I have been living at Grandvilla for about 3 months now And I am loving absolutely it! I want to thank all of the wonderful staff for supporting me and continue helping me meet my standards of living.

I am just moving into this beautiful community within a couple weeks. The Grand Villa has very Nice People and friendly staff. The admission was a very smooth process and highly recommended. Beautiful community

I AM JUST MOVING IN TO THIS GREAT PLACE WITH A FEELING OF HOME. A PLACE FOR MOM GAVE ME MANY CHOICES AND AFTER VISITING 8 PLACES I FELT I FOULD MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME AT THE GRANDVILLA. I WAS GREETED AND INTRODUCED TO EVERYONE WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH. I FOUND A SPECIAL FRIEND IN MY COORDINATOR AND FOUND MY BALCONY APT THAT I AM MOVING INTO SLOWLY..I CANNOT WAIT TO JOIN THE MANY FUNCTIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE EACH AND EVERY DAY, AND MEET NEW FRIENDS..THE MAIN SELLING POINT IN MY SEARCH IS THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO MOVE INTO ANY OTHER PLACE TO GO FROM INDEPENDENT TO ASSISTENT LIVING TO MEMORY CARE..THE FOOD LOOKS GREAT BUT THE FEEL OF BEING WELCOMED AND CARED ABOUT IS THE MOST REWARDING FEELING IN A PLACE TO LIVE. THANK U TO "A PLACE FOR MOM" FOR SHOWING ME THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND THE FEELING OF FAMILY, THAT WE ALL NEED IN LIFE..I RECOMMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.THANK YOU

The community has such an amazing warm and welcoming feel. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly. The people were very insightful on all answering all the questions we had. Many residents offered to speak with us, that was very helpful.I was very pleased with what i saw. This was our 2nd visit to this community. Before meeting at the community, they sent me pictures and videos' to show my aunt and uncle which was very helpful in preparing them for the visit. It was less overwhelming when we brought them in. That seemed to help get them on board and embarrass the idea of relocating.

This place is great! The food is delicious and the staff is so accommodating. It was nice that we could stay with mom when we were visiting from out of town. It is a perfect location that sits in the heart of Venice!

I’ve met some nice people. The food could be better I will say. Other than that I’m alright. All the help is good. I love the staff including [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]. The driver is very accommodating. I wish there was more activities other than that I really have no complaints. The activities director does the best he can with his budget. I also love my room.

I regularly visit a friend at Grand Villa. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff… and availability of fresh coffee! My friend recently moved to the 3rd floor. While it is a small shared room, the kitchen is quite large. We walked around the 3rd floor and there are plenty of options to get out of the room and into nice common areas and even two open air balconies! I would choose this place for myself if the need ever arises.

Facility is spacious, open and well managed. I would recommend a loved one choose to stay there for assisted living.

Sister had multiple surgeries and set backs for 6 months. Finally was able to go to Grand Villas to try and recuperate fully. She is very comfortable, has good attention when needed(which is a lot),loves the food,gets ample therapy’s so that she can hopefully be independent again. There are many different activities for anyone to be involved in all throughout the day to keep busy such as movies, arts and crafts, live music,ice cream socials, and more! Employees here actually like to smile at you when you visit and that is saying a lot! Also when we have a concern pertaining to our loved one they are genuinely concerned. I would feel very confident in sending my loved ones here to Grand Villas.

Great customer service all staff was very friendly property was very clean was touring from another state and decided to stop by to see the facility was very pleased with the staff will be making future plans to have my Love One to reside here

What a wonderful adventure I have experienced in finding the right community for my very dear friend who is 95 years old. When I first walked into Grand Villa and met [name removed], I was lost at what my next steps and options where for finding living accommodations for someone who lived totally independent up to February 21st. From start to finish, getting her moved in has been such a pleasurable transition and when I leave to go home, I know that she is truly in the best place that is her next chapter, and being taken care of by caring, well trained and competent staff that give you a true family feeling. Thank you Grand Villa and All staff for being extra special.

My mom is currently a resident at Grand Villa of DeLand. Mom has dementia and her status changed when she wandered away. She has been in the Memory Care Unit since November 2022. The facility and the staff have been terrific. She is doing well and seems to enjoy being there.

My loved one was previously a resident at Grand Villa of Ormond Beach. It is a small facility, so it is easy to find things. It is probably not good for someone who is very independent, but could be ideal for those who need care. For example: help with medications, laundry and personal hygiene. I would recommend Grand Villa of Ormond Beach to others.

I am very happy with grand Villa I was taking care of my mom everyday so it became a lot to deal with. She has thrived since being a resident she has made friends and is truly happy and cared for. It truly is a weight lifted off me.

I was hesitant to move at first I was scared that I would be locked away and forgotten about.I am very glad to report that is there farthest thing from the truth. Everyone from the staff to the residents helped me feel welcomed!

My loved one passed away [date removed]. They were very good for her. The staff all seemed to be genuinely concerned for her well being and her needs at all times.

We are so fortunate to have had [name removed] to walk us through this process. She made this adjustment for my Mother and Family very welcoming. We are so lucky to of had her. [name removed] took her time and explained to us everything from start to finish, the love she had for my mother made me feel at peace with leaving. It was really a super convenient location for us. 5 minutes away It was a good overall experience for me and my father until he passed

My loved one is currently a resident at Grand Villa of DeLand and everything has been great so far. We have had no issues and our loved one seems happy, well fed and participates in the activities. Based on the overall experience so far, I would recommend Grand Villa of DeLand to others.

The executive director to the staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. They take their time to talk with you with any questions you may have. My mom is in the memory care. The cleanliness is always clean & fresh. Also the aides are very attentive. When we visit my mom in her room she always clean & tidy. It's a wonderful facility for persons in need of various levels of health care.
