My sister [name removed]was having memory issues and we were afraid for her safety while living alone. We checked out a few place near Ormond Beach and settled with G.V. of Ormond. Beach What a great experience we had moving her in. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the facility is well cared for. My sister [name removed]had a short adjustment period, but now has new friends and eating 3 meals a day. We have hopes that instead of sitting in front of the TV all day, the activities at G.V. will help improve her symptoms and slow the progression of her memory loss. Both my sister [name removed] and I highly recommend Grand Villa of Ormond Beach!

I recently toured Grand Villa Boynton Beach. As soon as I walked in I felt such a warm vibe. I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist and she immediately made me feel welcome. My tour was the same, I felt so comfortable and welcome by our host [name removed] . The building is beautiful as it feels like a small resort with a pool view as soon as you walk in. The staff I witnessed all said hello and the residents seemed like they were enjoying entertainment in the lobby. I gave my visit a 5! I am planning on bringing my Mom for a tour in the future, although we are not moving her right away she will be pleased with this facility.

From the moment that I walked through the door, you could tell that this was a very clean place, and the fact that I was greeted with a smile from everyone was amazing! Even the residents are friendly and smiling and you can tell that they love it here and are very well taken care of. Absolutely the best experience to have when coming into an Assisted Living Community.

My mom moved in 4 weeks ago and is beyond thrilled with her apartment. She still gets to have her independence with cooking in her apartment that is absolutely beautiful. The communication from the management and nursing has been helpful with her transition. We would highly recommend.

Facility is very neat and clean. Staff members are personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. All aspects of care were discussed clearly. Living areas are spacious, set up according to the clients needs.

I went to tour Grand Villa for my mother. It was beautiful. All of the residents looked very happy. One sweet lady even pulled me aside to tell me how much she didn't want to be in a "home", and this was more like a resort! That made me smile. I was so impressed, there was nothing I didn't like. I'm sure this is a great fit for my mom. The staff was great too, so knowledgeable. Made my stresses lighter for sure. Thank you

Recently toured for a loved one moving from out of state, very clean and well kept facility, staff seemed very friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious and have easy access. Leasing staff did a great job explaining our options and level of care.

I recently moved my mom into the community. I don’t live in the area. The admissions department completely held my hand through the entire process. They even set up transportation to transfer my mom there. They help set her up until I could arrive. I feel they went above and beyond

Came into the community unannounced, and it smelled in the good. I was touring the memory care community for my mom although they are full and I need to place her immediately. I still put my name on the waiting list.

Moved in a few weeks ago. The process was seamless. The staff was friendly. The community looked great whenever we needed something someone was right there to help us find the right way to go. Not to mention the food is amazing!

My overall experience has been very positive. They are very welcoming. They do pay attention to detail. And they are truly concerned about their residents. They also take any comments and input from the family very seriously.

My father, age 91, was here just over a month after suffering a devastating head injury in March 2022. The services offered were good and sometimes great but other times really left much to be desired. [name removed] is an amazing chief of operations that always has a smile and gets things done quickly, as quickly as is in his capacity. We ran into language issues w/ staff caring for my dad as well as poor follow through when specific tasks were requested. All in all, they are doing the best they can with what they have, given the high turn-over work environment we live in. God bless the dedicated hard-workers in this industry - true Angels among them that help our elderly get by day to day. Yes, I would recommend this establishment.

One of the reason we picked Grand Villa for our loved one is that she loves it there which is a huge relief. She always talks about how friendly the staff members are and we agree we appreciate their genuine friendliness towards everybody there. They have quick response times and are very attentive. Overall it has been a really good experience. She has made plenty of friends and really enjoys the food. There were a number of facilities we had looked at where the residents would have to walk outside in the elements to get to different buildings and at Grand Villa everything is on the inside .

I only have wonderful things to say about this facility, it's just been great. The location is perfect. It's close to the ocean, 5 dog parks, shopping, etc. Everything you want or need is close by. The menu choices aren't always ideal, but they always have burgers/fries and sandwiches available if you don't care for the main entrée being offered for that meal. The cost is excellent, we couldn't find anything comparable for the price and what you get for it. It's really been a wonderful experience so far. Everyone has been so helpful. My loved one has had some trouble adapting to community life, but they are helping him through it. They offer housekeeping once a week and it's always clean and tidy. They also wash the sheets and towels. They ask that residents bag their trash and leave it outside of their door. The staff comes by to pick it up and take it out for them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I like that they enforce the rules, that's what keeps the facility high quality. They also have generators that keep the entire facility running as normal, in the event of a hurricane or power outage for any reason. So they don't ever have to evacuate, which is great. The amenities they offer are great, too. They have a fitness center, heated pool, bistro, wonderful housekeeping, and a great variety of activities. They also allow pets, which is great and is important to my loved one. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have lived here for the past four years and this is my home! I hope the good Lord will keep me here. The staff is very kind and helpful and I enjoy my neighbors. [name removed] is always very helpful and accommodating taking me to doctor's appointments.
