I am doing well. So happy that I have my dog here with me. I am happy and getting along. I have met some nice people. The apartment is clean. I appreciate you Always checking on me. The staff is nice and helpful. I can’t complain about the food – it’s good and hot.

I can’t complain. I get fed 3 times a day. My apartment is clean. My laundry gets washed. I sit with nice people in the dining room. Everyone is nice and helpful. I can’t ask for much more. I’m happy to be here.

I am so happy here and so is [name removed]. She is happy that I am here. She is going to bring me my cat. Once I have her here everything will be perfect. I like playing BINGO with my friends. [name removed] is so helpful to me. She checks on me and lets [name removed] know I am ok.

How fortunate my husband I were to find Tuscan Gardens. We have been here over two months and have not met a staff member we did not like Our comfort seems to really matter to them. They have two staff members that work to provide us with many appropriate activities. They plan activities that will work for residents with all levels of abilities. It is wonderful that three meals are provided daily. They have other items available if you do not like the two entrees on the menu. One perk that I am sure the ladies would notice is that we have cloth napkins for all meals and tablecloths for dinner. To me that just shows class. We have found the meals to be very good with a nice variety. After a few days the servers not only know your name, but what you want to drink. The facility is spotless, and our apartment is cleaned weekly. Our bed is changed weekly, and our towels are washed at that time. Our individual clothes are laundered twice a week and never mixed with others.

The staff are wonderful at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. They worked on my loved one's room to make it so warm and inviting. The house keeping was always on time and the cleanliness of the facility was spot on. She was not impressed with the food, it was to salty for her, but I think that was her medicine. Everything else was great! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. Communication with the family is strong. The staffing is very knowledgeable and helpful. The meals are cut up by staff. However, that irritates my loved one. He doesn't need it. The facility is kept very clean. I would recommend this facility to others.

While living at Grand Villa, my dad was well cared for. I always found the interior very warm and welcoming. Thank you for the time you had my dad in your care. I will always remember you kindly. (Dad lived up in what you referred to as the birds nest)

Our family had an in person tour with Grand Villa of Delray East and it was a good tour experience and provided a good wealth of information. We did see the benefits in this property. At the end of the day we just did not think this would be a good fit for our loved one.

The whole staff was extremely helpful in getting my parents settled into the facility. Everything is always clean and smells nice when we visit. The food smells amazing when we visit. The choices are nice too. They keep my parents active. There are many outings for my parents to attend. There are also activities that happen in the facility as well. My parents are more active now than before they moved into Grand Villa. The cost is equivalent to the average price for facilities on the area.

From morning til bedtime, there are nonstop activities, games, challenges, lectures, exercise classes, art projects movies, music and so much more. Meanwhile, you can work on a puzzle, visit the hair salon, get a mani/pedicure or go on an outing. There is no shortage of things to do. The activities and events team is exceptional at Tuscan Gardens. You cannot or will not be bored! Enjoy full, busy, active fun days everyday!

[name removed] the activities director is wonderful. She works really hard planning all activities. You can see the effort she puts in! I enjoy sittersize, Red Hat group and Bingo. There are so many activities to participate in daily!

Staff interacts well with all residents. All planned activities are fun. We have a ball with bocce ball, cornhole & golf. We love the different variety of live music entertainment that we have. We receive a monthly calendar of all events plus daily reminder sheets are put out for all residents.

I’ve been looking for an assistive living facility for my father, he’s a very active person. The activities here are number 2 on my list! The care is number 1. I’ve looked all around town and as soon as I walked into Tuscan Gardens I felt like I was home. I walked by the activities calendar and was presently surprised. It is jammed packed every single day with activities like bingo, trivia, and s’mores over a fire! I know he will never be bored. The building is spotless, the residents seem very happy, and the staff was spectacular. They looked to thoroughly enjoy their jobs! I have a few more places I want to look at, but I am sure that Tuscan Gardens will be the pick for my father. 10/10

We are moving mom here this week and already the staff has gone above and beyond helping us with a difficult transition from the hospital to rehab to what is going to be her beautiful studio at Grand Villa. We've known of the place for some time - mom has a condo right next door. That it's so close and familiar territory makes the move even easier. There have been recent Grand Villa renovations that make it feel very fresh and lovely. I feel so much better knowing she's going to be cared for by kind people and in such a nice environment. Thanks [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]! And we can't wait to meet the rest of your team.

They have wonderful activities and happy hour , music bingo and lot of games, movie nights in a wonderful theater room big scream TV to watch it on. The other resident to meet and befriend it a love place to stay and live I would be very glad to put my mom at tuscan garden

[name removed] was very helpful and knowledgeable while placing our cousin at Grand Villa. She explained the process and patiently answered all our questions. She was very personable and polite. I would strongly recommend consulting with her if you are considering Grand Villa of Deland.

I toured the community. It was very clean. There was an entertainer. Everyone looked happy enjoying the music. The apartment was nice. I'm not ready yet but definitely consider it when I am.

Great facility!! Staff is always attentive, especially the Mem Director and her staff. All here are pleasant, always willing to help. Very caring of all residents. These people are truly committed to what they do. Five stars ALL AROUND !! HIGHLY Recommend

I am totally happy living here. The Pineapple House is the best community in town. The location is great. The activities are wonderful and the staff make you feel part of their family. Also, it’s a very cozy community and has many amenities included.

As a 79 year old lady I can say that I have never been in a community like this one. Even my mom with her 99 years. Every day I ask myself if there is anything I can change and I haven’t been able to find a thing. The community has an incredible variety, there is always something happening for everyone.
