Very comforting knowing that my Dad is receiving the quality care that he needs.

Both my parents just moved into Grand Villa of Delray East. I couldn’t have been happier about the decision we made to make the move. The staff is excellent and caring. The accommodation are wonderful. The management is on top of everything and any concern is addressed immediately. Everyone is so attentive to my parents, they are settling in nicely. I have been to other places and I see the staff, I see the activities going on, I see the management team doing their jobs, I see the difference in this community. I am confident that we made the right decision to move my parents to Grand Villa of Delray East.

To [name removed] in the dining room and dining room staff, THANK YOU for accommodating the dietary needs for my dad and always serving with a smile. To [name removed] and [name removed], can’t THANK YOU enough for keeping my dad occupied and involving him in all your wonderful activities. To the wellness department, THANK YOU for the personal attention you provided especially in my dad’s last days. And last but not least THANK YOU to all the residents who became like family to us. My name is [name removed], and I live at Grand Villa Englewood (independent living) I live in apt. B 33 by the pool. I am very happy here, the Staff is Wonderful. The activities Director [name removed] is Outstanding! She works so hard planning all our activities. The outdoor Carnival was great fun. The Mothers Day Luncheon today [date removed]. Was absolutely Great. My Daughters came and the food, prizes, drinks were terrific. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and of course [name removed] (she is Awesome) really worked hard to make us all comfortable, it was a delightful lunch. I find it Amazing. That [name removed] A.D. Does all that she does for us residents! We love her very much and appreciate all her efforts. SHE IS A GEM, always happy, and she plans super events! My Family all love her also, we are so Lucky to have her! Again I am Happy living here at Grand Villa, thank you for all the Staff! I feel safe, loved and very comfortable.

Mom has been at Grand Villa Delray East for a month. She loves it! She says it’s like being in a hotel with how they make her bed and clean up every day. The food is good. She consistently says she has nothing to complain about! And, believe me, that says a lot! We are so impressed with the stability and commitment of the leadership and staff. My sisters and I are thrilled that the placement is a good fit and we know Mom is in good hands….and good hearts.

Everything has been good. Care is really good and the staff is nice.

Excellent staff, clean, and well managed. The food is good and [name removed] is the best! Only complaint is the meal cart takes a little long to get to the front building.

I think the physical layout is nice, not a typical boxy building with apartments. The staff is kind and pleasant. As far as meals are concerned I would like to see more vegetarian options. As well as more orientation for a new reseident. But other than that everything has been great!

I'm very content with everything at Grand Villa. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9 because the food could be a little better and the could use a pool table. But, the staff is nice and helpful.

The staff and employees are always friendly and provide great service. I live live in a very spacious one bedroom apartment, and it isn't great. The food could use improvement but I've seen new consultatnts around the building getting that improved and I've noticed a difference. I observe they have been a little light on staff lately, but they are great on willingness to help and friendliness. Generally everything in the community is very clean and nice. Biggest assets overall are definitely the staff, They could probably use a raise!

I have a dear friend that stays at the villas and have visited a few times now. The rooms are spacious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They seem to take great care of him!!

The Grand Villa Senior Living Community of Englewood, Florida should be the example of all senior facilities across the country. My husband [name removed] has spent some time this winter in the Memory Care unit with excellent caring, thoughtful and very respectful staff. As you enter the main facility you are greeted by beautiful plants, flower and trees on each side of the walkway! It is so welcoming! The front desk staff always greet you with smiles! And, [name removed] is greeted by his name and usually a hug.. he has lingering smiles for everyone! There are daily activities for all interests, snacks and meals available. A very popular event for him and the residents is the Bluegrass Band. Lots of musical activities, sing alongs and dancing for those who wish. [Name removed] is the Memory Care Program Supervisor..adorable, compassionate, very warm, great personality and loved! We will be looking for a senior community...as this in our journey out of state. My parents moved into Grand Villa of Englewood 2 years ago. They were no longer able to care for themselves but still wanted to feel somewhat independent. They were welcomed with open arms and cared for in a very loving manner. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating to their needs. A few months ago my father passed and my mother was alone for the first time in her adult life. She needs a lot of help and care with day to day activities so we moved her into the Personal care building where she has 24 hour care but still able to participate in many activities. I can honestly say that I am very satisfied and happy with her care and I know I do not have to worry about her. Her health has improved because of the care she is receiving. I visit often and am kept informed of any issues my mom may have. Looks like home and feels like family!

Mom has been at Grand Villa for 3 years in the memory care unit. She is treated with respect and like family. The staff is amazing and so very kind. They give her the best care. I would highly recommend.

Very nice community, clients seem very happy. Good food, which is important to so many seniors. Units are a little small. They are self pay only
