This facility truly feels like a home. My mom has resided there since 2021. Has had the pleasure of experiencing the assisted living for 1 1/2 years then moved to memory care 2 years ago. The staff here are amazing. Starting with front desk receptionist and business office. The Executive Director truly is always accommodating, friendly and always willing to lend you an ear. I can't say enough about the memory care director [name removed] and the memory care manager [name removed]. They are a Ray of Sunshine. The memory care team which encompasses (Nurses,CNA's, Activity Director the kitchen and house keeping are truly amazing They are kind, cheerful ,compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend Grand Villa of Clearwater to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Things I'm thankful for: I can be as independent as I'm capable of yet get help when needed. I have a gym i can exercise in and a physical therapist to help me get stronger. I have many friendly staff and residents to talk to try can rest in my apartment when I feel like it. I can have a pet if i want to. I can take the grand villa bus to weekly shopping trips and I can get driven to my doctors appointments. I can visit with a nurse practitioner any week I need to. My family can visit anytime and I can go with them anytime. I am thankful that I have Grand Villa.

My husband and I moved in about a week ago. We have been able to get our belongings in place. Everyone has been very helpful and checks on us often. We've met many of our new neighbors and all are very friendly!

I'm a current resident and have lived here a year and a half. The community is very friendly, everyone cooperates, there is alot to do to stay busy. We have outings and shopping trips, and entertained. It has been very easy to make friends.

My aunt has been so very concerned about the transition she is facing as she makes the move from living independently for the last 78 years to moving to somewhere where she can receive the care that she now needs. As her closest living relative I have been assisting her with her search for a new home for the last several months. The experience has been eye opening for the both of us. We had no idea the range of facilities and how much each one differed from the next. My aunt has always been a very social person and the one thing she was the most concerned about was finding a place where she would be able to make new friends. From the moment we walked into The Grand Villa Clearwater we knew we had found her new home. Their moto Looks Like Home, Feels Like Family couldn’t be more accurate. My aunt has settled in nicely and has made new friends not only with her fellow residents but with a lot of the wonderful staff as well!

Grand Villa is a beautiful place - I love that it is family owned. I Love the water - for my dad, this is very important to him. He was a former Navy Officer. The residents and staff here have been super friendly, thank you for all that you do.

Food delicious. Enjoy attending the activities. Love going to Walmart. I enjoy talking to everyone. Staff are very friendly. My room is beautiful and they keep it clean. I love it here.!

Staff friendly and attend to my needs in a timely manner. Good variety of activities. I enjoy going on all the outings. They do a great job cooking the foods. I like they keep everything nice and clean.

We needed a clean, well maintained assisted living facility in South Florida for my mother. It seemed like a simple need and I assumed we would find many of them. We didn't !! Some of the places we found were so bad, I wouldn't have even let them board our dog. We were originally referred to Grand Villa Delray East by a friend, we made an appointment and went for a tour. When we arrived, there were a dozen residents sitting in a beautiful covered area in front of the building, they all smiled at us and greeted us. We were not expecting that, in many facilities the residents seemed on the verge of death, not here. People were friendly, it was a Sunday afternoon and a singer was in the auditorium when we walked in. The residents were singing along and everyone seemed happy to be there. I knew we found the perfect place for my mother. She has been there 3 months and couldn't be happier. Make sure you tour this facility before signing a lease somewhere else, you won't be sorry.

Nervous about move move destroyed in hurricane. Happy to be at Grand Villa. My experience has been great so far. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

We had to move my dad pretty quickly due to his needs and care. We were blown away by the amount of service we were given. We were able to get tours scheduled so promptly. Paperwork and moving expectations were so clearly stated and organized. The staff made my dad feel like he was family. They care for him so well and with so much kindness. The amount of time and effort the staff puts into their attention to detail is unmatched! Would recommend to anyone who needs a place for their family member that feels like home always from home.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews online but Grand Villa is worth the effort. Two years ago, my now 92 year old father started considering a move from Virginia to Florida to be closer to family. We wanted to find him a great independent living apartment to make the decision easier. After doing a lot of research, Grand Villa seemed to good to be true, so my brother and I decided to start our search there. We were so impressed that we had our dad come into town to take a look. He loved it! The facility is spotless, updated and beautiful but more importantly the staff is wonderful. From day one, my father was truly treated like family. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I don’t know how they find such fabulous employees but I’m guessing it is because Grand Villa’s management is involved and truly seems to care about their residents and staff. My dad has never looked back and we are so grateful. Reviews helped me find Grand Villa. I hope this helps someone else.

The Pineapple House is a wonderful senior living community. [name removed] food is amazing. [name removed] the exec dir is very hands on with the residents and their families. [name removed] memory care director is very compassionate and also hands on with residents and their family members, [name removed] activities are great.

Everyone that I have dealt with in regards to Grand Villa have been nothing but helpful and understanding. They have made an extremely difficult situation much easier to navigate and as stress free as possible. Any time I have a question, [name removed] is quick to help and is so easy to work with.

As a professional in the senior industry, I am in alot of senior living buildings. Grand Villa is top notch! The recent renovation made her look brand new again which is just what she needed to be a real contender in our area!

I recently moved into Grand Villa; I love in a cottage. I was on a waitlist for some time, but once they had a cottage open up, I was ready to go! This has been a stressful as I sold my house in hopes of having a place to move to in the timeframe needed, but Grand villa ensured every possibility for this to happen for me. I was impressed on how caring they all were and attentive during the move. Since moving in, I have been able to enjoy delicious, home cooked meals and meet some of the best neighbors! If you are looking for a safe and loving environment, Give them a call!

In general the people are friendly and they cooperate with [name removed]and take care of her. She seems to like the food and the staff is mostly very friendly. No one is mean and we are very pleased with the service.

I came in for a tour feeling uneasy about the difficult decision of finding a place for my mom, but left feeling comfortable, confident, and happy with my decision. The staff if knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Lindsey especially! Everything is clean and everyone is well taken care of.

After a great tour, we received a full packet of information which made a decision very easy. Other visit to other location were not even close to your tour. We even stayed for a tasty meal in the dinning room.
