I am a Registered Nurse of 30 years with a Certification in Case Management. When I needed emergency respite care for a family member, Grand Villa was my first choice. I had rounded on residents at the facility in the past, making the choice simple when choosing a “home away from home” for my family member. This is a well oiled team who work cohesively to provide quality care with a personal touch while maintaining the utmost dignity of all.

My family is so grateful to the management team and the wonderful staff. Most was blessed to be able to spend her last year in such a great palce.

From the feedback I have received from family, they seem satisfied. It is a newer facility and the staff are very accommodating to whatever she needs. Overall it seems to be a good facility and I would recommend to others looking.

My mom loves it in this community. The staff is wonderful, the owners are even there and take an interest in the residence. They do all kinds of fun craft projects I would definitely recommend this community to others

Our experience with [name removed] and all the staff at Grand Villa of Englewood has been great. I can’t say enough about all they have done! They have been a God send. The staff continues every day to work with and for the residents. They all are very dedicated to the residents and truly look out for them. They are constantly coming up with activities and outings for all to enjoy. Especially during the pandemic – wow, they have gone out of their way to keep our loved ones safe and also provide a balance of activities during a very difficult time period. They have been so creative in keeping communication open and available during the pandemic. Thank you Grand Villa for all you are doing! Keep up the great work!

We chose Grand Villa of Ormond Beach at the time because I thought the value for the money was good and the original staff I dealt with were quite kind and caring. The room sizes here are pretty good and adequate for her needs compared to others that we looked into. I would absolutely recommend.

I placed my mom at Grand Villa, in the memory care department in November. It was the best decison I could have made. She is well cared for and the activities keep her busy during the day. The rooms are modern, clean and the staff is very attentive. She refers to it as her "special apartment" and she loves it.

I had to place my Father with Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs in [date removed], the start of Covid! Even with the facility having to deal with all the government regulations, they still managed to give my father extra special attention. ALL of his needs were and are cared for, they have made my father's life so much more comfortable. And being that I am out of State, they have put my mind at ease, and I am a worrywart! They take the initiative and have made very good decisions regarding physical, occupational and mental therapy, as well as keeping me informed of the status of the forth mentioned. They really do take the extra step in all areas of care; they are compassionate, kindhearted, considerate and concerned. They go above and beyond, just an example, my father always manages to turn the volume down on his cell, so my siblings and I are unable to call him, the front desk always sends someone to his room to call us and it could happen a couple of times a day! They really do take the extra step in all areas of care, they are compassionate, kindhearted, considerate, concerned. I Highly recommend them.

I was currently in a rehab for breaking my neck and I was thinking about moving into an Assisted Living community. I talked to the Executive Director [name removed] and she was so gracious to me and what I needed to do. I know when I am ready to move that Grand Cilla will be my new Home and I will be very happy there. When I am well enough I will be coming to Tour that community. Thank you for you help and kindness in my time of need.

This place is just amazing. The care and compassion demonstrated by all the all the staff is reflected in the happiness of the seniors that reside here. They genuinely care about the seniors that live here . The home like environment is just beautiful. When it's time for my Mom to move to a more supervised environment I will absolutely be considering this wonderful place.

My mother resides at Grandvilla in memory care for 2 tears now. I cannot express my gratitude to the hands on loving care she receives. The staff truly treat her as a family member. They are patient, funny and kind to her and understand her needs . An example, she does not like to be woken up in the morning, but they caught on to bring a cup of coffee to her, she is happy! It is the little things that make the staff so special! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do!

The Executive Director [name removed] and her staff are so passionate about the care and well being of all of the residents. The attention to protect the residents through the Covid crisis has been exceptional. I wouldn't consider anywhere else other than Grand Villa for your loved one in Clearwater.

Grand Villa is a beautiful building. They underwent a major facelift and the attention to detail was incredible. Their Executive Director [name removed] is a one of a kind. Her nursing background and home care experience allows her to completely fulfill any need in her building with a full understanding of how to solve every problem given. She’s a team player and works with a passion for seniors. I highly recommend everything this building has to offer to anyone lookin for a new place to call home.

As a professional in the senior care industry I highly recommend Grand Villa and especially this location. I have entrusted the care of several clients to them and have never been disappointed. Their nursing staff is amazing. I would put a family member here if necessary!!!

I couldn’t be happier with Grand Villa Clearwater. It is truly a wonderful home for my Dad. Everyone is so helpful and caring. I want to personally give an extra shout out to [name removed](I think she is an angel in disguise) who always takes the time and has such patience with some of the things my Dad needs. [name removed] in the office is amazing always is on top of things and pays attention to detail and last but not least [name removed] who always answers the phone with a smile in her voice and ready to help anyway she can. Love, Love , Love this facility and the employees! My mom has been in this facility since 2017 but most of it under the ownership of another company; back then, it wasn't a very nice place to be. Since Grand Villa purchased this facility a couple of years ago, the place is absolutely awesome. They significantly improved and renovated the entire place, all the apartments, the grounds, all common areas, etc. The place is absolutely beautiful now. [name removed], the Executive Director and her staff are pleasant, caring, honest and willing to go the extra mile. They communicate consistently and genuinely care for their residents! They are very in tune with my mom's behaviors, needs, challenges, etc and always suggest/recommend what's in the best interest off my mom and not what's in the best interest of their bottom-line! Great facility and highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the community would be a five plus, and they are doing a good job when it comes to the activities. It is a pretty new community so they are not full yet, but when things come up that might not be all that good, they are on top of it immediately and fix the issue.

My mom was a resident in their memory care facility until she fell in Fall 2020. Grand Villa has been diligently working with us to have mom return to their facility. Sadly, due to her declining health, we had to move her to a skilled nursing facility and she is unable to return to Grand Villa. I cannot say enough good things about this location, the Executive Director and the Memory Care staff. If you are looking for a memory care/assisted living facility, I highly recommend you check out this location. It really does have a "home-like" feel and I was so appreciative of the precautions that they took due to COVID-19, while still allowing us to visit her. That meant more to us than they will ever know. Side note: Prior to moving in here, my mom really struggled with eating. For every meal I was present for, my mom ate everything on her plate. That was huge! She would not do that at home for us! ;-)
