The people are amazing. They are so good. The interaction with the staff is good. The food is not bad. We picked this community, because we were reffered by APFM. We are totally happy. My loved one loves it. It's a clean community.

We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is very friendly and this is a big plus for us. The staff were great to work with if we had questions or concerns about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from.

My loved one, loves the food. We picked this community because of, the proximity/location. Also, the costwas higher but they have a pool, and it seems to meet the needs for the level of care, that my loved one requires. My advice to other families, is to talk about what each level of care intels.

I know that my father is safe here.

My loved one lived here for a few years and we had a fantastic experience. The facility went through two ownership changes while my loved one was here and they did not skip a beat. The nurse was always available to speak with me and she was empathetic and honest with her feedback which I really appreciated. My loved one ended up needing more care which is why we moved. Truewood By Merrill Port Charlotte is an amazing place.

Tuscan Gardens is terrific. My mom and dad have been there together until my mom’s recent passing. We had to go back to our lives away from dad, and I know he will get excellent care. It’s a relief to know that there are caring people to look out for him. Thank you Tuscan Gardens.

I toured Grand Villa of Englewood recently, and felt it was equally as nice if not better then the other communities I have also seen. I was looking for a place that had perks an you were getting bang for your buck and this place definitely has it. Grand Villa of Englewood also takes Medicaid which was really important with regards to financial planning if need be in the future. I would highly recommend Grand Villa to anyone!!!

Best ALF in Venice. My 87 y.o. mother receives excellent care, participates in fun activities with new friends she has made. Exercise, therapy, games, music, happy hours, good food & meal selection, & nursing care with kind, professional caring staff. The attention to detail for each resident is very high. Residents are motivated & supported in positive loving ways. From the front desk to the Exec Director, Tuscan Gardens, Venetia Bay is" THE A TEAM" offering the very best in care, activities and assistance in Venice.

The dining was phenomenal today. Delicious I would give it a 10. The staff are so wonderful and take such good care of us. I just love it here.

Having housekeeping and laundry weekly done for me is great. I am able to enjoy life and not have to worry about the small stuff. Care Staff are very caring.

Staff are very friendly and really watch out for the residents. The facility runs smoothly and the director is approachable and concerned for the residents as well as the staff. Very pleased with the care our loved one receives.

Everyone was accommodating and polite. The dining room was pleasant but the food is lacking! The grounds need overhauling. The curb appearance is lacking. You are tucked away and disappear

Tuscan Gardens is top of the line. They're a full service assisted living facility, and the staff are very caring and understanding people. They walk you through every step, especially in the beginning when you're starting out. I have no complaints about anyone I've worked with or interacted with. My friend is happy with all the meals. They have lots of activities, and she's been happy with those she has attended. The cost is a little steep, but you're getting perfection on everything.

Tuscan has become my family. I never thought in a million years I would be at this point in my life but here I am and I couldn't be happier. I worked in customer service my entire life and I must say Tuscan has the best service, from the staff to their good food. I get amazing meals a day and I am always surrounded by people I call family now

Tuscan Gardens Of Venetia Bay has exceed my expectations. I have cooked my entire life with and was worried about coming here and not being able to cook or enjoy the type of food I have been use to. Much to my surprise the quality of food has been by far a Pleasant experience. The staff at Tuscan Gardens husband so kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend Tuscan Gardens.
