It's a very well run and organized facility. Their communication is very good. We get weekly covid updates and they really seemed to care. The maintenance dept is very good also. I would recommend this community to others.

Grand Villa had activities like music, buffets, bingo, movies. The food was just okay, they could do a lot better. This community is very well laid out. The rooms are adequate. The staff there is very very friendly.

Thank you for keeping my father safe. Tuscan Gardens is a wonderful facility, with caring staff at many levels. I sure miss visiting dad in person but the video and window opportunities are very nice!

They took very good care of my father. The care was consistent. My dad was in memory care. They were always on top of the care. The activities director was incredible. It is just a good bunch of people. My dad really liked the food. I would recommend them to anyone.

The care was very good. They did a phenomenal job with my mother and the staff was very caring. One of the care givers in particular was very good with my mother. She would send me photos of my mother interacting with the staff and other residents and engaging in community activities. My mother even enjoyed being there, despite her short stay. My mother, who is very hard to please, had nothing bad to say! The only thing was that the toilet was too low in her bathroom.

From the moment I started speaking with the directors of Grand Villa Boynton Beach it was apparent that this facility was going to be different. The overwhelming show of support, attentiveness of each of the directors, nurses, and staff have been fantastic. I had questions and they had easy to understand answers and invaluable suggestions. I feel secure in knowing my loved one is safe in great hands and that I will be contacted and included in the daily care and progress of all issued. I highly recommend Grand Villa Boynton Beach and look forward to a long relationship with them.

My Mother is in good hands at Grand Villa. I feel assured that she is getting the best care and is in a safe environment! My father has been at Grand Villa a little over a year and loves it here. It has given him his life back with all the activities, friends, wonderful, loving and caring staff. Delicious meals, served in a beautiful dining room. Spacious room with private bath and kitchenette, allowing him to have some of his favorite snacks and privacy. He’s busy playing cards or Bingo, going on field trips, art classes, Bible Study, and trivia. He just is so happy and so are we!

We have been enrolled in the "Day Care Option" offered through Grand Villa's Memory Care Program for approximately 1-1/2 years now. This program has been a "life-preserver" in managing our mother's daily Memory Care needs. Grand Villa's staff is comprised of a close-knit group of professional care givers; We feel that the level of care she is receiving is "just like family" as their motto suggests. They recently have acquired a new director, [name removed], and we can already see her positive influences at the Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Our dad has been living at Grand Villa for nearly two years. Initially, he was in Assisted Living but has unfortunately graduated to the Memory Care unit. Every step of the way, the staff has been as helpful as humanly possible. Our family couldn't be happier with the level of care our father has received.
