Grand Villa of Clearwater is a safe, and loving environment. The community is clean and tidy. the staff and residents are amazing, and you can tell they truly cater to people. We love it for our loved one.

Everyone is friendly. Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs feels "homey" rather than institutional. I did not see the kitchen, but my dad eats with [name removed] and he leaves nothing behind! I would recommend Grand Villa to anybody in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend it. And the people who work there are warm and inviting and it's very clean and we have been very very happy with it so far. I cannot thank you enough for connecting me. I would say it's been great. We picked this community because they also accept Medicaid. So when she runs out of money, she won't have to leave.

The staff is very personable and helpful. I feel my mom is safe here and there are so many activities for her to partake should she wish. I have always been able to reach a nurse on staff when needed and the receptionists follow up quickly on my requests. So far, my experience has been very favorable and I would recommend this facility to others.

We have been very pleased with the care, attention and amenities that have been provided. Our parents have been welcomed and made feel part of the community by both staff and residents. Special recognition to [names removed]

The main reason we chose Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay over others we looking into was because they maintained a high level of cleanliness and attractive environment. The residents seemed to interact more during our tour. Staff is very professional and eager to assist residents and family members with anything that they may need.

My mother had a two week stay here while I delivered my son and it was such a relief knowing that she was so well taken care of! [name removed] and [name removed] were extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze. All the staff here are wonderful and truly take care of their residents. My mother thoroughly enjoyed herself. There were so many activities her for her to attend and her apartment was beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff members treat the residents with Dignity and Respect and family members, too. Encouragement provided to the residents for their efforts.

I looked at nine different Memory Care facilities, that will possibly meet all my (vascular dementia) mother’s needs which includes: physical, mentally, emotionally and safety. Grand Villa was the perfect place for my beloved mom. The staff are caring, supportive, respectful, knowledgeable and are really there for her 24/7. I finally have peace of mind/heart now and am happy she is in the perfect caring place!

I must say my dad has been there month and as I visit everyday I notice how attentive the staff is to all residents.. Each one that I have met are friendly and are truly concerned about the well being of each person on heir floor. [name removed] and [name removed] as well as two other woman ( not sure their names)make me feel that my father is in good hands. The stall that create activities are also truly amazing and very patient with each person . [name removed] in leasing is very helpful and kind do deal with while I was making the decision to put my father there. One thing is or could be an issue . I go everyday and sometimes it can be time consuming to get in because you have to wait for staff to let you in, they are busy taking care of the residents so that is a plus, but waiting can be 10-15 min, so plan ahead. I'm happy that my father has gotten comfortable their , makes his and my life that much better!

The staff is competent and caring at Grand Villa of DeLand. The housekeeping maintains a clean environment for the residents. Communication with the family is good, but I would appreciate more frequent updates regarding any changes in my loved one's medications. The move in went smoothly. The food is good quality, my loved one frequently asks for seconds. I was pleased with what I saw at Grand Villa the first time I visited. So far, it looks like we made the right choice. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My brother toured and felt the people at Grand Villa Altamonte Springs were the friendliest. He is in the hospitality industry, so he was impressed by that. The sales and on-boarding process was easy and personal was very helpful. Access to in-house doctor and PT are very helpful and makes it easy on family members. My mother is in a shared room, so we didn't look at size specifics, but it was the most affordable with the services provided. My mother has limited income so it was important to us. The dining options are numerous and flexible.

We placed my father-in-law in Grand Villa in 2021 and he received excellent care from the staff on every level, including the memory care unit. My closest friend placed her Mother in the facility last year and the entire family is very pleased with her care. This year a close family friend, who needed to move to assisted living, asked for our help. She has no family and knew we had needed placement for a family member. We scheduled Grand Villa and two other facilities she wanted to tour. Grand Villa was the first one scheduled and the last. After her tour and meeting the staff she did not want to see the other facilities. She is very pleased with her decision. The food is very good, there are many activities for the residents and even field trips.

After searching many facilities, Grand Villa was definitely the best choice I could have made. The staff is happy and very helpful. Anything you need help with, there is always someone with a smile to help you

[name removed] and [name removed] were Very helpful and knowledgeable in filling out the paperwork and getting all the stuff to me in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and ready for my mom with clean towels and a welcome basket.[name removed] and [name removed] both did a very good job. I enjoy all the ladies I’ve met so far

We visit residents regularly. They are well cared for and seem happy in their environment. Always happily involved in a wide variety of activities to keep them either entertained or involved in their community

The staff has been extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. My mother is enjoying the food and is making friends. The facility is conveniently designed and clean. All needs have been met in a timely fashion.

You get the feeling when you walk through the door like you've walked into a very nice Hotel. You are greeted by the staff and everyone is very professional and helpful. [name removed] assisted us on our tour and initial consultation. She was genuine and a great listener which is very helpful when you are trying to find a new home for a loved one. After touring the facility , and going over all of the amenities included It didn't take us long to decide that this was the place to be. We are looking forward to a great experience. We would have no problem recommending the Grand Villa at Deland.
