The facilities are like a hotel, friendly staff & residents. The meals are delicious. I know because i've tried them. They have a daily list of activities. Centrally located also. My aunt Who is a resident visits off site when she wishes. I highly recommend the grand villa Of boynton

As long as you can do most things yourself the standard pricing applies. If you require assistance to get out of bed to go to the bathroom multiple times a day, the cost is prohibitive.

My father is here and I can say this is the best place to put your loved at . They got awesome library area , craft area , a area for playing cards , a great hall that they eat there 3 meals a day at . They have people come in and put on some type show rather its a zoo visitors with animals, to musicians, to comedy place really cares about the people there . Staff is always nice and helpful . If I had anything to say they need to work on is rugs need to be tape down they keep saying they will fix them and they haven't been fix yet people can very hurt and fall which has happen a few times but other then that the place is great

I moved my mother here from New York. Since she’s been here, she has done a total turnaround much more happier. She is now taking her meds, which was a big issue at the last place in New York. I recommend Grandvilla.

Our parents moved into Grand Villa of Palm Cost at the end of January and it has truly been a game changer for our family. They are very happy and very well cared for and it has been such a joy for us to see them so well settled. The staff and office are really amazing people and always willing to help.

A few months ago we began the emotionally challenging process of transitioning our parents from their home to a facility where they would more easily have their needs met. We began searching for a facility where we felt our parents would thrive. We visited three facilities in the area. While they all had something to offer, we immediately knew when we drove into Grand Villa that we had found what we were looking for. The tour with [name removed] was informative and only served to confirm our initial impression. Our parents have now been full time residents at Grand Villa for two months, and are as happy as we hoped they’d be. Their apartment is cleaned, laundry is washed, and they get three full meals a day. They see the doctor weekly, and get their medication administered daily. While we are local and are involved in their daily routine, it’s a relief to know that they are well cared for, and that if we need to, we can travel without fear for their safety and security. We Have had a wonderful experience with the Grand Villa at Palm Coast. Amber and the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the residents all seem very happy. There are plenty of activities available to keep residents happy. We were glad to find this opportunity for our aging friend, where she could maintain her independence in a safe, clean and comfortable environment.

My LO has Lewy Body Dementia. I was told there was no hope. No hope also meant no help but they didn’t know about the Grand Villa and their family of caregivers. They are special people who work hard to find and provide some quality of life for each and every resident. The place is clean, the activity director keeps everyone busy the food is yummie and no one acts like it’s a job. My LO found his smile here and I can breathe.

I Just moved in a week or so ago. Staff is very caring, especially the nurses. Everyone has helped me adjust well to my new home. It has been a great experience so far. It's comforting to know I have help available if I should need it.

From the moment we first pulled up to the Grand Villa, it felt impressive. The decor is lovely, the lobby is clean and beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My father and I toured the facility, saw the apartments, game rooms, dining hall, etc… and met several residents and staff a like. All the residents commented on how much they liked living there. Which says a lot. Both the Director [name removed], and the sales rep [name removed], were very nice. They went over all the information with us, and gave us a clear understanding of what to expect from Grand Villa for my Dad. He was very impressed!

The entire staff is so friendly, caring and helpful. Such an up beat place!! My mom loves Grand Villa and so do I. I don’t worry about my mom now. They have so much to do and the food is good too!! ????????????

I highly recommend GVE Delray. From what I have seen, all levels of staff are friendly, helpful and caring.

I have been living at Grand Villa of Delray Beach-East since July of 2023. Moving here from cold, snowy, and icy Wsconsin was a no brainer especially after falling twice and my stepson, [name removed], telling me I shouldn't be living alone anymore. After he and [name removed] did the leg work looking at facilities, sending me the information on about four different ones, and getting me to decide which one I would be interest in - I decided on Grand Villa. [name removed] and [name removed] from their leasing office were tremendously helpful in answering my questions and sending me additional info plus the lease documents. When I arrived, I was greeted by [name removed]and introduced to her staff and then taken to my apartment which I love ??. I would like to say I enjoy living here, many activities are available daily (I have learned to play "Rummicub", love it), the food is very good with the chef trying different recipes for more variety, and the entire staff here go above and beyond to see that we are well taken care of.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast has been awesome from the start of our search. They fully explained the steps of each stage and kept us informed of our Mother’s care and needs. The staff from Director [name removed] on down have been nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful…considering the environment. It takes special people to work in this challenging environment and Grand Villa does a great job in vetting and hiring the right people. They truly care for the residents and show it everyday, night, and not only when we are there. Great job to the staff and Director!

We liked the Grand Villa of Palm Coast a lot. It was very homey. They had a lot of activity and people enjoyed the environment. It was well-maintained and the people who showed us around were very nice and very informative. We liked that place probably the best. The dining area was nice. It's very inviting. It's open, friendly, and bright. The people that serviced the tables and stuff seemed to be very friendly and nice, too. It was a very good place.

I always feel welcome when I go to visit my parents I don't have to let them know ahead of time that I'm coming. They do activities inside the facility and outside the facility. My parents do more now than before they lived there. My parents have a studio apartment and they have room for a couch and a little table and a queen size bed. They really seem to like it there and I don't think that they're cramped at all.

Staff is extremely helpful The facility is old but they are doing a good job at keeping it safe The food needs to be better quality. Also it would be great to have different types of eggs in the morning They raised my rent to $225. I am on a fixed income so with this raise it doesn't leave me with much money I live in a studio apartment with no view just a view of the rooftops

Everything was explained to my mother and I feel good about the decision for her to reside at Grand Villa. She loved the balcony suite. I as her daughter feel confident about the care she will receive.
