My Mom has been at Mangrove Bay Assisted Living since 2011. Initially she was living in another Assisted Living in North Carolina, then I moved her in with me in Florida. I felt she needed to be in a community where she could meet friends and get out and continue to live a normal life even after her dementia started. I looked at several other communities before looking at Mangrove Bay. I walked in and was immediately taken with the beautiful setting, but more so, the staff. I can't tell you how many times I was feeling guilty, worrying about Mom, and stressing about not doing enough, etc. The staff and director Kathy Wise were as interested in how I was feeling as well as my Mom. If I Mom mentioned something to me about wanting to get up a bridge game, I just had to mention it, and the next day it was arranged. I was worried about little things like laundry or something missing, and my emails and calls were always returned promptly. Mom loves the beauty of the place and the many activities and now she is at the stage where she needs more one on one care and I can sleep at night knowing how much the staff cares about her. They refer to her as family, and treat me the same way. This is the hardest thing I've had to deal with in my life as a successful career women I had to give up when this started with my Mom. But having Mangrove Bay take care of her has relieved so much stress. I could write a book! The meals, the activities, the trips out around town, the scenic rides- they do it all and make it fun and even exciting. They even send me pictures or my Mom dancing and having fun when I can't be there. Thanks to Kathy Wise, Joi (nurse manager, Shawna, and all the staff members like Beverly and Dorothy- I love them so much because I feel like I have a huge family Mom and I can depend one! You cannot find a better place than Mangrove Bay and I have visited nearly a dozen in this area. I couldn't be happier.

We thought this facility was spectacular. First class in every way. The services seem quite comprehensive. We are quite interested.

We took a tour of Spring Hills and again this was a senior living and Memory Care under the same roof. Very nice place that was once a Hotel that has been converted to Senior Living

Well my first though was "this place is alive!" I have found the residents to be very welcoming and including. the staff is always pleasant and very pleased to help-- they know what they are doing. The food is great! And as a Seasons team member I would recommend Kari Egbers! I would definitely recommend Seasons to a friend.

I am very pleased to be here. I've only been here for 3 weeks, so not long, but the pople are nice, the food is great and I feel as comfortable here as I did in my own home. I would definitely recommend the Seasons to anyone.

I chose Seasons because of the service; everything from the food to the people. I have had complete satisfaction and feel very blessed and fortunate to be here. I am very happy with it.

Our experience with Brookdale Montgomery has been a good one so far. They've been very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Unfortunately our loved one had a medical emergency not long after the move, but they've stayed in touch with us and been a big help while she goes through rehab.

Prairie Green is a "5" on all levels -- from cleanliness, caring people, care services to activities. The community is very new and my sister got the first studio there with views of the river where ducks are often seen. She has medication management there and the family is happy that she has meals and housekeeping provided. Along with the beautiful building, Prairie Green has transportation, a computer room, an art room, and craft room. The residents also enjoy movies and Bingo. When the time comes, I would consider a wonderful community like Prairie Green. While my sister has been in the hospital and is recovering now, I'm sure she's looking forward to going back to her home. I would recommend Prairie Green for loved ones.

My mother-in-law is 89 years old has an ostomy bag (1 year) and needs a walker/sometimes wheel chair to get around. She was living independently until emergency surgery a year ago when her circumstances changed dramatically. She is living with us full time and we started using McCullough Place for short term respite care when we travel out of town. It has been a blessing! The staff is very accommodating to our special needs. They offer any discounts available without our asking. The rooms are clean and inviting. I highly recommend this senior care facility. Communication is very important in "customizing" your loved one's stay in senior care. We have received honest feedback from staff after Oma's stay the last few times. This is really important, since we are all still adjusting to caring for an elderly parent. The elderly prefer to live independently or with a family member. However, this is not always possible and can be highly stressful for everyone involved. McCullough Place has provided a much needed solution for our family in this lifestyle transition. Thank you from the daughter-in-law and primary caregiver of Oma!

I love it so far. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. The food is very good, the choice the menu, and variety, and it is served nicely. I am very happy here.

My father was a resident for 4+ years at the Barrington of West Chester. He passed away last month and I wanted to share my families thoughts: Many senior living communities have very nice facilities(common areas, dining room, exercise and nursing care, etc.) which the Barrington has all these, but I believe the Barrington has 2 SPECIAL qualities. 1) The care and love the staff has for the residents is truly amazing and this includes ALL of the staff. It is much easier to leave your parent in the care of others when you know whose providing the care, love what they do and the residents. All members of the staff are very special people. 2) The amount of activities that are available to the residents is fantastic. Everyone can do as much or as little as they want to do. My father enjoyed the activities and I believe this kept him young and it was important for dad to stay as active as he could and the staff provided these opportunities for him. He always felt like he had a purpose at the Barrington and this is what kept him going. Thank you. Jack Huesing

Spring Hills Cherry Hill is a very nice place. Nice enough that I almost want to live there myself. Everybody there has been very very nice. I have eaten there twice and the food is fabulous. They are very accommodating to get moms feedback and suit her preferences, even on seemingly little things. My one complaint is with the activities. They do have good activities, but mom specifically asked if she would be able to play bridge with the other residents. That was the one thing she really wanted, and they said yes, apparently not knowing that it takes a lot to learn the game and is not easy to teach seniors that have never played before, so that has not worked out as she hoped and we expected. For the most part though it has been an excellent experience.

Words cannot describe how much we love the staff and team at the Barrington of West Chester. From the moment we requested a tour as a prospective resident, our experience has been nothing but spectacular! My father in-law could not be in a better place and for that we are deeply grateful. It doesn't get any better than the Barrington of West Chester and will/do refer people there as often as we can.

My father was at the Barrington of West Chester from April - September of 2014; when he came he needed minimal care, however, as the months passed and his health deteriorated, the staff was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend the Barrington of WC and the food was excellent. I gained 10 pounds in those months having dinner with my father!!!

From the minute we walked in to Benton House of Brunswick, we felt like family. Everyone there was just so caring and receptive, and have continued to be. The administrator is very outgoing and caring. I just can't say enough about how wonderful they are to my mother. The other residents have been very welcoming to her too, and they all seem very happy there.

They love it, it's great! The staff is very, very friendly. It's a very clean place. I haven't had any complaints about the food or the activities, or anything at all so far. We are really pleased with them.

So far I have been very impressed with North Shore Place. It is very expensive, as I know most places like this are, but they take excellent care of their residents, are very friendly, and the facility is very nice and clean.

Things have gone very well with Benton House of Johns Creek! They met all of our expectations, and we are very happy with them! It's a clean, nice looking place, and the staff have all been very friendly. They are worth a look!

Really love this place for my parents. It's very clean, the staff is friendly, and there's a lot of things going on. The staff is very accommodating and the food is great.

The staff is busy but enthusiastic and they did a great job getting my mom rehabbed and ready to move back into Assisted Living
