I would say 5 for all. I have only visited once since I'm located in PA. But the communication has been amazing. She seems like she is adjusting. When there has been issues that arose, they found ways to rectify them. They send photos. Not sure about the money question. They seem to be reasonable but she has not been to other places so I can not compare.

Each and every staff member is kind, caring, helpful, engaged, compassionate …..the list of accolades is endless. The atmosphere feels like home and I as a family member who visits everyday feel like I am at home. I’m so grateful for this community!

The setup of the memory care unit just was great. With memory problems you can imagine getting lost but they have it setup where you come out of your room and you are in the common area. They were pricey though, but I'm sure for the level of care that is normal. They also communicated with me very well throughout.

Very welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted by all, staff and residents alike. So very clean and very beautiful. The dining room was so very elegant. Lovely grounds as well. The resident that we were visiting gave us a tour. The residents' room was great. Very homey and comfortable. We haven't had a meal there but the resident we were visiting says the food is great! We are so happy for this resident! Thanks to all that is making this a wonderful experience.

I like the activities that they have here, bible study being my favorite. A lot of nice people live here, it is very easy to come and make friends. The staff is incredibly friendly, nice and caring. I would recommend living here to anyone that is looking

My Mother spent her last months with wonderful care and loving support. Couldn’t ask for better care. They have the patience of Saints and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to take that step.

In less than a year they thought enough of me to make me President of the Residents Council. It is my responsibility to meet once a month with the other residents to hear their questions, compliments and complaints and pass them on to the management team. After our meeting, the management team meets with us to discuss those concerns or compliments. So far,they have been really understanding and responsive to our concerns. Nothing is perfect, but we are trying and are grateful for all their efforts to make our lives better.

My whole working life has been in long term care and hospices. Grand Villa is the most kind, patient, Fun, and loving, more so than any of the places I worked for. Management does an amazing job of showing their appreciation and support for their staff. [name removed] has a tremendous amount of care and love for what he does and the residents he serves here. I would recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking into Long Term Care for their family.

In my time at Grand Villa I have had the opportunity to observe [name removed] in several different positions that he has excelled in. His care and patience in working with Memory Care residents was exceptional. In [name removed] current position as Sales Assistant I have observed [name removed] still maintain his relationships with current residents, while touring potential residents through our community. He is knowledgeable about what our community has to offer. [name removed] is a great asset to the community.

Staff has always been great, going above and beyond to meet the needs and very friendly, facility is always clean and smells good. I'm very happy to have chosen Grand Villa for my dad.

I just put my mother in five days ago. It wasn’t something she wanted to do. She’s 97 but could no longer live alone. I work, and I live in a tiny one bedroom apartment. It was a rough start, but after making her room. cheery with white furniture with yellow accents, I think it’s feeling more like home. I brought her pictures from her home that reminds her of home and other things. I don’t feel as bad as I did last week. It is an adjustment, but the staff at Grand Villa are very welcoming and kind and understand how new resident feel. There is entertainment and activities and a beautiful pool for the residents. I highly recommend this assisted-living.. In fact, I just gave the brochure to someone that’s looking to place their parent. So hopefully this will work out for another family.

I love the fact that I can always find something to eat. The cooking is very good here. Only critique I have is I wish the onions were cut up more. My apartment is so cute and the perfect size. 95% of the employees here are wonderful. I have great respect for everyone that works here. I think [name removed] goes so far and beyond with activities. He does a fabulous job of understanding people and knowing how to work with people. Same with [name removed]. He has a great understanding of older people. Housekeeping is also a great team here.

My husband and I recently visited Grand Villa of Delray East for my mother in law. She unfortunately had a fall recently and this very difficult decision to put her in an assisted living facility has been daunting. Our first impression of the facility was very positive. Residents sitting out front getting fresh air and mingling. Upon entering, the large living room had more of the same with residents visiting with each other with a warm atmosphere. We were met by May, sales associate, and she was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and gave us a tour of the facility including a room that was available. May also didn't give us a hard sell; which was refreshing. During the tour, the atmosphere was calming and orderly. The room sizes were very big, bright and clean. This is one of our top options. We especially like the staff, cleanliness, salon, location, transportation option for doctors appointments and religious services.

