I toured this facility as a future candidate for my mother as she is needing more assistance now with her day to day life. The sales team [name removed] and [name removed] were super helpful and informative. Staff throughout the halls were engaging and friendly. Everybody had a huge smile on their face. I can genuinely feel like this place feels like home.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach provides excellent care for my mom. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate!! Highly recommended, so glad we chose is location. Thank you!! The food is outstanding, they have great entertainment and plenty of activities to keep your loved one busy.

My Dad has been a resident at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach for over 10 years and absolutely loves his home!! The staff are so wonderful and truly caring. I think its an excellent place. Activities are always fun and there's a lot to do. The place is always clean and everyone is friendly and always willing to help very thoughtful people. It's a beautiful building.

The activities here Tuscna Gardens are so much fun! The activity director [name removed] took us all around town to see christmas lights. She even made homemade cookies and hot chocolate on our bis ride. They are always doing fun things. We are excited for our Christmas Party!

I visited so many places for my mom and the first time I walked through the place. It felt like home. I felt great about placing my mother here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and I couldn’t have picked a better place.

Want to thank all of the staff and residents for being so nice and helpful to my mom who recently moved into Grand Villa. She has a beautiful apartment and she really enjoys the meals. Great job to all!

I have not been able to make it there yet but my family members tell me my father is adjusting and very happy. I understand my father has amenities that include a kitchen, TV and bathroom assist equipment. Very nice.

This us our village. We get along with each other in living and kindly was every day. There is peace and quiet and then we share fun and games. Couldn't as for more.

Very Positive Experience with PH. My MIL is very happy. Staff helped with the transition from Assisted Living to the Memory Care seem flawless. The cleanliness of the PH and my MIL's apartment are excellent. They make sure her clothes are clean and put away. Shower, sink, and toilet are always clean. Floors are swept and mopped and everything smells fresh. The friendliness of the staff is genuine. They see me and immediately let me know what my MIL is doing and where she is. They are always with the residents and treat them with dignity and respect. The quality of care my MIL receives from the staff at the PH is excellent. [name removed] always looks nice, teeth are brushed, clothing choices match and are appropriate. PH has a hairstylist come in weekly and I pay her directly to wash and style her hair weekly and color her roots monthly. My request that the staff not wash her hair is honored but the staff do make sure it's brushed everyday. They remind me when she needs any supplies (personal, toileting, etc) and communicate when their are any issues with health and doctor follow-ups. The meals, snacks, and special occasions are very good. They celebrate holidays with special menus and decorations. The residents also tend to eat with the same familiar friends and at the same table. Routines are a must, especially with memory issues. I may stop in and visit in the morning and the chef always offers a cup of coffee and staff are quick with an extra chair. The PH provides terrific activities for all the residents. A monthly calendar of activities is always posted for both MC and AL. The staff are excited and joyful and do their very best to help residents participate. Music, walking club, bingo, crafts, movie time, and my very favorite are Thursday afternoons live entertainment. Everyone gathers in the beautiful and spacious atrium for live music and dancing. We feel the the value of cost for the Pinapple House is fair for all that they do. We also received a discount of $[removed] off per month for the duration of her living at the PH. They even honored the discount when my MIL transferred from AL to MC after I sent them an email with the request. The Executive Director is a good communicator in addition to the nurses, activity director and the sales staff. When I visit the PH to see my MIL almost all the staff are very visible and available to talk to.

I am currently seeking a facility to reside in Jan 2026. I was impressed by the cleanliness upon entering the campus. The views were calming, music and lighting were good. The receptionist was very friendly, rendering good eye contact and I was most impressed by the high caliber exhibited by the Leasing Coordinator. A great level of professionalism was displayed by the Sales Assistant as well. I plan on entering Independent Living into the "Manatee".

My mom has been a resident for almost a year now she has been so happy and made many friends we could not be happier.

Grand Villa of Ormond has nothing but exceeded my expectations. I feel so secure and happy knowing I chose the right place for my loved one. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

I am only here about 1 month but I must say this is the best thing that’s ever happened to me in my life at this time. I was doing everything myself where I loved before I came to grand villa. Now I feel like a princess! They shower me, they give me my medications, and help me get dressed. The food is great, and I met some wonderful people and there’s always an activity to partake in. And entertainment to be in and enjoy!

The facility is great, very comprehensive and management staff is friendly and responsive. Try to please. The physical environment is extremely pleasant and clean. Location on the water provides great views on outdoor experiences that are very attractive. Some staff are pleasant and some are unpleasant.

Upon entering through the front doors , I was impressed with the view of the river, the spacious dining room and the happy looks of the residents. As I waited for my appointment, several people asked if they could help me.
