I have been at Grand Villa for a few months. I love how kind a considerate all of the staff here are. I love being able to walk my dog Simba around the nature path. The trees are so pretty to look at with all of the birds. I feel very peaceful here especially out back.

My wife and I have been here for a few weeks. We live the location. There are some incredibly kind people here. Downsizing was a very difficult time for us and we did not take the decision lightly. We have enjoyed being able to be a encouragement to our fellow residents It feels like a ministry for us.

The employees of Grand Villa are always very welcoming with a bright and warm smile. When visiting my loved one, I am always treated like family. My mother is treated well and is thriving since arriving at Grand Villa. Thank you, everyone.

The staff has been very helpful and nice to me. I have made a lot of new friends and enjoy living so close to the beach and shopping. I love the complimentary transportation and the food is very good.

[name removed] (front desk) was always so kind and helpful. The facility was very nice. The care staff was compassionate and friendly. Even the dining staff remembered my name and preferences as a visitor. I spent a lot of time here. Spent the night with my mom on several occasions. Never had any issues. In her final days, the staff was super supportive of me and our family. I enjoyed the multiple sitting areas and lounges with puzzles, games, and books. Often would bring my laptop and join work meetings in one of them while mom napped. The food was pretty good with lots of variety. They were super helpful in getting my mom to her dr appts once she was in a wheelchair and couldn't transfer into my vehicle. This was a HUGE help!!! The admin staff was good with working with mom's long term care provider. They were very diligent about calling me when there was any kind of issue or mom had a fall. The other residents were friendly, too. The activities were fun. I liked the location and felt the facility was secure. When a hurricane was coming, they were very clear on their emergency plans.

The staff ranging from the administration team to nursing team, to the care team, and even in the dining room are always kind and have a smile of their faces. They are also always willing to help in any capacity.

The entire staff is kind, caring and always so helpful. I looked at 6 communities before selecting The Grand Villa and I know this was the correct t choice.

My father has been a resident at Grand Villa Assisted Living Center for the past four years, and I can’t say enough good things about the care and compassion he received. Recently, when his health began to decline and he needed hospital care, [names removed] were incredibly helpful and supportive. During a very difficult and emotional time, they met with me personally to assist with gathering paperwork, going through his belongings, and offering thoughtful suggestions for his future care. They truly went above and beyond in every way. What stood out the most to me was their genuine kindness—not just toward me, but toward my dad. It was clear that they truly, truly cared about his health and well-being. I’m deeply grateful for everything the Grand Villa team has done. Their support made a challenging experience a little easier, and for that, I will always be thankful.

We recently moved a family member to Pineapple House and the staff has been amazing. The nurse [name removed]? and director [name removed] are extremely caring and keep us informed of how things are going. We attended a family night event and it truly was a family atmosphere. [name removed] sang to the residents and [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff served food to all the families. It’s a great place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to my wife adjusting to her new home.

Moved in recently and everything has been great. Mom loves the food and activities.

Clean place, caring staff, excellent meals, I would work there, my dad doesn't deserve to be in such a nice place, I am grateful he's in a safe environment, beautiful decorations all around, I like that it's off busy road so kind of quiet but plenty of nearby shopping

My husband and I wanted to express what a wonderful community the Pineapple House is in Naples Fla. We know first hand the excellent care they give their residents and the staff is exceptional ! It is encouraging to see such professional staff and how they enjoy caring for the residence
