Mom was cleaned up,and her hearing aids where on ,she was in excellent spirits. She was bathed her and they shampood her hair. I look forward to the family support group for memory care, Thank you staff and techs for all you do for our mom

Grand Villa has been a wonderful experience for my father. My deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support my father has received since moving into Grand Villa just a few days ago. This transition was a very challenging decision for my siblings and me, especially as we are not local to the area. However, the warmth and dedication of everyone at Grand Villa have truly made this process much easier for us all. My mom came here in April, coming from full time care at home. For my family and I, it was difficult to manage that and with caregivers schedules. So we decided to discover Senior Living. In the last year she has been here, she has become completely turned around from where she started. My mother has become very independent and strong ever since living here, the staff have been very accessible with helping her. All management knows her and her needs and it makes me absolutely happy!

I have lived at Tuscan Gardens for 6 months now. The food is phenomenal and keeps getting better. They have incorporated many different varieties of food on their menu. The dining experience is just like a restaurant. Wonderful community to live in.

Choosing a community for mom was simple when it came to Tuscan Gardens. They are all in all a well rounded community. The staff is so kind and good to mom. There are days she does not feel like coming to lunch but there is always someone who will knock on her door and invite her down. They really do their best to involve everyone in activities and socialization. We are very pleased with everyone and everything at Tuscan Gardens. Thank you staff!

My husband’s dad moved to Tuscan Gardens last week. He loves it there and we love it there. The staff is so attentive and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to make him feel welcome and he loves his apartment. The food is really good - dad loves it. And we know he is being cared for well and has lots of activities and people to meet.

My family member is a resident at grad villa at boynton beach fl my family is so happy with our experience with them. I live out of town the staff always responds quickly with all my and concerns . When I do get the chance to visit, I can see why there motto is ( it looks like home and feels like family). Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.

My cousin has lived here for at least 3 years. The place is peaceful and lovely. The one person who stands out is [name removed]. My goodness, that irritable cousin of mine simply adores her! I'm thankful for her calm, gentle manner even when he is being difficult. He hasn't had much love in his lifetime so thank you, [name removed], for you kindness.

I had been watching my mother decline in her abilities to live alone and my search led me to Grand Villa of Palm Coast. I knew the day that I toured the facility and spoke extensively with [name removed] the leasing coordinator that this was the place for my mom. [name removed] and her staff have lived up to my expectation and mostly exceeded them. Moving day came for my mom and the bed I had ordered for her had been delivered the day before but the "pro" who was supposed to put it together cancelled at the last minute I texted [name removed] not knowing how I was going to overcome this obstacle and she responded with a message saying she would take care of it. Her maintenance director put the bed together before we arrived and the day was saved. That seems to be the philosophy of this facility - someone will take care of whatever issue it is from the housekeeping to the medical personnel and every other function the place has a very "can do" attitude. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to move my mom to G

Everyone is very nice and cordial. The food is good. I enjoy activities. I will join any activities that are going on. I've met a lot of new friends that I enjoy having meals with and talking to.

Just started touring senior living options and of the ones. I have looked at Grand Villa was by far the nicest. As we walked through the community, the staff were very friendly and nice. Asked me who I was looking for and made me feel welcomed. Plus everything was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays.

I was attracted to them because of the kindness of the people in the length of time most of them have worked there. My only criticism is the tear policy on the costs. My mother went in as an independent, but when we decided it would be better to have her medicines dispensed instead of just adding that simple expense they put her into the next year which included dressing and bathing at a great cost, and she didn't need anything like that. The only thing she needed was her medication's dispensed And I had no recourse but to pay over [cost removed] more a month.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by the team at Grand Villa of Delray Beach East Senior Living! They have exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff members are not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly kind and compassionate! It’s a really nice place and it is very clean. Everyone is very friendly. It is almost like home. The activities director is really great along with her assistants. They are really good with everybody.
