The Grand Villa on Drew street in Clearwater is a great place! From the minute you enter the front door and the grand piano catches your eye, you know this is a quality place! The front desk worker never fails to greet you by name and is kind. The food is good in the dining room. Family and friends of residents are welcome to purchase a meal ticket to enjoy dining with their loved ones. The white linen tablecloths and picture perfect view of the grassy area outside the spotless windows give the ambience of quality care and attention to detail. Everything is clean, beautiful and convenient throughout the whole building. Visitor parking is also convenient. Good lighting in the evening until morning makes parking and going to and from the parking lot safe and secure 24/7. There are interesting programs for residents; and their families can also join them enjoying the music or activity. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. Visit! You’ll be impressed!

Moved in elderly parents, staff extremely helpful and professional. Maintenance staff was great, worked late to assist and came back the next morning to complete the small issue. Nurse staff is caring and patient.

I have been very pleasant here at this community. I have enjoyed participating in activities and events that go on throughout the week. I also enjoy the luxury of having your own transportation bus to take you there and back from places you want to go!

Beautiful facility, feels like home and people are very friendly but also very helpful to all the residents. Nurses are wonderful and everyone really goes by their motto - Looks like home and feels like family.

We moved my Mother to Florida from New York. The staff has made her transition very smooth. She has adjusted well and is happy living here. There is always and event or an activity to attend. After Touring a number of communities, we are so happy we chose Grand Villa.

So glad we found this setting for mom. The admin pick excellent staff members who are friendly, patient and helpful. Any adjustments to help mom be comfortable and healthy are heard and addressed quickly. The location is beautiful and always clean. The dining experience is definitely like a resort and special requests are considered. There are plenty of activities available and they are varied for different resident interests. We are so pleased to be part of the Grand Villa family and I enjoy spreading the word to people looking for an excellent facility.

I'm very comfortable. I'm enjoying myself. My room is delightful. If I need help I just extremely satisfied with the overall experience at Pineapple House.

This community has such a warm, kind, and fun atmosphere. The entire staff go above and beyond for the residents. The dining and activities program made the Holidays magical and so much fun! Thank you Pineapple House for all you do each and every day!

No place is perfect one. [name removed] doesn't always mean good. Grand Villa has a small memory care unit. Most residents spend the day together. [name removed] faces are very important. Workers have a real concern for the residents. We all have to be part of our parents care as they age. I feel as I am part of a family of staff residents and Grand Villa.

The facility is maintained at a high level. The staff is always there to help and assist. Transportation to and from medical appointment is outstanding. The driver will always help getting to/from on occasion. He will stood for my specials needs. He always has a smile. He will wait for me if needed.

I have been at the Pineapple House for awhile and the people are east to deal with. They are there to help. The food is very good with the right size. My tablemate are easy to getting to take to. They have been cordial. I'm surprised that you don't change for trips to doctors. The car is very comfortable.

Like my apartment. I'm comfortable and well taken care of.

My daughter and I moved to Grand Villa almost six years ago and we find that things continually improve. We feel that everyone is always doing their best to make us comfortable. We would like to express our appreciation especially for our Resident/family Christmas dinner held this week. Chef. Ones and his team did exceptionally well taking care of everyone on a timely basis and we felt so special and the food was awesome.

I have only been here about year and a half. However I decided to become a “lifer”. The food is magnificent (The head chef is named “[name removed] ” a friend. ). Happy Hour is a chance to socialize as well as the exercise classes. My apartment is stuffed with all the important things collected over the years. I take over 20 tablets in the morning and 4 or 5 at night. I no longer have to worry about managing them. This place is truly a place for mom or dad. My laundry , bedding apartment cleaning is all handled for me. As you would expect the staff is very good. …[name removed] is especially good at getting things done. The medical is very good with a full time Nursing staff and a Doctor.

I toured this facility as a future candidate for my mother as she is needing more assistance now with her day to day life. The sales team [name removed] and [name removed] were super helpful and informative. Staff throughout the halls were engaging and friendly. Everybody had a huge smile on their face. I can genuinely feel like this place feels like home.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach provides excellent care for my mom. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate!! Highly recommended, so glad we chose is location. Thank you!! The food is outstanding, they have great entertainment and plenty of activities to keep your loved one busy.

My Dad has been a resident at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach for over 10 years and absolutely loves his home!! The staff are so wonderful and truly caring. They have gone above and beyond to do what is best for him and we are so grateful for their support. Thank you so much Grand Villa....Dad is so happy!

Friendly staff and very caring. Food is varying and nicely prepared. Lots of different activities.

I think its an excellent place. Activities are always fun and there's a lot to do. The place is always clean and everyone is friendly and always willing to help very thoughtful people. It's a beautiful building.
