I have visited many facilities for my mom. She has lived in several facilities and this is the best by far. The staff is very friendly, the facility is always neat and clean. There are a lot of activities going on every day. We The administrator goes above and beyond and always there for you. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a home for their loved one. My mom has not been this happy in a very long time. She loves the food too. Win win.

The facility has top notch and enthusiastic staff the entire place is spotless. The technology is so modern you know your loved one will receive wonderful and appropriate care, the atmosphere and environment are modern, bright and just plain happy. Common areas are inviting. Loved my visit.

Exceptional community.

Stop looking! This is the place you should call home. I toured with my father in law last year. The love and compassion shown to us was like no other. If you are looking for a community, look no further.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff, amenities, activities all stand out as impressive to us. They recently hired a new chef and the food seems to have gotten better. Activities include puzzles, games, daily walks, trips in the area, happy hour on Fridays, outside entertainment and more for the residents to enjoy.

WE chose Grand Villa of Englewood because they took medicaid which was really important to us. The apartment sizes at the facility are really good, my mom is in independent living and my dad is in memory care unit and they both have nice size rooms. The value for the money is great and they have a lot of amenities provided. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Grand Villa of New Port Richey because this one looked nicer and the staff members answered all their questions, it was just overall a better feeling than others that we looked into. The room sizes here are nice, she is in a room for 2 but she is the only one in there so it is plenty big for what she needs. We think that they go above and beyond and would absolutely recommend them to other families who are looking.
