The staff was able to accommodate complicated care other facilities could not while still promoting mostly independent (feeling) living. I wouldn't hesitate to have another family member utilize this facility. It is not inexpensive, though. I my opinion if you can afford it, it is worth it.

Everyone is very friendly medical staff is very good and experienced it is a great place for loved ones to live in We would definitely recommend Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs to other families based on the experience

The thing I like most of Grand Villa is the staff. They are all friendly & helpful. It is a delight living at Grand Villa.

Service here is very good attention to our needs. Activities are plentiful and engage when I want to. My room provides everything I need, new and functional. I enjoy my meals the food is prepared well.

[name removed] and [name removed] were great to work with. The facility is beautiful and has events and activities all day long. The dining room looks like you’re eating on a cruise ship patio - and the meals are excellent. There are outings to local stores, grocery, doctors, etc. You feel very good that you’re leaving your parent at such a caring, beautiful place.

Well run community. staff is very helpful and congenial. I feel at home and feel supported by the staff. Exceptionally clean & food is delicious and special taste choices are acknowledged. I feel understood by everyone here.

Very much a place for seniors. Caters to my needs. Housekeeper is fantastic. Community is dog friendly and my little dog is spoiled rotten. Food is first class. Love my room layout.

The staff is very caring and accommodating. I like having someone there to check on my mom if she doesn't come down for a meal. The activities director is very sociable and tries to find activities for every interest.

I went with some family members to visit grand Villa first and we had a very good impression of the facility. The staff was very kind and helpful and showed us all over the buildings and grounds. The application process was done long distance, and there were some technical difficulties getting all the paperwork through, but they continued to be very helpful in getting that done. Since my father passed away before he actually moved in, they offered me a refund. I would give them a 5.

My mom loves the staff and all the activities. She says the food is delicious.

I looked for place for mom for a couple of months and would highly recommend families to come look for yourself. Nicest place I saw and they do care a lot about the residents. Thats very clear. I have no reservation about recommending them to others.

I am happy I found Grand Vila. They have given me my life back while making sure mom is taken care of.

I came to look at Grand Villa for myself and everyone was very friendly. Everyone from staff to the people that lived there talked to me. They made me feel very welcome. The place was clean and it has a homelike feeling when you’re there. Lunch was good too.

Been a good place for my mom for past 2 years. She is well cared for and has many friends. She enjoys her time there and fortunate to have family nearby to visit her. She’s is well loved by staff and other residents.

I would like to share my experience with Grand Villa of Clearwater, as the son of a former resident & spouse of a long time employee of the company. My 95 year old Mom moved into Grand Villa of Clearwater in 2019 as "the first" Clearwater -Grand Villa resident. I am amazed by her feelings of love & compassion and impressed by the consistency of the care, consideration & "home & family" feel by everyone I encounter at Grand Villa. [name removed], once a dining room server, always polite & considerate & now a Med Tech in the Memory Care neighborhood, recognized me last week when I was at the community. I extended my hand to him to shake and received a warm "family bear hug". Each time I come to visit, I am welcomed by [name removed], the Executive director, who my mom loved so much, she always carried her business cards with her to share. I have occasionally been "volunteered" by my wife to help with some of the festivities & the fun things they do. We feel blessed to be a part of this family.

Trying to find a community for my dad was daunting at times. Finally, I met with the team at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach and I never looked back. they really took the time to explain community living and all they had to offer. I was definitely impressed. My dad and I had lunch with them and several of the residents came over to introduce themselves and say hello.. Everyone looked happy and shared their experience with us. Once dad had moved in, the communication has been exemplary. Thank you for all your support!

Tuscan gardens of Venetia bay is such a beautiful community! The staff is wonderful, the food is great and everyone seems so happy! They have wonderful activities including traveling to and from multiple places such as seeing the manatees up north. And all the way to fisherman’s village in Punta Gorda

One of our family members resides here and we visit them very frequently. The customer service at Tuscan Gardens is always superior. They have some very nice events planned by their activity director for all occasions. It’s so nice knowing that our loved ones are safe and feel at home here.
