Facilities outside (nice landscaping) and inside are clean and organized. The staff are helpful and friendly. They fun activities such as bingo and some live shows and happy hour Friday, among other things to keep residence entertained.

[name removed] and [name removed] were incredibly helpful as we were working to find a place for my Dad and navigate all of the unknowns. While he really just started there, so far so good.

All of those I have worked with recently when selecting this facility for a family member has been outstanding. A big thank you to [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]for making this experience so pleasurable.

We chose Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs because of the quaint location. The overall atmosphere was also very nice compared to other places we had visited. The facility is very clean andn the staff are friendly.

This facility is clean and bright with no phantom aromas. My loved one is always well groomed. His bedroom and bathroom are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and caring from the top on down. Many of the residents have come from other facilities in the area and their loved one's claim that this is much better. My loved one tells me that the food is great.

I can’t say enough positive remarks about Grand Villa Deland! My Mom has been a resident for almost a year and they truly treat the residents like “family”. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and it’s obvious in all that they do. We had checked out several options and we are so happy we chose Grand Villa. [name removed] (Sales?) made the transition for my Mom much easier with her encouraging conversations. The place is beautiful and well maintained! Thank you!

My loved one has not complained about the food, which is good. We picked this community because, when I walked in it looked clean, smelled clean, and the people and staff were friendly. Even the caretakers were friendly. The administrator seemed to know the residents. It was more expensive but I felt that I could live there, and felt it was good place for my sibling. I would recommend to others.

Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. The process is overwhelming most of the time and [name removed] and [name removed] made it so easy. They went through everything step by step to help in the decision of where to get my Mum settled in nearer to me. She doesn't need a lot of help and they had different "layers" of service when/if she needs it. She hasn't moved in yet, but all indications are it will be the place for Mum!

We are so happy that you could help us find Grand Villa of Altamonte. We have referred 2 people to them already. My dad ended up in hospital, then rehab. It has been extremely busy with both of them being in different places. They are back together now and we have them on a normal schedule once again. Thank you again for your help!!! Important to know that they have 4 parking spots on side and that there is additional parking to right of overhang that goes all the way around building (took us a bit to figure that out). The community was the big sell for us. The tour guide was great but the people that live there actually come over and talk to you. We love that their room opens onto a big community porch, which almost no one uses but my mom. When we went to sign paperwork, one of the cooks remembered my dad and helped him out that day. When we had trouble with getting a physician to sign paperwork correctly, [name removed] went to the doctors office and handled it herself because I had to get to my mom in rehab. If we have questions, we just call over and ask or email. They have always gotten back to us quickly. Staff knows me very well because I am there a lot. At first, trying to get my mom acclimated to the new environment and then trying to help when my dad came back from rehab. We use the physician that comes to the facility and Restore therapy on-site. Have been very pleased with both. Their daytime weekly tech takes amazing care of them. My mom loves that she can get her nails done on Sundays by a wonderful and caring tech. Nurses know my and have been able to help if a question or problem arises.

My mother moved into this community from Puerto Rico and all the staff (top to bottom) made sure she adjusted particularly during this transition. The care is outstanding and it gives the family peace of mind!

I would say Grand Villa of Boynton beach was like being in a 5 star hotel, very clean and updated decor. Staff was professional and extremely friendly. Family was always informed on any changes or concerns about our mom. My mom always had positive things to say about her stay there.

Our experience at Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay has been great! We are happy our loved one is here. The staff are kind and caring. Overall, I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

It was the best community we found. Checks all the boxes. Would live there myself. I would recommend to other families.

The facility is great for my 96 year old brother! For example, he had a spider bite and the medical care they gave him was superb. The nurse at residence treated him and took a picture of the bite for the doctor. They brought in home health care. Nurses came often and even the doctor came to his apartment. He loves the food!

My sister had dementia and we moved her in about 3 weeks ago. I live on east coast and been over about 4 visits now. The staff, nurses on floor, and residents are so nice and friendly. I would say it's a home I would stay in.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I placed mom in this very clean; beautiful rooms; dining room; activities; great staff; reasonable price; facility not knowing she’d only be with us for 30 days. The staff was super accommodating and they all k excellent care of mom. I got to spend the last 4 days with her and be with her when she passed. I have no regrets placing mom in Grand Villas care.

I really loved Grand Villa. I met two residents, who were friendly and happy. It was a clean and smaller community. It's a good place. I love what they are about.

I’m an HHA and my husband is a paramedic and we agree that Grand Villa of new Port Richey is wonderful. It is clean and from the minute you walk in you are greeted by people who will do everything to help you and show love for every patient.

I toured this facility. We decided against it due to the distance it is from our home, but loved it as it was smaller and very comfortable. But definitely rated 5!
