It's very secure. They've been very friendly and accommodating. The facility is kept clean, and they pay attention to your needs. Whatever you need, they're there. My loved one enjoys the food for the most part. The cost is a bit high for us, but we're managing.

My greatest concern has been the change in staff and sometimes the lack of but it’s still a great place to live. I love the refurbishment that Grand Villa has done. I love all the friends that I have met here. We made a canasta group that plays together 3 times a week. Most of the time the food is good. I just miss being able to see my family.

I’m very happy to be at the Grand Villa. I feel the homelike environment and a sense of family every time a staff member greets me. I making new friends and finding I have a lot in common with them. I love all the activities the building offers I go to bingo everyday.

I have lived here for a couple of months now and it has been amazing. The staff are amazing and super kind and caring. The building is dog friendly so I was able to bring my dog Oreo to live with me. I love playing bingo everyday and winning prizes.

Not enough ways to say thank you Grand Villa. This facility truly meets it's mark. Each member of your team made my mother in-law's experience a great one. Your facility, meals and safety is top notch but the genuine caring and friendliness of your staff beats it all. We just can't thank you enough for everything!!

My parents moved into Grand Villa 3 years ago, originally as Brookdale. In the past years, the facility has transformed into a beautiful home for my parents, The staff has been fantastic. The care and concern that they have shown during COVID has been remarkable, I can say my parents are in wonderful hands and we are so lucky to have them live here.

This was a good place for your loved one if they needed it. The staff and management (directors) are very caring and wonderful. My loved one had to ask for additional vegetables and the community was able to accommodate this request.
