Grand Villa is an experience I will always remember. The activities are vary but each activity is planned ahead and very appropriate for the resident. The care services are done in a kind way and the residents one treated with respect. The meals are provided in a caring way. In my opinion breakfast is the best. Dinner and lunch my vary but they are tasty.

My sister in law, my friend and myself had a wonderful time with the tour We were very impressed with the facility beautiful very clean Everyone so nice [name removed] was our tour guide we couldn't have had a better time with her. She showed us the facility explained a lot to us We were so impressed. She was the greatest.

I visited my sister at Grand Villa and was welcomed by friend staff and residents. Everyone was smiling and happy. They had live music that day and my sister and I went to listen to it. The residents were dancing and singing. It was a very enjoyable visit and I look forward to visiting her again soon.

Life at Grand Villa of New Port Richey is grand. We are all treated like family. Our family is quick to make new residents feel at home. Staff are always available and willing to answer questions. We have a wonderful activity director and activities and varied. Our chef provides three wonderful meals a day. Amenities are many. Life is grand.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Grand Villas of Delray. From the moment we walked in, I felt a sense of relief knowing that my husband would be in a place that truly cares. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. The atmosphere is always cheerful, and the facility is spotless and well-maintained. I am beyond grateful for the dedication of everyone here. Thank you for making such a difference in our lives!

Grand Villa of Ormond truly does feel like home. Staff are all always very friendly and inviting. The community is very clean and doesn't lack that friendly touch. Very happy with this community.

Locale is very pleasant tidy and easily accessible staff is super helpful, courteous and friendly dining is very pleasant and maintained well, chef and staff mindful of needs and wishes. Housekeeping done on schedule and well maintained transportation available on schedule driver great! Grounds kept neat, clean, tidy residents pleasant and accepting. Activities abundantly scheduled and fun.

Grandvilla is an extremely well run friendly place to live. Employees go out their way for all of us without exception. My favorite things are all the activities on campus and daily excursions off campus. My wife and I feel like we are living at a resort with great food. . Our Med Techs are able to distribute to all of us. Medication we are prescribed by our doctors we are truly happy and content.

“My aunt’s mother-in-law was a resident there, and although we lived out of state and couldn’t visit her in person, we always stayed connected through other family members. They often spoke about how clean and well-maintained her apartment and the community were, but more importantly, they always mentioned how kind and welcoming both the residents and staff were to her. My older brother was involved in a drunk driving accident in which his wife was killed instantly, physically he is all right, but sustained a brain injury which exacerbated his dementia. He needed a place to stay, and when his daughter looked at grand Villa, she liked the reviews they had I went with her and we toured grand Villa and were very impressed by their facilities and employees,,[name removed] who is the leasing coordinator is very kind and was very informative in this process. I would recommend it highly to anyone that would like to visit.

My 93-year-old mother has been living at Grand Villa, and she absolutely loves it! From the moment she moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming her with warmth and kindness. It’s clear they truly care about the residents, always going above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The residents are also wonderful, and she has made so many new friends. She enjoys the activities, which keep her engaged and entertained every day. Whether it’s social events, exercise classes, or special outings, there is always something fun happening. Her apartment is beautiful—bright, comfortable, and perfect for her needs. It truly feels like home, and knowing she is so happy and well cared for brings me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for a caring, vibrant, and welcoming senior living community. It has been a fantastic experience for my mother, and we are so grateful!

We looked at several places and decided on moving our Mother to Grand Villa of Delray Beach. The entire process from the initial contact to moving in was easy and very comforting thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]. Both made us feel at ease and guided us through the process. Everyone is so helpful and caring. There are different activities which our Mother enjoys. She has made friends with some of the residents and they include her in activities and gatherings to sit and talk. We feel we made the right choice!

I am a current resident and have been here 21/2 months. I love the staff and the residents are great. Being one of the youngest residents, I get to experience the wisdom of many of my new friends. I also love the maintenance, and housekeeping staff. They do so much for me daily. [fee removed] and [fee removed]and everyone else was so inviting, I wanted to come here from the beginning. The entire kitchen staff is fabulous and the food is consistently some of the best I have ever have.

Knowledgeable and caring staff that I'm comfortable with caring for my Dad. They are great with communication.

Staff is kind and compassionate. Friendly and helpful. Food is really good. They have fun activities every week. They try to do different things so residents have different things to look forward to do.

Wow! As a 40+ year senior housing professional, Grand Villa of Palm Bay ranks the highest I have seen and walked in! The whole team operates across many departments as a smooth running family feel environment. The welcome my father felt was very heartfelt. They helped him adjust by introducing him to other residents, inviting to activities, and accepting assistance when he was previously Independent. His family lives out of state and we know he will be well cared for and will be treated like family by the staff.

The amenities offered gives everyone the opportunity to choose to do as much or as little as they are comfortable with. The staff is so friendly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the little extras around every turn and the look on my friends face as she showed me around! This is a wonderful place for her.
