We have a lot of great activities and crafts and free manicures for residents. We have a lot of fun, especially on weekends!I love that they are pet friendly and they include the dogs in everything! We love the daily exercise classes also. The service is so nice, as well as housekeeping staff. It is a great place!

I like living at Grand Villa of Sarasota. It is in a good location, close to downtown, but with a lot of greenery. We have two good activities directors and many interesting activities. Our grounds are pretty and our apartments are comfortable. Why not take a tour and see it for yourself?

Excellent facility that puts the care of residents above all. Provides peace of mind when I can’t be near. Always professional, friendly and really listen if a concern arises. So happy we found this facility.

I am a fairly new member of this community and could not be happier. The dining area has a spectacular view of the Indian River Lagoon. Any assistance I need is provided promptly. And did I mention that that the food is good!

My time at Riverview has been beautiful. I’m happy being here and love seeing the help everyone receives from the staff. The activities are excellent and everyone involved makes the day so fun. I stay busy all day long.

Riverview has been a very comforting place to live. I find everyone to be friendly and the staff are always willing to help in every way possible. Not only does the staff treat me perfectly, but my family is treated with the same respect and are always kept informed. Riverview is a lovely place to live.

Have been with Grand Villa for a LONG time I have come to love everyone from the residents to the workers they make everyday worth living if i have a problem they help no questions asked if you consider any facility this is the place.

Since moving in to grand Villa I have made so many friends and enjoy all the fun activities and food at the facility I really enjoy bingo and horse raising and all the musicians that come in and entertain us.

I have been at grand Villa of ormond beach for a long time. I have seen many people come and go but that does not effect the level of care and service I receive from the staff and caregivers I am grateful everyday for the relationships I have developed.

I’ve been living at river view for almost a year now after having lived in several hospital and rehab facilities before. I had a stroke in November of last year before moving to river view. When I first came here I was in a wheel chair but now I am able to stand and walk by myself. The staff and therapy have been a major help in my rehabilitation. Overall, the place has been very good to me.

From the first day I came in for a tour I was greeted by friendly staff and residents seem to be happy. I asked and then I did. I had decided this was the place for my dad. [Name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful with the process of signing the lease. I bought my dad in for a visit and he was very impressed.

Honestly, a 5 for all. I'm very happy. What really stood out to our family was, when I spoke to the residents, something that doesn't always happen, they all were raving about the place and the staff. That was enough for me.

Finding a place for your loved one can be daunting emotionally and mentally. Grand Villa showed me early on that they wanted to help me navigate this complicated decision with the best information and support of other resources even if I didn’t choose their facility for my father. The leasing coordinator was an incredible resource. He answered all my questions and offered information I didn’t even know to ask. When we toured the facility we found it to be impeccably clean. The memory care floor included unlike some other facilities we toured. The residents were active, smiling, and cared for by the staff. We’ve since placed my dad on the memory care floor. The resident MC nurse manager is amazing! She has been available via text to answer questions, has provided updates regularly, and has even sent pictures. This has helped so much with this transition. I can’t thank her enough for giving us peace of mind that Dad is safe and cared for.

Even from the very beginning the Sales represented acted like I already lived there from my first tour. She went out of her way to listen as I made one of the most difficult decisions. My Husband needed memory care and the wonderful part is I could move in to Independently and still be close.

My mother is currently a resident at Grand Villa of New Port Richey and everything has been just great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are also great. This facility is a very caring place and my mother is very happy here. I would recommend Grand Villa of New Port Richey to family and friends.

We love the staff, especially Jamie! They have been wonderful with mom. It's a beautiful place and they take LTC Medicaid.

The staff is very friendly. House ,keeping, maintenance, and dining. Along with the front desk. Patience and kindness with those who live in the building. Treat them as you would like to be treated. Activity Director is working at a disadvantage because of the physical and mental capabilities of some. She does an outstanding job of trying to incorporate all into activities.

I am here because my eyesight isn’t good. I have macular degeneration, I knew I couldn’t go back home. My children investigated and the grand villa was the best place they looked at. Care Staff is excellent, I have no complaints. I was recently sick and they took care of me. Moving into assisted living is what you make of it. The food on whole is healthy and well balanced. Kitchen accommodates you as best as they can. Moving into assisted living is what you make of it. I am content with the Grand Villas.
