My 98 y.o. Mother was evicted from her previous Care Facility, a victim of financial exploitation. I needed to find a comparable environment located nearby. The team at Grand Villa East provided a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly response to all my questions, and provided alternatives to encourage me to sign. Kudos to the Sales Mgr and Assistant Sales Assistant in making the transfer process smoother than it could have been. They made me feel like family.

From the time I arrived here, I have felt welcome. I have been here at Truewood for 2 months. I feel comfortable and safe. My studio apartment is comfortable and spacious enough for me. Coming here was a very good decision. I very much like and enjoy being here.

I like Grandvilla, people are friendly, workers are helpful and try to make you comfortable and solve any problems. We go shopping do crafts. Taken to Drs. and helped with Drs.

When it was clear I should choose a Senior Living Community I visited at least 6 campuses and immediately felt like Grand Villa was the best fit for me and after 4 months it is clear I was right.

Very good experience. Nice facility super clean, immaculate. Activities spaces rooms, especially label movie theater. This facility would be my choice when and if I decide to move to AL.

I would say the care they have provided for my Dad was excellent. Every member of the staff we interacted with was kind, caring and compassionate.

Dad’s last two years spent here. Best move I made. Didn’t want to go but it really became his home. Typical staffing problems that I’m sure all these facilities deal with. But staff was great. They loved and cared for him. I also thought the dining experience was good. And very accommodating. Chef [name removed] had some outstanding special dinners (Hawaiian night, Pig roast, special 100th BD party, holiday outdoor cookouts, Christmas Dinner, New Years Eve party). Paid a lot of attention to veterans. I did not think the outside management company did a good job. I believe in house management was much better.

Grand Villa is the next best thing to home. The staff is friendly, always willing to please. They treat the patients with respect.

Grand villa is a large ex hotel , you dont have keys to your room you have a card and a card reader on your door , GV is very clean , lots of activity rooms & daily activities . They have a very large clean pool with a nice amount of seating, a beauty salon ( 1 x week ) a movie theater, the restaurant style eating area is very nice , my mom is a foodie and loves the variety on the menu. My mom is in there studio apt which is bathroom walk in shower & sink and not alot of counter space , she also has a sink and a small mini fridge in her room nice big bedroom and closet, the cleaning ladies are always on the floor keeping it clean and emptying trash and they do her laundry once a week but there is a washer& dryer on each floor you can use if you want too. Everyone that works at grand villa is so nice and you can tell they like working there. There are two elevators and the residents most all have walkers and they live to see how many people they can get inside ??!!!

It's a very nice place and staff was outstanding professionals. Highly recommend the place. If I need it this place would be my first choice.

The facility was very welcoming front desk and staff were very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!!

Beautiful place, wonderful staff. Lots to do. She made lots of friends. She was very worried about losing her independence and she has found that not to be true. Very happy which makes us happy.

I toured with [name removed], I felt very welcome and at home when I walked in. The community was beautiful and very clean. The residents were all smiling and happy! I chose them for my mom.

Can't say enough about Tuscan Gardens. I'm not sure you can describe the worry you have about the true care your parent's are getting. After some poor experiences we are now settled with Tuscan and more than thrilled with the results. Active staff, beautiful facility and genuine care. Some people think their lives are losing steam when entering Assisted living. So nice to know they push people to enjoy life to the fullest. Grateful is an understatement.

Some employees are outstanding in service, follow though and reliability some aren't.

I've been a resident for 3 months. The location of Grand Villa is extraordinary. The friendliness of residents and staff is so evident. The Grand Villa Senior Living motto "feels like family" is actually so.
