I am seeking Independent living for myself within the next couple of years and would like to have options for when I am ready. I visited this community years back when it was river view and have always wanted to come re visit. [name removed] & [name removed] who are apart of the management team here have kept in touch with me throughout these years and that meant so much to me that I had to come back. Even though I am not ready for this at the moment, coming in and putting a face on these guys who have always been there was an absolute delight. Knowing there is people like this here who actually care about you is great to know and not to even mention the beautiful environment within the community. I wish the rooms were bigger but the place is filled with amazing water views throughout the building and fun interactive events to do around the place. Once the time comes, I will be sure to come back to grand villa and I recommend this senior place for one in need.

My mother thrives here. The staff is amazing. Everyone knows her by name. The on-site salon and boutique are fully functional and adorable. Grounds are impeccable and my piece of mind....PRICELESS!

Everyone can imagine that needing help for a parent who is suffering from dementia is an incredibly DIFFICULT situation. You hear of horror stories of assisted living places, and I feared I could never find an acceptable place for my Dad. I stopped in on a Saturday just to inquire, and was greeted with kindness & care! I was incredibly impressed by how Clean, warm and welcoming it was!! I left my phone number for the Leasing Coordinator to call, and when she spoke to me … I was BLOWN AWAY!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE it got even BETTER! [name removed] and her entire staff WELCOMED me and my Father as if we were FAMILY! [name removed] went ABOVE & BEYOND to meet our families needs!! She took the time to talk to myself & my family answering all our concerns and questions, no matter what day or what time. I cannot “Thank” her enough for the help she provided & I know without a DOUBT this is the BEST PLACE in Florida for anyone in need of help with a family member or friend in need! I guarantee there’s no place be

1 - 8 all 5's one item that my family is having a hard time with is the accessibility and ease to get into the memory care which is arduous. I dread it for each visit to see dad. We ring the bell on the first entry wait for a caregiver who by the way are busy taking care of the residents so it takes awhile then head upstairs and wait for another caregiver to let you in - this then occurs as you exit.

From the time I came here to live, I felt welcomed. I have been retired for several years and am very intrigued by the place I am living in. Mostly everyone here is retired and after speaking to the residents here they all feel the same way. I have a wonderful room that is kept clean by the employed staff here. The common areas are kept clean, as in my room and the rest of the floors. The food is very much to my liking and cooked well.

A tour of a place will tell you a lot. Getting hitched with them and proceeding will tell you even more. It's the only place I thought my folks would actually feel like they might have vacationed at, instead of merely settling for (after all, they had to leave a nice home & go into assisted living). I have been helped with everything I've asked for. The place is physically just... "it" (everything from the "rich, ranch owner-looking" entrance, to excite those showing up, to the great materials from which the rooms are constructed and the folks may appreciate every time they work at a counter or take a lavish shower). It's revolutionary compared to some. Mom keeps her cat... if Dad crashes they have the option to keep him there and hold her hand until final moments -- no mandatory separation. They can "move his Nursing Home care" like a house call on steroids, of needed, there to Mom's Assisted Living. Others only offer to let them be separated and maybe visit. A bit more but WORTH IT

Walked in for a tour on a Friday and was greeted, tour was for memory care was given a lot of info. Coming back for lunch with my loved one!

After walking in and taking one look at this beautiful community we were sold. We are so excited to bring our father back for a tour. They invited us for lunch as well. The staff was so friendly and everyone knew everybody. It seemed like a great family atmosphere.

Walking in the door we were greeted by the sweetest reception [name removed]. She introduced us to the sales ladies and we began our tour. The ladies walked us through the entire process and we were greeted by multiple staff members along the way. Everyone knew everybody and everyone seemed so happy. The community was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. Especially the closet. They invited us to stay for lunch and we did. There were many options on the menu if you did not want what they were serving. The burger was fantastic. What a great experience. We are excited to bring mom back when she moves down here. I definitely think she will really like this community.

I have noticed with all my visits there how caring they are with the residents, taking care of all their needs and keeping well and safe. I" feel that this is very loving and caring community for the residents. I highly recommend it. This is one of the best community in the area.

I took my grandma here at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach and I just have to stay I am VERY IMPRESSED. Grand villa is super clean!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and very friendly, they take such great care of my grandmother! Thank you Grand Villa!!

We looked at several communities before choosing Grand Villa of Sarasota for my mom. I have no doubt we choose the perfect one! She has easily made new friends and the caregivers are wonderful with her. I am very happy she is so comfortable in her new place.

I toured grand villa palm coast for my grandmother, we are looking for memory care. I met with [name removed] and [name removed], they showed me the community and introduced me to several staff members. I was able to see what activities they have as well as sample lunch. Although it is further away then we'd hope, this is our favorite community thus far.

We recently toured the assisted living at grand villa, looking for a place for my uncle. Unfortunately after speaking with [name removed] and [name removed], we need to look at a higher level of care. I wanted to leave this review because [name removed] did not have to take the time out of her day, to help me find a solution, but she did, that meant so much because I was so lost on what to do.

Grand Villa is a warm and welcoming place and it has been a wonderful experience for my father. The staff and caregivers are wonderful and it warns my heart to know that he being well taken care off. Grand Villa made the transition very smooth for my father and that was extremely comforting since my siblings and I are not local. I recently visit my father with my daughter and she commented on how happy my father is and how wonderful all the caregivers are to him. I am very pleased that they take the time to talk to me every time I call and inform me of how he is doing. It is very comforting to be able to be able to check on my father at any time of the day. I would like to extend a special thank you to the activity director in memory care. They are always available to talk and give us updates and they made the transition smooth for my father. My siblings and I highly recommend Grand Villa to other families!

I was very impressed with the staff. I loved how inviting and friendly everyone was. It was also very clean which is a must. The landscaping makes it look very peaceful and I can see why residents are happy here. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a place for your loved one. You will not be disappointed.
