The maintenance staff at Tuscan is so helpful. They hung all of my aunts pictures and her tv and even put together some furniture that I was unable to do. The community is very well kept. Great team work.

This is an exceptional place having been in Gran Villa in Barton Beach.

Grand Villa, senior living community, is a loving and caring environment for not the residents, but all who enter. Every level of care, from Upper Management to reception is always cheerful, welcoming and accommodating. The residents are happy and proud to call Grand Villa their home.

Staff member are very nice. Someone is always close by. Food is fine. Housekeeping is great. Hallways are always neat and clean.

I am living like a wealthy person. They make my bed every morning, and take out my garbage. I don't have to worry about a thing. Very thankful to have found the community.

Came to tour with Austin on Monday. All the staff was so welcoming it felt that I was apart of the family. The building was very clean and smelt great. Highly recommend for your loved one.

When I walked, the community was very cleaned and welcome and great by the front desk (receptionist). Smelled nice and few staff. Greeted me as well.

I have been at Grand Villa for over six months but when I was moved from my home from out of state, I felt lost and upset because I only had my son here and no friends. After much help and encouragement from the staff and other residents, I know I am exactly where I want to be.

We made an great choice in choosing Grand Villa of Palm Coast.

I was very pleased with the service at Grand Villa. They looked in on him often. He did so much better with the people contact rather than just being at his home alone. For meals and dining - My uncle was a tall man with a healthy appetite. A lot of the meals were not enough for him and he was too embarrassed to ask for more. I would bring him extras from my home. Overall, it worked out well for him to be someplace close (instead of 3-4 hours away) where I could check on him often.

A family friend lives at the community. The environment is very clean. The staff is professional and helpful. The food is good as well as entertainment, they really like it there. It feels like home they are doing a great job.

After visiting a few places that didn't feel right, Grand Villa of Sarasota was a relief. The staff, especially [name removed], are kind and attentive. The atmosphere is warm, the activities are engaging, and the location is great. It truly feels like a second home for residents.

The employees are very helpful. During hurricane they cleaned the wet floor quickly and get A/C and get A/C back on.

After touring many communities, Grand Villa made its way to the top of my list as soon as I walked through the door. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a facility for themselves or a loved one
