updates and read all of Grand Villa's thoughtful email updates. My brother and I were texting that we were on "Team Dee," because of how supportive and on top of everything you've been this week. Like I said, this was a big first for us and it provided me with a ton of peace and confidence about how emergencies are handled over at Grand Villa.

We are so pleased with this facility. The staff is extremely friendly. It is clean. There is always activities going on. Our mother is treated as if she were Queen for the day! We could not have found a better place.

I am so pleased with the care my mom is getting at Grand Villa. The meals are good. Most of all the staff is caring, kind, and attentive. I'm glad I chose Grand Villa for mom.

Beautiful facility and caring employees!

The 2 bedroom apartment was roomy,big closets and was nice.

Everyone working here seems to do more! The staff is also nice, interested caring. We toured a dozen facilities and kept coming back to Grand Villa because the people. He just moved in and everyone has been incredible in helping the transition, especially [name removed].

People are friendly, they include you. I love the dances and happy hours. The activity director is very helpful. The place is spacious. I appreciate being able to have my dog Jack here with me.

I feel at peace and at ease here at Grand Villa. The people are friendly to each other. It makes you trust them. It is wonderful here. You feel it when you walk in and it stays with you. The activities director keeps it interesting.

My mother had to move out today due to an serious illness and was not able to return to Grand Villa East. It is a sad day because 1st and foremost this was my mothers home. We were blessed to have her at Grand Villa East, the Executive Director was the main reason we stayed with Grand Villa. She was always available to speak to us when we came into the country. Living in Israel was difficult for us to be there as much as we wanted to and the Executive Director always thought outside of the box to assist us in communication and care for my mother. Today was an emotional day for us, leaving Grand Villa, turning off her light for the last time and dealing with the end of life for a loved one. I sincerely want to thank the Executive Director for all her compassion and the care her and her staff provided for my mother. Thank you again Sincerely J.C. and Family
