a lovely facility, friendly staff , lovely grounds, excellent meal options and nice entertainment options. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an assisted living facility should check out Grandvilla of Delray East.

When I first got here COVID had just started and the building did a great job of handling everything. The activities here are robust even though I do not participate as much as I use too. There are some ups and downs but that comes with any community.

Activities Director is a lot of fun. He offers a lot of differnt things to do. The driver is very good-a very nice man. Enjoyed meeting the new girl too.

Overall, Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is fantastic but as everything else goes All can't be pleased all the time and there is some who are unpleasable ever. i try to always be positive though giving the benefit of the doubt rather than being on the defensive. Grand Villa is my home- We are family! Oh, well i would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to feel as though they belong. Most of the residents and staff are very friendly and caring

This is a great Assisted Living Community for your loved one. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are nice, and are also being updated. There are many places in the facility where residents spend time to relax and have fun such as the library, TV rooms and garden. The facility also offers daily activities for residents to enjoy such as Bingo, live entertainment (music and dancing) and exercises.

Very friendly and happy people who work here and live here. My uncle has Parkinson’s and dementia and I can’t care for him like he needs. They have been very helpful in helping me find the right place for him in his condition. Also have been wonderful helping me see him through other eyes. Showed me what to expect and when he gets worse how and what they can do to help him. I loved the idea of music and hot chocolate and cookies being served. A lot of options to socialize with others.

I recently met with [name removed] for a tour. Having previously been a manager of a staffing Company wo staffed these facilities, knew what I was looking for. Found it to be everything I am looking for. Clean, lots of activities, pool, food looked awesome. [name removed] was a great tour guide and answered all my questions. Hope to be moving in next couple of months.

Grand Villa was too expensive and had too many rules, such as dress codes... i.e. no sandals, collared shirts, etc...Oh, and Grand Villa came across as stuffy.

The memory care unit at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is a great fit for my mom. The rooms were very comfortable and the shared area was set up to create an atmosphere that draws the residents in to participate in the daily activities. All of the staff members were very professional, friendly and show a caring attitude towards the residents. The facility has the feel of a resort, rather than a nursing home which made the transition for mom much easier.

We toured Grand Villa of Delray East when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was really great! The friendliness and cleanliness were great. The facility seemed to have a great atmosphere, also.

May showed me around Grand Villa and I was really impressed. [name removed] is sweet, caring, very professional, and seems to love her job. I’m so happy she introduced me to Grand Villa. It is the nicest Assisted living I have ever been to. I also toured the memory care and I was very impressed with the level of care the people had, and how happy they were. My sister has been there about 2 weeks now and is enjoying all the fun parties and activities they have. Everybody on the staff is supportive and caring. We only had one problem with the woman that runs the dining room. She is not very nice. She yelled at me for getting a Styrofoam cup out of the Bistros cupboard so my sister and I could get a drink of water. Supposedly the bistro is “help yourself” All the other people working in the dining room are very nice, friendly, and lots of fun. The nursing staff is wonderful. [name removed] in accounting is caring, helpful, and kind.

We looked at several places for my dad that we were moving down from another state and decided to look at Grandvilla. We met with [name removed] and absolutely loved the facility, the rooms were clean and updated and the facility was very clean and smelled clean. [name removed] guided and assisted us in getting my dad situated in his new home. The staff here really cares, I spend a lot of time visiting dad and know several employees by name, they are always kind and helpful. The maintenance staff immediately took care of any issues . We are very happy to know Dad’s in good hands here at Gran Villa.

My brother and I had been trying to convince our parents to move from their home to an Assisted Living community for the past 2+ years. We were shut down each and every time we even broached the subject. After watching them decline for months we were finally able to convince them to simply tour the community back in July of this year. [name removed], the Executive Director, and [name removed] in the sales department met them at the front door and the rest is history. They made our mom and dad feel so welcomed and important that they chose a two bedroom apartment with a courtyard view that same day. Since then, [name removed] and her entire team have made every step of this emotional journey more palatable. Neither myself or my brother can express our genuine gratitude for everything that they have done. The only comment from mom and dad now is, "Why didn't we do this sooner"?

After 8 years living here, I rate Grand Villa Deland as an outstanding experience. Management and employee intervention (rapid response when falling out of bed), food is outstanding, and overall friendly service. In-house medical staff-from aides, nurses and Nurse Practitioners are always responsive and concerned for my needs.

Caring for an elderly parent is stressful and difficult. Moving my mom into Grand Villa was the best decision I made to help my mom and me sleep at night. The facility is clean, updated and heavily staffed with loving and caring nurses, med techs and aids. It’s not easy growing old with aches and pains and lots of complaints. I was not equipped to handle my mom’s needs anymore and I am so relieved that she gets the attention she deserves. The activity director is full of energy and provides plenty of things for the residents to do like games, puzzles, crafts, Bingo and more. My mom was in another facility before moving here and the food was inedible. Kudos to the chef at Grand Villa for his amazing, delicious cooking. I visited my mom for a week and enjoyed everything I tried. Even the maintenance workers are amazing. They help my mom with her tv and technology challenges. My mom has made friends and found a community, which I believe is the key to a fuller, richer life.

My great grandma lives there and she loves it there! At 92 years old she’s making new friends and having so much more fun than she’s had in awhile. She moved from out of state and this place was a great welcome and helped ease her into Florida. A wonderful place to live ????

The staff at Grand Villa of Clearwater is amazing! Our loved one has lived there for over a year and we are continually amazed at the care she receives. Everyone from housekeeing, maintenance, laundry, the dining room and the administrative office could not be more attentive. Although she lives in assisted living she feels independent again with all of the activities and friends she has made. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I have not been in the building but my 92-year-old mother just moved in and already I can see a change in her. She’s happy, busy, and content. She is more relaxed and feels safe despite her fading sight. She speaks highly of the staff and the food. Altogether it seems a good place to call home.

We enjoyed touring this facility. It was clean and set up well for including residents in many of the planned and scheduled daily activities that are of interest to most. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet everyone there today.
