Our experience so far has been very good, we would definitely recommend this community to others. Our loved one is not used to eating healthy meals so the food at time is a little bit of a struggle but he is really enjoying the activities. They have something for the residents to do every single day and we think the value for cost is perfect.

Our loved one has only been there for a week now, but everything is going great so far. They are back to having full activities, and the staff members are very good about encouraging the residents to engage and participate in the activities. they have a happy hour, the meals are much better then our loved ones previous community. The Pineapple house really felt like a home, when we first visited.

My mom is 91. After several hip surgeries and rehab it was time to find a safe and caring home. Grand villa is what we needed. The employees are kind, helpful and professional. Someone always answers the phone. The facility is clean, organized and offers great amenities. The staff nurses and medtecs are great. We took mom to an appointment today and when we brought her back she fell into her chair and said it's good to be home. Grand villa is home!

So our mom has been living at Grand Villa for 9 years. My mom calls Grand Villa home. The grounds are so inviting for her to enjoy and her room is cozy. [name removed] the director is always right there for us when we have a question. When my mom comes to her daughters to visit we know when we bring her back its where she calls home. We feel our mom is so safe too at Grand Villa.

The staff is very friendly and they take an interest in the residence and make them feel welcome Communication is good between the staff and our family I would recommend this community to others.

The staff members are wonderful and the care services they provided are excellent. The staff are just really receptive to any questions or feedback you give them, and they are also good with answering in a timely manner. Our mother absolutely loves the meals that they service. They have started to loosen up on the covid restrictions so they are now increasing the activities so there is more for the residents to do.

We did a virtual tour with Pineapple house and it was a very nice facility. They did a great job and it was convenient for my sister and I since we live in different states with different time zones. We were able to tour it together virtually and ask any questions that we both had.

Today was an early Mother's day celebration for all interested residents. It was GREAT!!! We had a wonderful lunch of Shrimp cocktail, Chicken Curry (mild) salad, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers... Then a fashion "show" by one of GV's FABULOUS Activities folks! Very nice, and well done [name removed]!!

My husband is well treated, well fed, the staff all know him and can talk about what he did that day. They keep me well informed when he is feeling ill and when his day has not been good due to a fall (he is less steady these days). They recommended a new chair and other things that would help him navigate better. He likes the food, says it’s very good. He seems happy. They took care to keep us informed when he was in hospital due to illness. They are very caring and try to be helpful to the entire family

This is a family environment all the way around. Great leadership starting from the top. All of the staff go above and beyond.

My mom has flourished both physically and mentally since moving to Grand Villa. Professional and heartfelt care begins at the top and is evident at every level. She has become a happier, healthier and more competent person. I could not be happier with the choice that we made.

We have been pleased with Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. I live out of town but what I hear from my brother is that the staff are accommodating and always get back to him whenever he calls with questions or concerns. Overall it has been a good experience.

I think it's a very good experience, and I would recommend it. They're very friendly people, and they do a really good job. They have activities every day - my loved one really enjoys them and is very active. He enjoys the bus trips, likes to go outside, and has plenty of interactions with his resident friends there. I like everything I see there.

My mother in law has only been in Grand Villa a few months and everyone we have had contact with has been wonderful! My family had problems within our own family when it came time to placing my mother in law into any assisted living facility and Colleen has helped and advised us tremendously!

My dad is at this facility and I sure am glad that I chose Grand Villa. Staff is simply awesome and my dad loves it there. Says it feels like home. There is practically no turnover which is the main reason I chose this place because it says a lot of how happy employees are and says a lot about management and owners. The maintenance guys are simply great. I just can’t say enough good things about Grand Villa.

The price has been going up, we seemed to get charged for something new each month and the food could better and needs more variety. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff in the Memory Care unit are wonderful. Bennett, Chalmy, Teri, Angel and too many others to name are always on top of any situation that arises. They’re fun people and treat the residents with special care and kindness. It’s a newly renovated facility and very clean. My partner has been there for 5 months, and he always looks well cared for.

The community is clean, comfortable. and the room sizes are nice. My loved one is happy here. The communication from the staff is good. They do a video once a week

The residents get more personal care here, and they keep them more active. And they pay closer attention to them, for instance noticing mood changes. They noticed this wasn't normal behavior and followed up, and they found out about a UTI. They play really close attention to their residents. The resident apartments are clean, they clean the bathrooms, an they even clean under the bed. Anytime I go to visit, I see activities going on. They do a good job of keeping the residents pretty busy.

They're wonderful, they're so kind and do their very best. They are great at communicating about our loved one's care. We were worried about falls, and one did happen. But we know they can't be there every single second. I'm hoping our loved one is able to go back to Grand Villa after rehab. They're the ones I trust the most to care for her. It's been a very positive experience.
