I am a speech language pathologist here at Grand villa Palm Bay. Very friendly staff and very clean facility, some aids are more helpful than others.

My husband lived at this facility in the memory care unit for over a year and was very well taken care of. The Supervisor of the unit, [name removed], went out of his way to make special accommodations for [name removed] Parkinson’s disease (without my even asking) and was always responsive. The staff is pleasant and efficient, and take their jobs seriously, without ever making these special patients feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. They are respectfully treated. The front desks handles all calls, deliveries, and special requests cheerfully and immediately. Everyone I dealt with left me with a positive attitude, from admissions to meal requests to laundry and cleaning. The Executive Director, [name removed], has hired and trained a great staff at all levels. I was very sad when [name removed] had to transfer to a nursing home because of advanced illness. Highly recommend Grand Villa of Delray East.

Mom has been at Grand Villa for more than 2 years now and truly has been one of the best decisions for everyone involved. Mom absolutely loves living there and has so many friends. The man of the year is Hernan for all he does with driving mom to doctors and assisting whenever is needed. The care of the entire staff is impeccable and to understand why [name removed] is Director of the Year you just need to walk in the door and see how the facility runs and to top it all off you have woman of the year in [name removed] who is the engine that makes it all run with her constant communication, love and support. We could not be more grateful, blessed and thankful for everyone at Grand Villa East.

I would recommend. Staff was amazing on the memory care floor. All of them loved mom and took great care of her. We picked this community because it was the nicest facility, accept Medicaid.

My mother in law lives at Grand Villa. All the staff is caring and attentive. My MIL is very happy living there and loves the food, activities and staff. All the staff watch out for her and help out when needed. The communication is wonderful between nursing and administration if something needs to be addressed with us . I would highly recommend Grand Villa for you or your loved one.

This is a nice, clean and motivational place. The staff members and residents I see and meet here everyday are very cool. I would have loved to put my grandparents here, I strongly suggest assisted living at Grand Villa of Palm Bay

I absolutely love loving at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. Everyone is so nice, and the food is excellent. I've made some dear friends and look forward to many more years of fun!

The community is absolutely beautiful. Staff is so welcoming. They invited us for lunch and it was delicious. Compliments to the chef. They also had a nice happy hour that we got to stay for as well. The activities look great and will definitely keep you active.

I was so worried about placing my mom into a care facility, but Grand Villa of Ormond truly put all my nerves at ease. She is having a great time doing all of the activities, and has made so many friends. Super clean and friendly place to be.

In my first month as a resident of Grand Villa Deland, I have found the staff to be very interested and helpful in making me feel at home and comfortable in my new residence. Someone always seems to be available whenever I need assistance of any kind. The meals are well prepared and there is plenty of variety. I believe I made a good selection coming here.

I toured this community with husband for my mother. It was a Monday during happy hour and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming . Everyone was so sweet and it truly felt like family in this community.

Basically the staff is quick to respond. I live in Ohio and the facility we have our cousin in is in Florida. So I deal remotely with the staff, but they are always helpful, especially keeping me informed about the needs of Susan. I'm relieved that I made the right choice to move our loved one to Brentwood at Fore Ranch.
