I have lived at Tuscan Gardens for 3 months now. It is like living on a cruise ship! The food is delicious, lots of activities and the staff is wonderful. I am so fortunate to have found this beautiful community.

My family member is a resident at GV. She is very happy and greatly cared for.

While touring local Ormond Beach ALF's. I came across Grand Villa of Ormond Beach. This location feels so "at home" like, and very welcoming. All the staff and especially management team were all very friendly, and helpful. Would recommend.

Came in for a visit. Everyone was very nice 4 knowledgably.

Grand Villa is a great senior community that offers assisted living. We have restaurant style dining three times a day. We have lots of activities. We have a beautiful pool. The facility is run very well. Living here includes once weekly housekeeping and laundry. The staff is very caring and very supportive of your needs. They take care of giving you your medication’s. If that is your level of care. They offer independent living here too. All in all Grand Villa is a great place to live.For some

It is a difficult decision to transition a loved one from a family home to an Assisted Living community. The people at Grand Villa East have made this transition as comfortable as possible. From the Director, to many members of the staff, to a few standouts like [name removed] and [name removed], this transition has been positive and supportive. Yes, there have been challenges, but there are always people willing to help, even some of the residents! We looked at several other communities. I’m glad we chose Grand Villa East as the place for our mom!

Feel like I am home. Love the activities love exercising love the food. Like to have fun and meet good people.

I have lived at Tuscan Gardens for a year and a half now. The dining experience has took a tremendous turn for the better. We have all day dining and multiple options if you do not want the entrees served that day. We also have buffets once a week! Our chef [name removed]is wonderful and makes sure we are all pleased with our meals!

Touring the community was such a wonderful experience. This was our first time as we are looking for the future. The atmosphere was so friendly and everyone knew eachother. We were greeted by many residents in the hallways. The food looked delicious and the community was beautiful.

My mother is a Catholic so having Catholics so having Catholic service was a blessing for us. [name removed] was so helpful explaining the activities in the building for us. This experience has been a blessing and I'm happy my mother is a resident at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach.

Dad really likes the food. The sales staff and staff we dealt with for move in were great. The only complaint he had was that a staff member would knock really early or really late and just knock and open the door, so I told the sales team and now he has a do not disturb sticker from 10pm-8am and it's working.

All the staff at Grand Villa, especially [names removed] have been so wonderful helping my mom get settled in. We’re very grateful for all your help with this big life adjustment!! Thank you

My mom passed away a couple of years ago, and my dad had been struggling to care for himself. At first he was resistant to going into a community but he is now thriving! Eating 3 hot meals per day, making friends, and loves sitting outside by the pool. I do not live in the area so I have taken care of and very happy. Thank you all at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach!

After my mom had a serious fall—breaking her right wrist and shoulder—everything changed. On top of her physical recovery, I realized her dementia had advanced much further than I'd understood. Suddenly, I was facing the kind of decision no one wants to make: finding the right place for her to live safely and happily. We’d toured Grand Villa in Clearwater about six years ago, back when my mom was still sharp and independent. She actually didn’t even remember that first visit until we walked through the doors again, and then I could see the recognition on her face. That was both comforting and heartbreaking. It's just very hard to get in touch with anybody in authority there. The "gatekeeper" is the front desk person who is very friendly, and you just relay whatever message to her but it takes weeks if not months to get things done or answered,. One example is I changed my address in October I have told them multiple times and here. We are about seven months later and they still haven't changed it.

My mother moved into Grand Villa with the intention of only staying for two months while she recovered her strength after an illness. After those two months, she decided that the safe and supportive environment plus the wonderful staff of Grand Villa made this a much better option than continuing to live alone. She misses her old home but she is comfortable, happy, and safe here now.

Being at Grand Villa is pleasant the staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. Love being at Grand Villa it is very comfortable. I am very pleased with the place. Dining room staff is very good.
