The community does a great job with activities and attending to the residents. They could improve by having additional staff on the weekends. The facility is very clean and has two open "atrium" areas where the residents can sit outside but can also be in a secure area.

The staff here at Grand Villa Palm Coast have been very enjoyable and helpful, I am so happy to be here. I want to tell everyone that I meet how great this place has treated me, my room is always clean by my housekeeper, and my laundry is done weekly, the food has been wonderful, and always served with a smile (thanks). We have so many things to do and I have met lots of friends here, I couldn’t have a better staff working here for me, thank you so much for this wonderful place that I get to truly call my home, love Claire.

I want to congratulate [name removed] for securing the best, overall working staff, and one for sale each and every staff member consistently gives their best effort to ensure proper care and comfort is given to the residence at all times. In the month, so I have been here at Grand Villa. I have never seen this attitude waiver. This attitude and care is genuine, even an adverse conditions. What a great crew at Palm Coast, Grand Villa, thank you [name removed] for making it a family.

[name removed] the activity director is good, she dose so much for us. We do lots of arts and crafts. Fantastic entertainment every month. Food is good, chicken is out of this world. Lots of variety. Housekeepers are wonderful, they do a great job.

Recently toured the community. Very clean well kept community, there was no odor. The person I met with was very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had with no hesitation. Provided me with resources for LTC Medicaid and VA aid and attendance. I also met with the Executive Director who was very kind. Overall great experience

Great experience from the very start. [name removed] the Lease Coordinators very knowledgeable. Provided me with resources to apply for LTC Medicaid. He made the process of moving my brother in very easy. Five stars all around.

Grand Villa of New Port Richey gets all 5 stars. We chose this facility initially because of all of the rating questions above as well as the convenient location. I would let others know that right now due to covid, family members are not permitted to be in the dining area.

We were uncertain of our future but knew we needed help. Our quest led us to Grand Villa East. We were welcomed with a warm and friendly tour and as we move d in we found the place exceeded our expectations. We love it here with our helpful and friendly staff and the new acquaintances we have made are wonderful. My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough,

If I could rate this community higher I would. The care staff are remarkable. The food is alright, Activities are good, cleanliness is good. I am happy I moved here. I would recommend this community.

This was a very good community, and it was our second choice. My loved one knew friends at another community and chose that community.

Ever since our first encounter with the staff of Grand Villa East, the experiences of my brother [name removed] and myself have been super professional and incredibly cordial. Both [name removed]and [name removed] have been immeasurably helpful to us as we grapple with this transition to a new stage of our mother’s life.

Love the look of this place! Looks more like a dorm than senior living community. The general store is adorable. [name removed]and [name removed]answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to sign dad up. He’s excited too.

I needed to place my partner in assisted living, it’s a real challenge, I did some research and found Grand Villa, I arranged a tour and from the first minute I felt at ease, Everyone was kind, polite and professional, As soon as Monday came I called and made an appointment to sign a lease,

People come up to me all the time and tell me how happy they are to have me here. You don’t have any complaints. They call me that little and always tell me they love me. I’ve never argued with anybody here. My kids put me here because I fell once at home and they didn’t want me to be alone or take any chances now I’m never alone and I feel safe. [name removed] is a great gal and I’ve never had any problems with her. She treats people how they want to be treated. I didn’t want to leave my home but I’ve never been happier then here at Grand Villa of DeLand. You make friends and people love you like family.

Grand Villa NPR is amazing!! My aunt had to be transferred there on an emergency basis and everyone went out of their way to make it happen. My aunt received excellent care and love.

Number one place on the chart! Food is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff go above and beyond! [name removed] the Executive Director she is personable and professional. I knew as soon as I walked in the front door, I knew this was the place to be!!

All Staff members are Absolutely Wonderful. Food is good, I am never bored when it comes to food. I enjoy All Activities, my favorite activity is watching a movie theatre. The nurse [name removed] is absolutely wonder, [name removed] is great too.

I moved in a few months ago. Community is good, excellent care, great staff, everyone is very friendly. Food is alway good. If I could give it a grade, I would give it A++. I would highly recommend!!!

I like the activities. I love this place I’ve made a lot of friends here. The place is spotless I’ve made a lot of friends here. The ceo came into my room and loved my fish tank he said it was beautiful asked how I keep it clean. I love it here.

It’s lovely it’s clean it’s well decorated. The meals are pretty good. I like real cream in my coffee they have it. I like the activities they are nice who ever puts them together it’s nice. I’ve lived 2 and a half months it’s been wonderful.
