After almost 2 months at Villa of Palm Coast, I am very pleased with the staff, the food, maintenance support and grounds keeping. Both staff and other residents have been friendly. I look forward to many years of watching the deer and wild turkeys roaming nearby

It's a beautiful facility; it's very clean and very organized. We had a good connection with the Head of Nursing right away. The woman in charge of sales that I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our move in was very smooth. I feel like my mom has made a friend in one of the nurses, who is definitely looking out for her specifically, so I think that's great. I attended an activity with her before she moved in and I was very impressed with that. I know she goes to their church service every Sunday and she enjoys that as well.

HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 3 YEARS. GRAND VILLA PURCHASED THIS RETIREMENT COMMUNITY ABOUT A YEAR AGO. AM 92- KOREA VET WITH MY SERVICE DOG. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT. WITHIN 0NE YEAR MANY GOOD THINGS HAPPENED.- NEWLY PAINTED MAIN LODGE-- INSIDE AND OUT- NEW FURNITURE, YARD MAINTENANCE ( GRASS)- IS NOW WELL TAKEN CARE OF, ALL INDEPENDENT VILLAS PAINTED ON THE EXTERIOR, STAFF NOW ARE HAPPY TO WORK HERE (GOOD ATTITUDE)- TO MENTION A FEW REASONS I LIKE IT HERE!! SURE HAPPY I DID NOT MOVE. THE GRASS IS NOT BETTER ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE- IT IS ASPHALT PAINTED GREEN.

Grand Villa is the second assisted living Mom has lived in. It is a smaller community with a great staff! Her room is neat and is cleaned weekly. The food is good and served at a nicely set table with stemmed glasses and cloth table cover. Mom feels comfortable walking outside as it is set off the main road and landscaped nicely. Best of all-SHE’S HAPPY!

I think it's a good place to live it has a great staff great activity it makes you feel like family and an feel like home

I was unable to care for my husband at home. His dementia dictated he needed professional care that I could no longer provide. Many facilities provide that; however what sold me was the level of competence & loving care provided by an exceptional staff. It appears to me that they genuinely care.. It"s NOT just a job to them. The place is well run and spotless. The entire staff work in harmony with patients as well as visitors. Keeping in mind that memory care is just one section. [Name removed], [nickname removed] as the patients know her, is devoted to her "people" in memory care. Providing them with conversation, games, and activities. Nurses are always on duty as well as many other caregivers. Knowing my husband is getting the professional care needed is truly a blessing for me.. I am able to leave my visits with him without worry. I rarely take the time to endorse anything. This is an exception. The Grand Villa is truly a home away from home for my husband.

Grand Villa is a great community for all types of care. The staff are so pleasant and make sure everyone is well taken care of. It is a great place for anyone looking for a safe place for their relatives.

It truly is a place where it looks like home and feels like family. Staff are always kind and caring. Care staff go above and beyond. One stop shop everything is done for you, so you can enjoy life.

It was very quick and efficient

We had a great tour experience with Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay - it came down to this facility and another one. The reason we went with the other was just because the apartment size was bigger and it was a little less expensive. Other than that, this looked like a great place.

I thought Grand Villa of Sarasota was a very nice facility. They just didn't have the more in-depth assisted living services that we needed for my loved one.

The process of moving in wasn’t as difficult as I had thought it would be. The staff was supportive and pleasant. The activities are enjoyable, especially the live entertainment, Bingo, and morning exercise. The residents are friendly . I’m happy at Grand Villa.

I had an in person tour of this community recently and you can tell their putting a lot of money into the place. Theirs all kinds of landscaping going on from new sod being laid, mulch being put down, and flowers being planted. It looks so nice & fresh and inviting for anyone wanting to move here.

I visited Grand Villa of Englewood, and thought that it was a very nice place. All interactions that I had with the staff made me feel like I was in my home, and it's probably one of thee better places I've visited so far. The rooms that I was shown were very clean and the size was manageable. The dining area seemed a little dark & maybe could have used some better lightning, but overall was a functional space.

My mother is a resident since early 2022. We are very pleased with the attention and care that she receives from all of the staff.
