Very friendly front desk staff. Sales very helpful. Residents look very clean and happy and smells coming from dining room were delightful.

Came in for a tour my mom needs more care than Grand Villa can other but everyone from the care staff to admin were find and helpful.

They are very clean facility. The people they are very caring and compassionate. The memory care portion is extremely secure. The food is good and they do activities with them even though most times they can't do them. They make sure they are up and Mobile and drinking plenty of fluids.

My father was not receiving appropriate care at his prior ALF, and we were fortunate that a friend recommended Grand Villa of Delray East. From the initial interviews they emphasized their focus on the resident's needs - they've lived up to their word! He is happy, loves the food, he's clean, his apartment is always well kept, and he says to me often "they really take good care of me here". As a family, we now have Peace of Mind and couldn't be more satisfied with Grand Villa of Delray East!

We went in for a tour and were greeted with such kindness. As we toured everyone was so helpful and answered all of our questions. The facility was beautiful and so clean. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Definitely on the top of our list.

I cannot say enough good about Grand Villa in Clearwater, it's Administration and staff. I have a very dear friend and neighbor who has become family who will be 95 years old in July. I had become concerned for his rapidly progressing downhill slide and he was living in his own. After discovering him on the floor one afternoon, it led from the emergency room to hospitalization to rehab center and then the decision since I had to leave to return to Alabama, he agreed to go into assisted living at Grand Villa. From the moment I walked through the door to tour the facility to give him my thoughts, it felt like home and confident that he would excel here and he has beyond my hopes and dreams for him. I highly recommend those who need to feel confident that their loved ones are being cared for to tour Grand Villa. I returned this week to surprise him and he has surprised me. He has put on weight and have not seen him this content or active in two years. I can't say enough good. Thank you.

We had a lovely tour of the community. Everyone seemed so friendly and the residents looked so happy. We are not looking now but when the time comes I really believe Tuscan gardens is at the top of our list. They even offered all day dining with an always available menu as well. We are looking forward to coming back for lunch. Very informative tour and a gorgeous community.

We had a wonderful tour of the community today. We are looking for the future. The rooms were very spacious and the closets are great for storage. They invited us back to have lunch and we are very much looking forward to that.

I love Grand Villa because the staff is friendly and reliable and always on time. They are very good at taking care of problem that happen quickly.

I love living at Grand Villa because the staff at the activities are. Fantastic. I like all the attention I get for everyone It makes me feel special.

My mother in law has dementia, she lived with us for four years. For the last year, she attended the memory care day program on the weekdays while my husband and I worked…she loved it!! [name removed] , the memory care coordinator, is amazing! A God send. Her ideas and creativity keep the residents busy and Mom loves hanging out with her. Playing drums, singing, winning raffles, going to entertainment downstairs are some of the things she enjoys. All the nursing staff is very kind and caring, always taking the time to know Mom and be friendly. Mom enjoys the meals, always says the food is good. The facility is clean. Mom stayed overnights on weekends occasionally for respite care if my husband and I were going out of town. We always felt that she was well taken care of and she enjoyed her time! We recently moved Mom in full time to live in memory care at Grand Villa Clearwater. She has been there for a week or so and is adjusting well. We are happy with the move and Mom is too!

We recently helped my mom transition to Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we walked in, the community felt warm, vibrant, and truly like home. The facility is absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained, with elegant common areas and peaceful outdoor spaces that my mom loves to walk through. The staff has been kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the nursing team to the dining staff and activity coordinators, everyone goes out of their way to make residents feel respected and supported. My mom especially enjoys the social activities and daily events—they’ve really helped her stay engaged and connected. Meals are another highlight. She raves about the food and enjoys having different dining options, especially the chef-prepared meals. It’s been a great comfort knowing she’s not only well

Toured the facility and was extremely impressed with the service and cleanliness. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, all the ladies that work here are very kind. The lunch facility looked very well maintained and the food looked delicious.

. My only complaint is that the initial fee was more than double all the other facilities. They did a fabulous job matching my dad w a roommate, they are like brothers. Dad loves that the staff knew his name after the 1st day. Dad loves the food. Meals are served restaurant style and it can take extra time to be served, just a heads up. I also really like the employees, they are professional & friendly.

I came here from another assisted living in Illinois. I’ve compared Grand Villa to where I was. If I could give the food 10 stars I would. I have always ordered one on the main menu items and it has all been delicious. No need to order off the every day available menu. I usually don’t order fish but every time they serve it I order it and it’s a fillet not a frozen square fish. The food is delicious!

The staff here are so wonderful and friendly ppl here ,the resident s are very nice Here we have a lot of activities everyday and we all have fun y'all will like it they have happy hour exercises bingo they go out on the bus we have music every Friday

What we like the most about the community is that there are a lot of things to do. Yes, we would recommend Grand Villa of Port Charlotte to other families!

The residents and staff make my mother-in-law feel very welcome as a member of the Grand Villa AL.

I was very nervous at first placing my mother in a assisted living facility. It was only until I realized how great this community was when I truly met the staff. When I did I felt fully relieved of my anxiety. So far my mother is having a wonderful experience and I'm sure it will continue that way.
