We had to move mom into the next step in her journey, and we chose Grand Villa because of the people and the overall atmosphere. These people care about the residences and about their long-term care. Very easy to work with. It’s been a great experience so far ! [name removed] is wonderful to work with ! Can’t say enough good things !

My husband and I enjoy the great events. We have a great time with other residents, card groups, live music, food and wine events. Everyday is a vacation.

Weekly live music is my favorite. The food is gourmet and wonderful. This plae is like a luxury cruise ship everyday. I couldn't be happier.

My father always has loving and considerate care at Pineapple House. At first, he resisted going to assisted living - now he doesn't want to leave. Thank you to the exceptional staff of the Pineapple House!

My parents are residents at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs and they are happy there. The staff is wonderful, they provide housekeeping once a week. I receive emails from the facility, especially after the hurricane. The move in was easy, but we were on the ground floor near an exit. The meals are excellent, my parents are always telling us how good the food is. I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time. I would recommend Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs to others.

When we arrived for our visit we had a list of questions for the tour guide and everyone was answered to our satisfaction. She was very knowledgeable on day to day living such as nursing help, recreation, meals, transportation etc. Overall experience was excellent.

We met [name removed] when we asked for a tour of Grand Villa and she was most gracious. She gave us a comprehensive tour, taking time answer all our questions and concerns, and hosting us at lunch. We were very impressed with her and the facility .Y et at no time did we feel any PRESSURE to come there. Unfortunately, we had to choose another facility because of the swimming pool which I need for my legs. But we would not hesitate to recommend Grand Villa and [name removed] to others.

We moved our mother from a former Grand Villa facility after our father passed away so she could be closer to family. Grand Villa has the most accommodating staff members from management on down. They keep everything clean and beautiful and really care for and love their residents and their families. It’s so great to have our mom say how she’s at home and happy-can’t ask for more! We highly recommend Grand Villa of Clearwater.

I picked this community, because it was overall better than any other place. However my loved one, had to go to hospital for emergency surgery, which was after a few days of living there. I paid for a month and a half so,it was a bit expensive for me.

Our family had to make a quick decision regarding the placement of our father. Grand Villa was professional yet also felt like extended family from our very first contact. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the doors and met with the various care people as well as the managers. Dementia is not fun, however, we know that our father will receive expert care. We look forward to seeing him thrive in the environment of caregivers as well as the community. There are many activities for Dad to choose from and even some choices if he just wants to lay low. We are excited to join him at dinner sometime and experience the various items on the menu. Thank you Grand Villa for giving my father dignity in this stage of life.

Our mom has been at Grand Villa for a few weeks. The staff is exceptional! They are very caring, always smiling and available to answer any questions we have. The building is very clean with no odors. The housekeeping staff also keeps my mom’s room clean, changing her bed and doing her laundry. My mom tells me the dining room staff is helpful and friendly and most importantly she says the food is good! At this time my mom has only participated in one activity which was a piano recital and she loved it. They do offer many varied activities. All in all, we certainly feel this was the best choice we could have made for my mom.

I have lived at Grand Villa of Deland in Florida for over four years now. I like how clean they keep our home and I love the friendly staff and the food in our large dining room. Best place all around.

First, the staff is so friendly, from the director all the way to the maintenance folks. We picked this community, because of the price, location and first impressions.

We enjoy our life here. We talked about staying in our home and we feel foolish for waiting to live a stress free life. Being here is wonderful. They cater to our every need.

When researching places for my mom, we were most impressed with Grand Villa and now that she is a resident, we feel that we made the best choice. We worked with [name removed] who is a wealth of information and has been with GV for over 30 years. She helps educate families about things to expect in the transition and makes it as smooth as possible. Every staff member that we have had interaction with have been friendly and helpful. They have helped my mom integrate by getting her involved with the many activities offered. There is always something to do and we are thankful we chose Grand Villa of Sarasota!

I am originally from the [facility removed]. Staying at the New Port Richey location until the Englewood community opens up. This community is very clean. It is in a nice area. Care staff & housekeeping are good. They do a great job. I enjoy going to Walmart & the dollar tree every week.

My father was diagnosed with dementia 2 years ago and was no longer able to live on his own. I checked out some ALF and knew from the moment I was in Grand Villa I found the perfect new home for dad. Everyone of the staff members from top to bottom is kind, helpful and SUPER caring. They really go above and beyond. I no longer worry about my father when I'm not available to help him. I know he's being cared for and is so happy where he is at. Don't skip over this place, make sure you take a tour because Grand Villa is 100% worth it, you won't be disappointed and your loved one will be right at home.

The small setting is family like. Very well organized with daily activities that help mind and body. Staff is attentive and personal. Resources, such as easy access to health care give a feeling of confidence. I am most pleased with my choice for my wife. Certainly, a very difficult decision made easier because of the above.

I have a client who is a future resident there. I've taken her there for activities. All the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The residents I've talked to all love it there. I'd be happy there.
