Grand Villa is a clean and friendly community. A lot of new additions and improvements over the last couple of years. Staff is excellent, nobody is Superman but they get the job done. I would recommend this community to anyone in need.

Grand Villa of Deland community is excellent for my mother to feel at home. During our tour mom and I was welcomed by staff professionally and caring.

My mom has been at Grand Villa, Clearwater location for a little over a year. She is 92. Coming from being in her own home, the transition was smooth & they make her feel welcomed & cared for. The staff is exceptional & attentive. They are treat the residents with respect. Highly recommend this facility.

It's nice, very beautiful, Admin Staff very nice, Nursing Staff is Haitian and speak broken English, not friendly or helpful. The PA was excellent & helped a great deal but that was extra big $ & the only way to fix medication issues. I would recommend it to others who could afford it as long as they were able to manage their own medications.

I Have been at this Wonderful facility For almost Seven Years and have always. Been very happy here. The view is the best, friends are great the management team, Caregivers, and all employees are Wonderful.

We've been having trouble getting TrueWood to make sure that he has transportation to and from his doctors appointments. There are very few activities that [name removed]is interested in leaving his room to go and participate in. Thanks for asking for my response. I've also been neglectful in thanking you for helping me find TrueWood for [name removed]. I couldn't have done it without A Place For Mom. Thank you so very much.

we toured this community looking mar for our grandma. everyone was so friendly as if we have Known them for years. Everything was so clean and smelled great. This community is definitely our main choice.

I am a resident and I absolutely love Grand Villa of New fort Richey, There is no other place that I want to be. The activities and food are great. I have several allergies and the Staff take great care of Me.

Activities are doing a good job. There is variety of activities, there is something for Everyone. Staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to help someone in need.

Grand Villa was highly recommended and has exceeded my expectations. The staff and residents have been very welcoming and helpful to my 93-year-old Dad. The facility is super clean and bright! Everyone we have interacted with, have been amazing, Dad seems really happy here, and that makes me happy.

This is the best place we have found for my mom. I could not have imagined a staff that was so attentive to all the residents and went out of their way to make us feel like family. We were able to talk to several residents and they all had the same response “Everyone here feels like Family.” This was such a stress reliever the find the best place for Mom.
