I was rather hesitant when my siblings decided to place my mother in Assisted Living. However, this was the absolute best place for our mother! She is happy and has made several friends! And every single staff member recognizes her by name, which is amazing! I cannot think of any place I would rather have her then at the Grand Villa! Highly recommended for anyone considering an option for assisted living, Memory Care or like my mother an apartment of her own where she is cared for and checked on regularly! Absolutely love the staff, thank you for taking such good care of my mother and giving our family such peace of mind knowing she is in good hands!

Mom has only been at Grand Villa for a couple of weeks but her progress thus far has been very good. Mom was in independent living for 3 years, then moved to assisted living for only 1 month (both independent and AL at a different facility), but because of her declining memory had to move. Now instead of isolating, she is participating in some activities and has her meals in the dining room with “friends”, instead of eating alone in her room. I can breathe because I feel that she is “safe”. With motion detection in her lovely apartment, I know that if she gets confused, the staff will respond! The staff fetches each resident for each meal and in memory care that is very key. Mom fell shortly after she moved in, which was caught on camera. Their response and action was very good and I was notified immediately. The staff continues to get mom engaged in activities, which is a feat. Staff members have provided cell phone contacts and encourage calls for any concerns. Mom is happy!

My experience was one of extremely exceptional service and was always provided during times of crisis. The times were one of going above and beyond duty and responsively. Needed to say leading was also a major important in maintain and directors positive and was displayed.

5 for all. Grand Villa’ took wonderful care of my Mom. I can’t say enough good things about them or their staff. Absolutely! They took amazing care of my Mom (and me), especially at the end.

There is everything you need or want to keep a good outlook of life. The place is kept well kept n any problems taken care of asap. Many friendly people n activities to enjoy. Whatever care you need is available. Staff friendly n helpful in all your needs. We have a variety of good n have 2 special dishes or side supplements to chose from. Activities everyday for whatever you like n entertainment almost every week. Your living cost includes all your living needs including outings or Dr or medical transportation within 10 miles. At no charge. Meals, activities, n supplies at no charge. A better place for a good living cannot be found

One comment might be that the one time overnight assistance was needed it wasn't prompt. A few things we liked most are the food, activities and social interaction.

Yes, they were very transparent, they would call or text if my mom had any issues while I wasn't there. They were fair in pricing, the facility was very clean. The food was good. Alot of entertainment each day. Staff and administrators always friendly always available. The only reason I had to move my mom from there is that with her physical decline, they could no longer Help her. Which was Understandable

Grand Villa is a wonderful assisted living facility. The facility is well maintained and very clean. the staff and management is wonderful to work with.

I like it here. The staff/nursing team is very helpful and caring. The activities program is very good and I look forward to BINGO. Med tech in 300/400. Building are helpful.

They were just sold to a new company so I don't know a lot about the new company. They are doing a lot of renovations and in the last year have fixed both elevators and put in hurricane windows. My mother-in-law is very happy there. She is in a studio. There is a partial wall that separates her bed from living room but all the units are slightly different. Comes with mini fridge, sink, microwave, and a few cabinets in kitchen area. Decent closet space. Each unit has screened lanai.

During this challenging time you always hope to receive the support you need during this transition. Everyone at the Grand Villa has provided that and more. I couldn’t be happier with the staff and process getting to this point. The communication and assistance, when needed, has been excellent.

My grandfather at the community absolutely loves it, so happy we chose this community. Everyone is so nice. Everything from moving him in to integrating him into the community has been so smooth. My grandfather is very happy!

A place for mom was wonderful everyone was fantastic. The facility is clean, staff and residents were very friendly and the food looks good I will be highly considering a place for mom, as a place for my mom!

Finally, people are putting dementia care into practice. The facility is lovely, quaint and very home like. The bedrooms are set up for allowing the resident to move around in the middle of the night safely. So impressed. If your looking for dementia care that is definitely outside the box, come for a tour. Oh, and did I mention the courtyard where the bunny has free range.

The staff of the Grand Villa is outstanding under the leadership of [name removed]. My mother’s kitchen sink overflowed and the housekeeping staff was there to clean up the mess. They used all of her towels and then were kind enough to wash them.. The head of maintenance came and brought in a fan to expedite the drying process after he removed all of her kitchen drawers that were waterlogged and is having them sit in the sun for them to dry. I couldn’t have done it any better if I was there myself and my mom is forever grateful knowing she has a fantastic support team to help her in emergency situations. Mom loves the staff for their kindness, smiles and respect.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Grand Villa of Delray Beach! We started off doing respite care for my mother years ago. My mother always thoroughly enjoyed her stay and the staff was always wonderful ! Fast forward to today and my mother is now a resident of Grand Villa! They provide so many nice activities on site and also day trips to places! My mom is really enjoying herself and is more social than she has been in a while! It’s so comforting knowing that she is in a place that is so upbeat and lovely. So happy to have found Grand Villa and I would recommend it time and time again.
