In September of 2022 Hurricane Ian hit Englewood, FL., a dear friend lost his home. At 89 years old this friend had no family to depend on in his time of need. My husband and I offered to bring him into our “family circle” where we live in Pinellas County. Grand Villa Clearwater is the place we turned for his new home. Since that time it has been nothing short of a true blessing. The administration and staff go above and beyond the call of duty. Each resident is treated like family. I have never seen a retirement facility more impeccable and I have seen many. Thank you Grand Villa Clearwater for putting our minds at ease. Grand Villa is a wonderful community. They are kind, caring and compassionate. They provide exceptional care to the residents and their staff is very attentive and friendly. I am there on a weekly basis and the residents are always happy, smiling and staying engaged with the variety of daily activities and events on the calendar. Their motto of "looks like home, feels like family" is exactly how I would describe the environment. I would recommend this community to all of my family, friends and loved ones.

My mom is currently residing here. I live about 3 hours away. Anytime she has a fall, they contact me and let me know the details. I enjoy my visits with her- the food is good and there are plenty of recreation areas where we can put together puzzles or listen to live music. They are very accommodating and allow me to stay the night with her when I come to visit. I work remotely, so there are times when I need to bring my laptop and work in the library while mom is napping. Everyone is friendly and the staff all know her by name and say hello when she walks by.

I called A Place for Mom and spoke with [name removed] whom was very helpful in finding me the perfect place for my parents. The Grand Villa at Clearwater is a lovely place. Clean and Friendly staff, everyone had a smile and welcomed us on our tour. My Dad who is 89 didn't want to see anywhere else- He knew it was the right place for him and my Mom. [name removed], at Grand villa, was very soft spoken, wonderfully helpful, and patient with us as my Dad was very upset and overwhelmed to be moving at his age. [name removed] put him at ease and didn't push us or complicate things. When the decision was made to move forward, [name removed] was and is great with all the paperwork and decision that needed to be made. Very thankful to be moving into a well maintained and caring HOME for my parents!

Tuscan Gardens has all of the amenities you need. I love to participate in activities and they provide us with so many. They have a wonderful bus driver named [name removed] and he will always make special trips if you need to go anywhere. He took me and my wife out to dinner the other night and also duncan doughnuts. The chef is also very good. Today they had a themed cuban lunch. They do different themed lunches/dinners every month. We are looking forward to all of the upcoming activities and our normal friday trip to the beach.

Very blessed and fortunate to find a place like Grand Villa! The staff has been so accommodating and actually care for the well being of their residents. My mom is happy and thriving and especially loves all the activities that are scheduled and planned each month. They also go off campus throughout the week for shopping, movies, etc. Mom likes her shopping! Much appreciation and thanks to [name removed] and staff for such a smooth transition!

I have been at Tuscan Gardens now for a couple of weeks and I love the way everyone has treated me. I already feel so loved and they make you feel like family. It is hard to adjust when you are coming from your own home and they have really made this transition easy for me. Maintenance was so helpful in helping me set up all of my things. The food is delicious and they provide me with all three meals. The community is gorgeous and the views and windows in each room are large and bright. I am so happy that I found such a beautiful/family oriented community.

Everyone I have come in contact with at Grand Villa has been wonderful. [name removed]has been a God send in helping me navigate through the difficult decision in moving my loved one into their community. From the moment I walked into Grand Villa I was impressed. [name removed] at the front desk was so welcoming. We were escorted around by another wonderful young lady and were very pleased with the cleanliness and how everyone from staff to residents seemed happy and smiling. Also want to mention how understanding and helpful [name removed]and [name removed](working in the memory unit) have been. I am so relieved to have found such a wonderful community so close to our home. I would definitely recommend Grand Villa of Palm Coast to anyone looking for any type of assisted living. They are patient, kind, understanding, helpful--can't say enough good things about them.

Hands down, the cleanest, most positive and supportive assisted living facility in Palm Coast. I recently moved my disabled father to Grand Villa and could not be happier with the staff and environment. Collectively, they’ve made his transition a breeze. They’re easy to communicate with and eager to learn their residents. Their overall approach is to assist with purpose, encouraging their residents to age with dignity and independence. I am so grateful to have found this facility. It’s given my sisters and I reassurance that our father is in great hands, during this stage of his aging journey.

Two months ago, my family was looking for a place where my mother would be cared for and we found Grand Villa del Rey East as the place we were looking for to help my mother as resident. From the first moment I was very well cared for by the people at Gran Villa especially for [name removed]. She was a person who spent time explaining to me in detail what the procedures were and what the requirements were so that my mother could be received at Gran Villa. Thank you very much [name removed] for all your attention for all your patience and your professionalism and we are very satisfied with it.Thank you very much for the help you have given us.

Me and my sister who is handicapped toured here a few weeks back. Phenomenal service treatment from start to finish. Got a chance to meet almost everyone in the staff management which is very rare. I thought since they were in transition to switch company ownership that we were gonna have an issue on who’s the Director of what. We toured a few places before here and it’s almost like running through a maze trying to find out and put a face on who is who and where they are at! You definitely know who you are working with and who’s taking care of your loved ones at grand villa. Food could be better but nobody is perfect. Rooms and hallways are nice and spacious, activities also are fun and engaging.

I visited eight assisted living facilities in the New Port Richey area and Grand Villa in NPR was the best. They stood out as being genuinely friendly, caring and concerned for my parents. My mom was especially fearful of going to a care facility, but the staff has been especially welcoming to her, my dad and our family. My three siblings are gratified to know that my parents are being well taken care of by a professional and caring staff. In addition, Grand Villa was the only facility that talked to about costs right up front. They answered our questions honestly and recommended ways to we could get financial help.

Truewood of Merrill was so helpful and kind in every way. They helped find the right fit, that worked for my friend. Everything that was needed, was included in the monthly fee . ( 3 meals a day, transportation, activities, washer/dryers, weekly light cleaning, And much more!) I would recommend this community to anyone looking for hassle free independent or assisted living. Reasonably priced community!

Mom moved to Grand Villa a little over 3 months ago. Although it was a big change for her moving from another state, she has day-by-day become very comfortable there and has been making new friends! She is very proud to say the only thing she cooks in her apartment is Coffee! because she loves the meals in the dining room. From the red carpet welcome to the always friendly and helpful staff, my brother and I have complete peace of mind knowing she is very well cared for and safe at the Villa!

Memory care is one of the most difficult decisions to make for a parent. The staff at Tuscan Gardens have really helped me as a daughter and during the most difficult transition of my mom’s life. As my mom’s health and memory declined I found myself unable to afford care at home. Tuscan Gardens has been consistent with the care. They keep mom busy with the fun activities they have. She loved to go to the beach growing up so it is nice that they have rides to the nearby beaches. I am so grateful for this team and their love for my mom.

This is an amazing assisted living facility where everyone can call it home. My experience with [name removed] and other stuff has been outstanding. The residents are well cared for and seem very happy. The residents have only good things to say about the care they receive. I enjoy my time with the residents and staff. Grand Villa is an amazing community, my aunt moved in recently, she was having a hard time with this decision, however [name removed] and the rest of the staff made her feel so welcome and at home. [name removed] spent so much time ensuring everything was just right for her, I can tell from that, the rest of the staff will be just as exceptional as her! Thank you, Grand Villa, for being the extension of family she needs.

One of the best attributes of my community is the amazing dining room staff always considerate of others and very friendly. Housekeeping and resident care staff is always consistently good. If one day I do not go eat they come in and always check in to see if I am okay.
