Very very clean, great activities and caring staff.

My grandmother and aunt recently moved to Florida from outside Philly, so Hurricane Dorian was a big first for many members of the extended family, including me. Earlier in the week, I felt a bit heartbroken that I couldn't be there to transport them away from the storm, as this is something I would totally have done if I still lived close to them. However, I watched all of the Facebook updates and read all of Grand Villa's thoughtful email updates. My brother and I were texting that we were on "Team Dee," because of how supportive and on top of everything you've been this week. Like I said, this was a big first for us and it provided me with a ton of peace and confidence about how emergencies are handled over at Grand Villa.

A beautiful community with wonderful caring employees. My father may need more skilled nursing unless scheduled physical therapy makes improvement.

The 2 bedroom apartment was roomy,big closets and was nice.

Everyone working here seems to do more! The staff is also nice, interested caring. We toured a dozen facilities and kept coming back to Grand Villa because the people. He just moved in and everyone has been incredible in helping the transition, especially [name removed].

People are friendly, they include you. I love the dances and happy hours. The activity director is very helpful. The place is spacious. I appreciate being able to have my dog Jack here with me.

I feel at peace and at ease here at Grand Villa. The people are friendly to each other. It makes you trust them. It is wonderful here. You feel it when you walk in and it stays with you. The activities director keeps it interesting.

My mother had to move out today due to an serious illness and was not able to return to Grand Villa East. It is a sad day because 1st and foremost this was my mothers home. We were blessed to have her at Grand Villa East, the Executive Director was the main reason we stayed with Grand Villa. She was always available to speak to us when we came into the country. Living in Israel was difficult for us to be there as much as we wanted to and the Executive Director always thought outside of the box to assist us in communication and care for my mother. Today was an emotional day for us, leaving Grand Villa, turning off her light for the last time and dealing with the end of life for a loved one. I sincerely want to thank the Executive Director for all her compassion and the care her and her staff provided for my mother. Thank you again Sincerely J.C. and Family

My name is [name removed], I have been living at Grand Villa East for over 2 years. The Director asked me today how was I doing and I told her wonderful. I told her that I cant say a bad thing. The wellness staff is always so nice. They are always asking me if I need anything, they are very attentive to my needs. The food is good and the place has a good vibe. I told her I am very happy I made the move, this is my home.

My Mom has lived at this community for over 2 years. The staff is always pleasant and the building smells and looks great. My mom enjoys the food and activities. I love getting pictures and updates from the team; it helps to put my mind at ease. Deciding to move my Mom into a community was a hard decision but they have become family.

This is a terrific community!

Both my parents just moved into Grand Villa of Delray East. I couldn’t have been happier about the decision we made to make the move. The staff is excellent and caring. The accommodation are wonderful. The management is on top of everything and any concern is addressed immediately. Everyone is so attentive to my parents, they are settling in nicely. I have been to other places and I see the staff, I see the activities going on, I see the management team doing their jobs, I see the difference in this community. I am confident that we made the right decision to move my parents to Grand Villa of Delray East.

My name is [name removed], and I live at Grand Villa Englewood (independent living) I live in apt. B 33 by the pool. I am very happy here, the Staff is Wonderful. The activities Director [name removed] is Outstanding! She works so hard planning all our activities. The outdoor Carnival was great fun. The Mothers Day Luncheon today [date removed]. Was absolutely Great. My Daughters came and the food, prizes, drinks were terrific. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and of course [name removed] (she is Awesome) really worked hard to make us all comfortable, it was a delightful lunch. I find it Amazing. That [name removed] A.D. Does all that she does for us residents! We love her very much and appreciate all her efforts. SHE IS A GEM, always happy, and she plans super events! My Family all love her also, we are so Lucky to have her! Again I am Happy living here at Grand Villa, thank you for all the Staff! I feel safe, loved and very comfortable.

Mom has been at Grand Villa Delray East for a month. She loves it! She says it’s like being in a hotel with how they make her bed and clean up every day. The food is good. She consistently says she has nothing to complain about! And, believe me, that says a lot! We are so impressed with the stability and commitment of the leadership and staff. My sisters and I are thrilled that the placement is a good fit and we know Mom is in good hands….and good hearts.

Everything has been good. Care is really good and the staff is nice.

Excellent staff, clean, and well managed. The food is good and [name removed] is the best! Only complaint is the meal cart takes a little long to get to the front building.

I think the physical layout is nice, not a typical boxy building with apartments. The staff is kind and pleasant. As far as meals are concerned I would like to see more vegetarian options. As well as more orientation for a new reseident. But other than that everything has been great!

I'm very content with everything at Grand Villa. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9 because the food could be a little better and the could use a pool table. But, the staff is nice and helpful.
