Grand villa impressed me from beginning to end. Their website is a true depiction of their level of care, cleanliness, activities, and facility overall. Their staff is unbelievably helpful. Summer gave me a tour (with my hyperactive young kids in tow) and didn’t give me the impression she was rushed! When my grandma decided she was ready to move into assisted living, summer and May held our hands during the transition. Their unmatched professionalism made an otherwise stressful process easy and simple. Grandma has been living at Grand Villa for a few months now and I’ve visited many times. Her suite is always spotless and she is very well cared for- she loves the food and she now looks ten years younger than she did on the day she moved in! I am so thankful for Grand Villa and their team of angels!

After my father passed my mom moved in with me. She is diagnosed with dementia. Mom lived with us for 7 months. It was extremely difficult to manage her and basically turned our lives upside down . I started looking into assisted living facilities. The thought of placing her in one made me feel so guilty. We went around to different facilities. When we walked into Grand Villa East and took a tour with Summer we knew we had found a new home for mom. The activities and dining rooms are amazing. Their lunch and dinner menus options always are top notch. They have several bedroom layouts and we found an affordable one for our mom. Mom’s been there for a month, she’s made friends and we are all happy with our decision. I don’t have the guilt I had before. Grand Villa East has been a blessing to our family.

There are multi levels of care here, from independent living to memory care. There are multi levels of room rents too. and they are Medicaid approved. The staff all are very caring and friendly as are the residents. It's like a big happy family here. They have many activities, but also free time when you can do as you like.

I was in a community that closed its doors and was transferred to a rehab. I felt I would never find a place to call home again. My friend found Grand Villa and I am so pleased with my new home! Everyone has gone above and beyond to help me get settled. The food, entertainment, other residents are all above and beyond so good. I have had fun decorating my new room and feel this is my forever home.

I have a small dog and was so pleased that this place allows dogs. I can’t imagine being without her, she’s such good company for me since my wife died. They have several dogs and everyone treats them like family. As you pass an office the managers all have treats. This place is so clean and the care is exceptional. This is a beautiful place to live for the 2 of us.

I’m a housing locator and found this facility. There were MANY health issues and financial issues finding this client acceptable shelter. All of the staff that we worked with were extremely accommodating with authentic gentle care. HIGHLY recommend!

I toured Grand Villa a couple of weeks ago and I was blown away even with a renovation goin on. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

My friends mother lives in the memory care and the activities are amazing. [name removed] the life enrichment director is so kind and has a great attitude. The residents seem very happy. The life stations are very cute and are used often by residents. Her family and I have peace of mind since she has moved in.

Looks like a brand-new community. The staff and residents were all smiling during our tour. This community was the cleanest of the 5 we visited and is our top pick for our dad. Great homelike feel. We had the option of a large one bedroom or the smaller one that were both decorated beautifully.

I was in rehab prior to moving to Grand Villa. I was very far away from my son and I was so depressed. My son started touring communities close to him and he found Grand Villa in Boynton. I trusted his judgement and when discharged from rehab, I moved into Grand Villa. The staff is very understanding and there is plenty to do here! As I continue to recuperate, I plan to join more activities and explore this area even more. I am delighted to call Grand Villa of Boynton my new home.

Grand Villa of delray east gives me so much peace of mind! My mom is so happy here and she’s well taken care of!!! Her top priority is food, and she is very pleased with the dining room. I hear all the time “my dinner is delicious! And I eat very well!”

I have lived at Grand Villa for over 2 years now and overall, I am pleased with my decision. I have a spacious one-bedroom apartment that is quite comfortable. I have made many friends and it's nice to know I have lots of support from the staff. I also have plenty of space outside to explore and enjoy the fresh air. It was important to me that I was close to grocery shopping and restaurants. I am always looking for new people to meet so please come say hi and see what all Grand Villa at Boynton has to offer!

Before joining the Grand Villa family, I was living by myself in an apartment. I was no longer driving so spent my days alone and lonely. I was living on junk food and was so unhealthy. One of my neighbors observed my distress and agreed to help me. We found Grand Villa in Boynton, and I am so grateful. I now have 3 hot meals a day, friends, and the help I need. I never thought I would feel useful and needed again. I hope this review helps others!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. I have been able to remain independent but have so much support if truly needed. The staff really tries hard to make me feel valued and heard. The food is decent, and I now have the most beautiful backyard! I am also a musician and am fortunate to have access to 2 pianos to play and perform for my friends. I love it here!

I am a new resident. I like the residents, they are very friendly. I still have my freedom to take walks & explore. The staff are caring and friendly also.

Mt 92 y/o father recently moved in to the Grand Villa of Port Charlotte. What a wonderful place for him to be in! The staff is very welcoming, they showed us around and explained his new surroundings to him. I feel this place will be a very good place to get to know others, feed him healthy meals and make sure he takes his medications properly.

I like the community- the staff is helpful and the residents are friendly. There is just the right amount of space for my belongings. I enjoy having a lanai.

My favorite put about being at Grand Villa is the people. Everyone is very friendly staff & residents. I am so glad I chose Grand Villa as my home.
