Tuscan Gardens receptionist, nurses, maintenance are fabulous. The atmosphere is classy and warm. The best design are the seating areas in each grouping of apartments. It makes it feel open and not like a nursing home. Your licensing is heads and tails over other assisted living residences.

Employees are wonderful. Always positive and helpful, especially [name removed] and [name removed]! My brother is so happy that we chose Tuscan Gardens. He feels safe and just as if he is "at home." We have been recommending to our friends. Also, the nursing staff, [name removed,] is very informative.

Enjoy spending time and [name removed] and the people that work here.

The facility is clean and safe with friendly staff. I would definitely have my father live here.

I have been living at Tuscan Gardens for about the last four years. Prior to this, I was living at [address removed] (which I still own and perhaps some day will return to it.) Tuscan Gardens is always "kept up" and the meals very good. I live alone (all my children are out of town).

My family was happy to find Tuscan Gardens for our mom. It is a hidden gem right here in Venice. We loved it from our very first visit. It is a friendly and welcoming community. We call it a resort because our mom deserves the best and we found it here.

My loved one chose Tuscan gardens after visiting several communities. She had a good feeling walking in the doors the first visit and now has become a resident. She seems happier than the months prior living at home. And it has become a godsend to me as i was the primary caregiver.

A wonderful place with caring people. We are very happy here. Good food, good activities and beautiful apartments throughout the facility.

I enjoy everyday. Always something to do. The place is clean and the staff very friendly.. l,m happy to be here.

I recently toured the community with [name removed]. She was very professional and sweet, was very attentive to our needs and concerns. I was able to meet with the executive Director, [name removed]., very professional and kind. As we walked around the community, [name removed] was able to show us everything that was important to us to allow for the best use of our time. I saw social calendar and where they are held, dining and menus. The room options are very spacious and clean, the community is a little older, but very clean and maintained, they are starting a renovation and I was able to hear about some of the great things to come. The residents that I saw looked happy, they were socializing together like they were all old friends,. We are not sure when, but we know that this is where my father will move to once he gets to Florida in November, I hope this helps someone take a chance on the unknown and visit this sweet spot in palm coast for their loved ones.

I enjoy their food it is usually very good . I go to the activities enjoy bingo and craft work. I spend a lot of time on back pouch where I am able to have a cigarette . I also enjoy the flowers and sit and chat with other residents. Over all my experience is a very friendly and comfortable one.

My mother has been a resident of Grand Villa for seven months now and my brother and I could not be happier. The facility is clean, bright, and very welcoming. As an out of state resident I do not have the opportunity to see her often. After flying in recently I found her to be in good spirits and health. She arrived at breakfast today and [name removed] made her feel so welcome that it put a huge smile on my mother’s face. Her breakfast was perfect (and my mother can be a finicky eater). [names removed] always make sure to put a smile on her face when they see her. My mother genuinely appreciates the staff. [name removed] had to call me on an occasion after my mother fell in her room. There were no injuries but his calm demeanor and detailed explanation of what happened and her condition put me at ease. [names removed] took a great deal of time today to update me and address any questions I had. Grand Villa’s residents and staff are fortunate to have them.

We loved everything about Grand Villa of Englewood. It is a great facility and they also offer Medicaid beds, so if my dad has to move we will be moving him here. It was a hard decision to make, but the facility we chose was ultimately closer to us.

Every Wednesday I am able to give Communion to 9 Catholic residents through Immanuel Catholic Church.. We then talk and share stories. They are a wonderful group. Very kind and interested in listening to what others have to share..

[name removed] is a first class community relations expert. (A+++) Please keep her near this community, she is a gem.

Overall this community offers great value for the money. The community feels homey and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its always very clean and i would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I would recommend and have recommended them. They've been very good with us, and whatever we need, they've been very accommodating. I give them the highest marks.

Both my husband and myself love it here the building is so nice. I personally love going to the activities room for arts and crafts, bingo, and word games. I have so much fun going to all the activites.
