I love Grand Villa because of the location, closer to my family. Truly enjoy the fabulous meals. The residents and staff are friendly and easy to talk. My room is spacious and very comfortable. Moving to Grand Villa was a smart move. My dog Joey also enjoys the pace and adapted easily.

I enjoyed my tour, and was impressed with how everyone looked "happy". I visited other places and only liked Grand Villa and another in Palm Coast, but GV had more to offer. Now that I'm here I still feel the same way. Staff and residents have all been very helpful and pleasant

Mom is so happy, and I feel so secure and comfortable that my Mom is in a safe and happy place. She is surrounded by dedicated staff who go above and beyond to make sure each resident is happy, healthy and thriving. Our mom loves it at Grandvilla of Clearwater. . She has made lots of friends, there is lots to do. She loves the staff, says they treat you like family. She recently had some health concerns and it was handled with great care. Thank you for making her feel so at home.

Clean facility friendly staff fun activities

Grand Villa is a peaceful warm and friendly place to live. The building is always clean, and my view of the nature path is calming.

Staff are very supportive and professional at all times. Very clean and well organized environment.

One of my fear moving into Grand Villa was losing my independence. I learned quickly I grained even more freedom. I am able to go where I want, when I want, at whatever time I want. As long as I am signed out I am following the rules. This place also comes with there meal a day. It doesn't get much better than that. I am happy to call this place home.

My mom is a very competitive bingo player. When she overheard how bingo is on the community she became overly excited. She has already made so many friends. The thing that surprised me was how friendly the residents are. Overall I have noticed that kindness has affected mom, and her attitude has gotten so much better since moving in. She always tells me she is happy to call Grand Villa home.

We luv it there. It's incredible. WE are happy with everything and we would recommend this community to other families.

I visited Grand Villa of Ormond Beach last week while reviewing options for one of my family members and I was impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming — not at all sterile or clinical which is a major turn off. One of the staff members gave me a tour and answered every question with patience and kindness. Everyone else I interacted with staff wise was very nice and welcoming.

Was a supreme and organized place! Even memory care was fantastic, lots of activities, beautiful place to live in! The staff were wonderful all pleasant , all had a smile on their face like they like their job! I need to find a new place for my mother who is in a place that I do not accept !! This place has all and takes care of their residence !!!

Exellent my mom and i are verry happy, its clean good smell, the personel is verry nice peaple, i recomended. The manager and the admissions officer are excellent professionals. When I first went to seek information, they treated me very attentively and answered all my questions. The admissions process was quick and professional. My mother is definitely in the right place; she is happy.

All of the staff that I have experienced are great at calling my parents by their name and asking how they're doing. The facility is always clean.

Grand Villas East has been amazing for my mother. The move in was smooth. All the staff are all so friendly and caring with her. The staff knows my mom’s name and are helping her to get acquainted with her new home and surroundings. Thankful she is at Grand Villas!

I toured looking for respite options for my mother. The community was clean and lots of socializing going on at the time I visited. The residents seemed happy and the building was very clean. I was given a tour of the community and was provided with pricing for my mother to stay there for a month. The room was a good size and is completely furnished so she just has to bring her clothes and hygiene products. She will have someone available to help her 24/7 while I am out if town.

I recently toured Tuscan Gardens for a community for my mom and dad. The entire team was so professional and the entire staff were so friendly and really cared about my parents needs. When the time comes to choose a community for my parents to live in, I will defintiley choose Tuscan gardens.
