The tour guide was very friendly and understanding of my reason for visiting Silver Creek to look for my parents. The tour itself was informative with the guide pointing out the various amenities. The idea of the chefs making meals requested by residents and their own recipes is special. They clearly care about the residents and want them to be happy and safe.

Mom hasn't really participated, but I do see others enjoying them. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only real problem that we have had is with the land line phone. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

My family and I are over the moon regarding the preparation, moving in, and continued care Grand Villa of Clearwater has provided for our mother.! Her wonderful , new apartment-home, the staff, the meals, and especially the friendships and welcoming hearts of the other residents has been overwhelmingly positive and beyond our hopes for her during this next chapter of her life. It feels like ‘home’ to her, and to us! Her content and palpable happiness means the world to us, as well as the opportunity for her continued independence she is still able to enjoy! Big thanks and love goes out to everyone at this wonderful place! Words are surely not enough to express our gratitude and the peace we feel leaving her in your care!

Moving your mother to a new home without family members in it is the hardest thing I ever had to do. The staff was wonderful. Kept me reassured. I was doing the right thing put up with my crying then I begin to see my mom blossom and see more relaxed. They genuinely care. I can’t thank them enough. My mom looked at me today and said I’m happy here validation that they were right I didn’t think my mom would be happy anywhere else but with us I would recommend it to anyone that has a family member with that needs memory care.

Extremely, friendly, personal and very supportive staff! The property is very well maintained, and the food is excellent! And the activities are enjoyed by the most! I highly recommend Grand Villa Delray East!

Grand Villa of Clearwater has been a welcoming and supportive place for our family! My mother loves her new home. From the minute we entered the building we were greeted with a home like atmosphere. [name removed] gave us a tour and her genuine enthusiasm and care for the other residents sold us. She still goes out of her way to make sure we are happy. The more staff we met the more we were convinced that these people care about the residents they take care of. They have exceeded all our expectations! Never having to go through this type of move for our mother before, we didn’t know what to expect. We toured several other facilities and did not feel the sincerity that we felt at Grand Villa. My mother loves her new home and has received more care and love than we could have hoped for. There is not one area that we are disappointed in. The residence are all very nice and welcoming. The staff has gone above and beyond to make and ensure that our mother is well loved and taken care of. I cannot say

The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The fit here for my mother was a great decision. She has only been there a couple of weeks and loves the place. After searching 4 place (all 3 of us) kept coming back to Grand Villa. Everyone on staff has been so accommodating. I received 4 business card contacts on my 2nd trip and have used their personal cell phone to connect and answer all my questions. I stopped everyone and asked how they are liking it here, all said the "staff" cannot be more pleasant. I'm hoping this welcoming continue. Helpful with paperwork and explaining numerous papers needed to sign.

Exploring option for my parents has not been easy. However Grand Villa truly made my experience better. Everyone was super nice and smiling. The memory care activities really caught my eye. They are amazing. The residents were all engaged and happy.

I am seeking Independent living for myself within the next couple of years and would like to have options for when I am ready. I visited this community years back when it was river view and have always wanted to come re visit. [name removed] & [name removed] who are apart of the management team here have kept in touch with me throughout these years and that meant so much to me that I had to come back. Even though I am not ready for this at the moment, coming in and putting a face on these guys who have always been there was an absolute delight. Knowing there is people like this here who actually care about you is great to know and not to even mention the beautiful environment within the community. I wish the rooms were bigger but the place is filled with amazing water views throughout the building and fun interactive events to do around the place. Once the time comes, I will be sure to come back to grand villa and I recommend this senior place for one in need.

My mother thrives here. The staff is amazing. Everyone knows her by name. The on-site salon and boutique are fully functional and adorable. Grounds are impeccable and my piece of mind....PRICELESS!

Everyone can imagine that needing help for a parent who is suffering from dementia is an incredibly DIFFICULT situation. You hear of horror stories of assisted living places, and I feared I could never find an acceptable place for my Dad. I stopped in on a Saturday just to inquire, and was greeted with kindness & care! I was incredibly impressed by how Clean, warm and welcoming it was!! I left my phone number for the Leasing Coordinator to call, and when she spoke to me … I was BLOWN AWAY!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE it got even BETTER! [name removed] and her entire staff WELCOMED me and my Father as if we were FAMILY! [name removed] went ABOVE & BEYOND to meet our families needs!! She took the time to talk to myself & my family answering all our concerns and questions, no matter what day or what time. I cannot “Thank” her enough for the help she provided & I know without a DOUBT this is the BEST PLACE in Florida for anyone in need of help with a family member or friend in need! I guarantee there’s no place be

1 - 8 all 5's one item that my family is having a hard time with is the accessibility and ease to get into the memory care which is arduous. I dread it for each visit to see dad. We ring the bell on the first entry wait for a caregiver who by the way are busy taking care of the residents so it takes awhile then head upstairs and wait for another caregiver to let you in - this then occurs as you exit.

From the time I came here to live, I felt welcomed. I have been retired for several years and am very intrigued by the place I am living in. Mostly everyone here is retired and after speaking to the residents here they all feel the same way. I have a wonderful room that is kept clean by the employed staff here. The common areas are kept clean, as in my room and the rest of the floors. The food is very much to my liking and cooked well.

My doctor found it for me as I was living elsewhere in Florida. She was impressed with the genuine friendliness and sincere welcome from staff and residents. The facility itself is beautiful and appears well maintained. The grounds and ponds are nicely manicured and accessible with sidewalks going all around the bldgs.

A tour of a place will tell you a lot. Getting hitched with them and proceeding will tell you even more. It's the only place I thought my folks would actually feel like they might have vacationed at, instead of merely settling for (after all, they had to leave a nice home & go into assisted living). I have been helped with everything I've asked for. The place is physically just... "it" (everything from the "rich, ranch owner-looking" entrance, to excite those showing up, to the great materials from which the rooms are constructed and the folks may appreciate every time they work at a counter or take a lavish shower). It's revolutionary compared to some. Mom keeps her cat... if Dad crashes they have the option to keep him there and hold her hand until final moments -- no mandatory separation. They can "move his Nursing Home care" like a house call on steroids, of needed, there to Mom's Assisted Living. Others only offer to let them be separated and maybe visit. A bit more but WORTH IT

I was able to do a lunch tour while looking for a place to live for my parents. The Leasing Coordinator [name removed] gave us a great tour of the rooms and overall building. Afterward, we were treated to lunch and served by [name removed]. He was the best server we could ask for and made us feel welcome! I'd love to live here already. Amazing first impressions
