I have been here for a year. The staff goes beyond there goes to help all of us residents.

My time here has been more than pleasant. The staff are very friendly and the community is very lively. I enjoy staying at Grand Villa.

I was attracted to them because of the kindness of the people in the length of time most of them have worked there. My only criticism is the tear policy on the costs. My mother went in as an independent, but when we decided it would be better to have her medicines dispensed instead of just adding that simple expense they put her into the next year which included dressing and bathing at a great cost, and she didn't need anything like that. The only thing she needed was her medication's dispensed And I had no recourse but to pay over [cost removed] more a month.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by the team at Grand Villa of Delray Beach East Senior Living! They have exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff members are not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly kind and compassionate! The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of amenities and services tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. It’s truly a home away from home!

It’s a really nice place and it is very clean. Everyone is very friendly. It is almost like home. The activities director is really great along with her assistants. They are really good with everybody.

The Grand Villa on Drew street in Clearwater is a great place! From the minute you enter the front door and the grand piano catches your eye, you know this is a quality place! The front desk worker never fails to greet you by name and is kind. The food is good in the dining room. Family and friends of residents are welcome to purchase a meal ticket to enjoy dining with their loved ones. The white linen tablecloths and picture perfect view of the grassy area outside the spotless windows give the ambience of quality care and attention to detail. Everything is clean, beautiful and convenient throughout the whole building. Visitor parking is also convenient. Good lighting in the evening until morning makes parking and going to and from the parking lot safe and secure 24/7. There are interesting programs for residents; and their families can also join them enjoying the music or activity. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. Visit! You’ll be impressed!

Moved in elderly parents, staff extremely helpful and professional. Maintenance staff was great, worked late to assist and came back the next morning to complete the small issue. Nurse staff is caring and patient.

I have been very pleasant here at this community. I have enjoyed participating in activities and events that go on throughout the week. I also enjoy the luxury of having your own transportation bus to take you there and back from places you want to go!

Beautiful facility, feels like home and people are very friendly but also very helpful to all the residents. Nurses are wonderful and everyone really goes by their motto - Looks like home and feels like family.

We moved my Mother to Florida from New York. The staff has made her transition very smooth. She has adjusted well and is happy living here. There is always and event or an activity to attend. After Touring a number of communities, we are so happy we chose Grand Villa.

So glad we found this setting for mom. The admin pick excellent staff members who are friendly, patient and helpful. Any adjustments to help mom be comfortable and healthy are heard and addressed quickly. The location is beautiful and always clean. The dining experience is definitely like a resort and special requests are considered. There are plenty of activities available and they are varied for different resident interests. We are so pleased to be part of the Grand Villa family and I enjoy spreading the word to people looking for an excellent facility.

I’ve visited Silver Creek and while I think it’s a beautiful place to live, there are some things that need to be addressed. The menu items are okay but there should be less fried options for the daily menu. While there is an “always available” healthy section, the daily items should have more health conscious sides like steamed vegetables. As a side note: the desserts are delicious! Keep up the good work there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The residents seemed very happy and welcoming too! There is always something to improve on but it’s a nice place to consider for the future

I'm very comfortable. I'm enjoying myself. My room is delightful. If I need help I just extremely satisfied with the overall experience at Pineapple House.

This community has such a warm, kind, and fun atmosphere. The entire staff go above and beyond for the residents. The dining and activities program made the Holidays magical and so much fun! Thank you Pineapple House for all you do each and every day!

No place is perfect one. [name removed] doesn't always mean good. Grand Villa has a small memory care unit. Most residents spend the day together. [name removed] faces are very important. Workers have a real concern for the residents. We all have to be part of our parents care as they age. I feel as I am part of a family of staff residents and Grand Villa.

While I'm really impressed with what Silver Creek has to offer, I will admit that there are things that could be improved upon: First of all, WOW! The entire outside looks remarkable. Green foliage, beautiful lake behind the property. A truly amazing looking assisted living home. I would've never guessed it was a home for seniors. More like a really nice Marriott. The inside is just as gorgeous as the outside. The rooms look great. The courtyard is alright but not that much activity. Actually, the game room looks great but nobody seems to be in there. You should have more games like tournaments or events in there.

The facility is maintained at a high level. The staff is always there to help and assist. Transportation to and from medical appointment is outstanding. The driver will always help getting to/from on occasion. He will stood for my specials needs. He always has a smile. He will wait for me if needed.

I have been at the Pineapple House for awhile and the people are east to deal with. They are there to help. The food is very good with the right size. My tablemate are easy to getting to take to. They have been cordial. I'm surprised that you don't change for trips to doctors. The car is very comfortable.