My parents would like to acknowledge, [name removed], kitchen/ dining server, as she encourages our mom and shares great conversations with both our dad. She and her fellow servers tend more tables than a regular restaurant, all with a smile and kind word! She makes it look easy! l would also like to bring [name removed], front desk/receptionist, into light as she is friendly and cheerful as well as personable and knowledgeable. She has great interactions with my parents regarding their requests for services. She always knows where everyone is, as when my dad asks to speak with [name removed] or [name removed]. Additionally, the Laundry staff are also wonderful; my dad is always greatful to them and their special care in folding and leaving clothes on their couch, which is a lot of pressure off my dad's shoulders. Thank you so much to [name removed], [name removed], and administration for hiring such trustworthy staff, who care so much for their Riverview Resort residents- our precious parents!

Assisting a loved one with dementia is never easy, even in it's early stages. Making the decision to help them move into assisted living is difficult to say the least - especially when you want to help them maintain their dignity and independence. Grand Villa of Clearwater made that decision easy for us and really the only choice. It is a beautiful property and the staff and residents are amazing. The Leasing Coordinator is a godsend and made the process smooth. From the Front Desk to the Nurse, the Chef, Maintenance staff and the residents, this is a community in the truest sense of the word. It has only been a week, but each time I call my friend, he is either with his new friends, outside in the gazebo visiting with a friendly squirrel, or listening to someone in the lobby play piano or violin. He is totally revitalized and truly enjoying life again. Take a tour, visit with the residents and staff. We did, and now we are family.

When I first visited Grand Villa Clearwater, I knew it was where our in-law’s next “home” should and would be. We very much appreciate the care, hospitality and understanding of [name removed] who helped us in so many ways in making our in-law’s transition as smooth as possible. The “welcome” the staff and current residents gave him is beyond words! All these make for a wonderful place to help our loved ones who need this specific type of care. Grand Villa is the perfect place. Thank you so much for providing a clean, caring and happy environment for our elders who need the best care, and respect giving them the dignity they deserve.

My mom became a resident of Grand Villa last week. She had lived with me for 14 years prior to that so this transition was not only difficult for her, it was difficult for me. But the staff and the administration at Grand Villa embraced my emotional situation. They have been loving to my 93-year-old mother, patient with my questions and phone calls, and vigilant with her care, attending to not only the needs I specified, but more. One day over the weekend I visited her for lunch. One of the certified nursing staff members came to say hello to her and to ask her if she needed anything. She also helped her choose her meal options. This is care above and beyond anything I could have imagined she would receive. This was a tough move for me to make on behalf of my sweet mom, but I sleep in peace knowing she is in the care of Grand Villa and they’re loving staff.

What can I say about Grand Villa? I've been here six weeks now, and I LOVE it. I am in a Villa, and it is amazing. The staff is so responsive to my requests. The other residents are fantastic. I can be as busy as I want to be with everything that is happening here, or I can just hang back at my place. I can have three cooked meals, or I can prepare my own in my full kitchen (who am I kidding? I don't cook all that much!). My dog and I are so happy here. Thanks Grand Villa for letting us join your community!

I am currently in a Flagler County Schools transition program called Project SEARCH. I am learning vocational skills. My experience at Grand Villa has been a true growth and learning opportunity. I didn't know how the washing machine works. Luckily my mentor has shown me how to do it, and she has been really kind. She has been more like a friend and a mentor because she has taught me a lot.

I have lived here for a little over a year and I love it. I have a beautiful studio apartment that accommodates everything that I need. The help that I need with housekeeping chores is provided. The food is good and the chef makes every holiday special. There are a variety of activities during the day and early evening. I have made some good friends. The staff is helpful and kind. I would recommend Grand Villa Delray East.
