My mom is now in their Memory Care Unit as she has Dementia. Highly recommend to everyone, Mom is very well cared for and the staff has been great. The laundry is done a few times a week and she says the food is great. Whenever I go they are always engaged in some sort of activity. I go 2-3 times a week at all different times. This is not where I thought she would end up, but it has worked out great. We originally selected this site as we live in NSB and it is close to our home, at that time did not realize she would need to be placed in Memory Care.

My sister and I visited the Grand Villa in July and met with [name removed]. We were impressed with the facility at that time. We moved our dad into the Grand Villa in January and all of the staff were helpful, and welcoming. When we moved our Dad into The Grand Villa, [name removed] was a great help to my sister and I. All of the staff from the receptionist to the nurses, to the men that helped us set up Dad's room were all helpful to our family. Everyone was welcoming and great with us and all treated us like family.

All of the staff are really great. They're so concerned and friendly They take good care of our dad for us. It's such a beautiful and bright place, and it's clean. It was also the cheapest price that we found when we were looing around. We're really pleased with Grand Villa. And our dad loves it, which is the main thing. He feels at home.

It was a nice experience. I was happy to have A Place For Mom to help us in finding my father-in-law a retirement home. He really likes it at the Grand Villa of Clearwater and is happy to be there. They are very caring and even though he is considered independent living, they still keep a good eye on him and he likes their meals too. Thank you for recommending them!

We picked this community because it seemed like they had done extra training on staff with memory care. They were really good. They follow up with text messages and go the extra mile, which I really appreciate. I would recommend to other families.

We picked this community because, it is a very caring atmosphere, is very clean, and the people are very nice and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. They are doing well, working to get my loved one adjusted. I would tell other families, that It's a very safe environment, and they keep an eye on the residents. I would recommend it to other families.

We chose this facility because of the staff that I spoke to, after going to other places they were the most friendly and they had everything that my father needed for his care at the time. They really look out for their residents, know them all by name and are very personable. I would definitely recommend Brentwood at Fore Ranch.

This community is very clean and the staff members are really friendly. Our loved one does not participate in activities so we do not know what they have going on but we do know the have activities. The meals are good as well, our loved one especially loves the dinners meals.

Staff is very attentive to the residents needs. Very clean and lovely decor. My parents came here as living independently. The staff and director communicated with our family as their needs changed and guided us through the stage to assisted living. Our family is happy to know all of their needs are being met and that are parents are happy and healthy.

Overall, this facility is a pretty good place. My loved one hasn't been happy here, but he's difficult. I would live here if I could. The staff is friendly and care given seems to be good. The food is kind of a problem. The chef doesn't seem to know how to prepare meals for older people. For example, they serve ham that is sliced an inch thick. That's hard for older people to eat. I've eaten here several times and have seen other things like this often. The facility is clean, they offer housekeeping and laundry services. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is wonderful and very cordial, attentive and I would recommend this place to all my friends. I even have friends here already who are enjoying it. My husband lives here and really likes the food and I love how much activities you provide..

This is a great community. The staff is treats everyone like family. I would definitely recommend taking a tour if interested for yourself or a loved one. The Executive Director and her Team do a fantastic job of making everyone feel at home.

My sister has been a resident at Riverview for only 2 weeks and the difference in her is AMAZING!!!! I visited today to celebrate her 83rd birthday and was more than happy to see her looking so beautiful.....she was almost glowing. She is HAPPY and the stress and tired look in her face has gone and she looked rested and HAPPY! The staff is PHENOMENAL and couldn't do enough to make her feel welcome and "at home" in her new surroundings. We really made the right choice with Riverview Senior Resort!!! We are all so happy with this staff

Grand Villa is a very special facility. All employees are so friendly, experienced, and treat every caring and are dedicated to making all residences special.

Grand Villa welcomed me very sweetly. Food is good, as well as front desk lady is always there for me when I need her.

They have a really great team on staff. Everybody does they best they can to help as much as they can within certain limitations that are outside of their control. They go above and beyond in some areas and try really hard. They're very caring and helpful. I think they've done a pretty good job at catching back up after the recent storm and keeping things clean, including the public restrooms, which have always been clean whenever I've used them.

It is the best place in the area, it is like a 5 star hotel and is beautiful. From the second we walked in we loved it, it does not have an institutional feeling at all. All of the staff and the residents are very friendly. The food is very good, they have a chef who prepared the meals and residents get a menu and get to choose. They also have an alternate menu that you can always order from. They have many activities provided, there is always something to do. I cannot tell you how happy we are with Tuscan Gardens and we would absolutely recommend them to others.

They are awesome. They are always doing cool stuff with the activities. The value for the money seems fair. It's a nice community, and a great location. It was a warm welcome, and they made my loved one, feel at home right right away. I would recommend to other families. It's a safe place for my loved one.

I'm very happy to be at Grand Villa. I am much happier than I anticipated. I have not lived in another place like this. I find the food to be very good.

My first impression as I looked at the bright and open apartment was that I could make this my home and enjoy living here. My first impression was right. I live in an Assisted Living facility that is rated 5 stars by the State . If there was higher rating, Elan would qualify. The staff members are kind and friendly. The food is enjoyable. There are a variety of activities. The most amazing statement that anyone could make is the attention that I receive when I press a call button. A staff member shows up within 5 minutes. The surprise is that the Directors also respond. Doctor [ Name Removed] provides attentive medical care and I also enjoy her company. I am lucky to have quality of care and clarity of direction.
