Recently I had the pleasure of visiting the facility. My wife and I were there as part of an Operation Christmas Child shoe box filling event. The other team members did the lions' share of work while I waited to whatever heavy lifting was required, (there wasn't much). while waiting, seated at a lovely piano, I observed the following: Your staff participated in the activity; they were engaged. They were sincere in their interaction with their residents; clearly, they cared about their residents. It was heartwarming to see staff respond to the residents in such a loving manner; extremely well done to them. The staff are in constant motion, attending to residents and everything else that is required at the facility; I commend them heartedly.

In addition to Pineapple House being a beautiful facility I’m very pleased with the medical staff that keeps me informed on how my sister is doing. The socialization is wonderful for my sister & she seems to be enjoying making new friends. The staff is very caring & takes wonderful care of the residents. I would definitely recommend Pineapple House.

From the moment I walked in to Truewood, the receptionist welcome me. The staff from the office to maintenance were always nice and professional. I always recommend Truewood to family and friends. I would recommend Truewood to everyone. My uncle was very happy and so did I, because everyone was always very kind, nice and professional.

I have been very pleased with the service here at Grand Villa and the care that is provided to the customers is good. I am also very happy to see different group ethnics in this community as-well compared to other senior places.

I think that the staff is very tender and careful and kind in the memory care. They have great patience which they do show everyday. We’re sorry we’re leaving but we have to be closer to family otherwise we’d be staying.

I am enjoying my respite stay at the community. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the activities in the 300 building with [name removed]. The food is good and I am comfortable here.

Arrival very warm welcome everyone had time to say a few kind words. Facility is/ was well maintained and very clean any needs or desires are met staff works hard to get to know you. Many opportunities for socialization and interaction with neighbors live entertainment is frequently available and very good.

I have lived in a few Independent Living and nothing compares to how wonderful Grand Villa is. The community is warm and welcoming and staff are dedicated workers. I am so happy here and thankful they had a room available to me. I love participating in the activities, especially crafts and Bingo, I have made many friends as well.

Grand Villa has been a wonderful experience for my father who moved in just a few months ago. After a difficult situation they made it very easy for me to find placement and make him feel welcome in his new home. Everybody takes such good care of him. everybody knows what's going on and it is such a comforting, feeling knowing that he's in a safe environment.

Gran Villa at Riverview Palm Bay is home away from home… They are family… Our adoptive family! From top to bottom this place is a well oiled machine. Everyone is so professional and pleasant! Never does a question go unanswered and how nice is it that everyone knows you by name ( first name at that!) We appreciate all the dedicated care you give my mother. This place is indeed home.

I wanted to say a few words about my experience with Grand Villa Palm Coast. My mother was inquiring to move there, unfortunately she passed away before the ink was dry. The way that [name removed]made me feel about this decision and calmed my heart, unmatched to anyone I have met along this journey. If I ever have the chance to recommend this wonderful place to anyone, I will gladly give them her name and number. She never treated me like a deal to be closed, she treated me like family, everyone I met at the community smiled and welcomed me and my sister, I can't say enough good about this experience,

Came to tour with first in on Monday. All the staff was so welcoming it felt that I was apart of they family. The building was very clean and smelt great! Highly recommend for loved ones.

I am looking for a community for my mom. This is a great location, in the heart of Sarasota, with access to everything, but you would never know it. The grounds feel very secluded with a scenic living space out back that would be great for her to sit and do her puzzles. I also met the activities director and executive director while I was there. Everyone there is very nice and the place is so clean which is important because me and my mom are clean freaks!

Rooms are clean. Food is good and well cooked. Outside areas adequate workers polite and knowledge.

I recently visited Grand Villa of DeLand and was very impressed with the facility and the level of care provided. The building is beautifully maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable, home-like decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions, making me feel valued and respected. They clearly care about the residents and take pride in creating a safe, supportive environment. The amenities and activities offered are excellent, providing plenty of options for engagement and socializing. Overall, I would highly recommend Grand Villa of DeLand to anyone looking for a caring, high-quality senior living community.

The move to a living facility was a significant change for my mother. The staff at Grandvilla was very sensitive to this and worked hard to make the transition as seemless as possible. All staff members were friendly and worked hard to immediately address any questions we had. The food is excellent, the facility is clean, well maintained and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is excellent.

I do not have enough superlatives to express how wonderful this community is. I recently moved my mom here and the experience from start to finish was great. Every single staff member I encountered was sweet, honest, helpful and I genuinely felt that this is the right community for my mother. I can't recommend this facilty enough!
