We are really happy so far. I have no complaints at all. The Breakers at Edgewater Beach, have done a very good job. I can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

My father is a resident at Somers Place for over 13 months and it has been a great experience from day one. The staff has become our extended family.

My father had lived in several assisted living communities and this one facility is the best by far. They are the most compassionate staff. They are helpful and treat all the residents like they were their own family!

We went for the tour and my mother would be there right now, if I could have arranged it. Had Personal issues within my family that couldnt be resolved for payment. I loved the facility and all it has to offer and will not forget it if the opportunity arises.

It is clean, bright, light, friendly, smaller, happy, affordable. It has good food in a good setting. The residents love it there. Has an enclosed outside area and a covered entrance driveway that residents also used for outside sitting. An enclosed patio as a garden club, a craft room and library and community area; two of which had televisions. The other residents welcome new residents with open arms. Calendar schedule of events. Laundry and transportation is included in monthly charge. Podiatrist comes monthly; I think. Every Monday the hair salon is open at reasonable charges. We visited their Memory Care unit and that was a big deciding factor for us because she will be needing the memory care in the future for she has alzheimers. It was wonderful because it was set up just like the assisted living unit with dining room, games, movies, garden, community and social time. Impressive. The residents are not kept sedated. We just moved her in 4 days ago and she is not "a happy camper" for she is in the transition period. She has a private room, but we can't decorate it yet because she doesn't know she's staying long term. The food is good but it is the same choices for everyone and they did say she would have a diet for diebetics but I don't think that's going to happen. Though I signed a stack of papers equivalent to buying a house, I do not yet have a copy of the contract. We are very optimistic about Spring Oaks. Praying for her transition, but she is leaving a home and husband and I believe that makes it harder than if she was widowed or in an apartment.

My loved one is no longer at The Breakers at Edgewater Beach, but in the month he was, he really liked it. The facility was very nice, along with the staff. The place was clean, and good was really good. It just wasn't the place for him in his situation. Great place though.

I am very satisfied with the services at Benton House of John's Creek. The staff is very friendly, and the facility is very clean. Services, activities, and care are all good as well.

We toured this facility and our mom had the privilege of staying overnight for a couple nights. Her experience was first class! She enjoyed the residents, the staff was professional, the facility was clean and the food was great! The only downfall was that they are on a wait list. Good problem to have! Keep up the wonderful job.

From the time I walked in the door, I saw nothing but happy smiles on the resident's faces. The staff was welcoming and friendly. This waas the plave I wanted to be a part of and where I wanted to live. Although all ws not paradise all the time, it was still where I brought my brother to come and live for the short time he had left to live. This was an experience I will treasure. The residents and the staff went out of their way to make his last days comfortable. In the five years I have been here- this is the best facility in Cincinnati.

I don't think there is a more superior retirement commnunity in Cincinnati! It doesn't feel like an apartment with the porches, verandas, atrium (which gives you a feeling of space), lawns, trees, gardens...a great location! Meals: top chef, attractive meals, so mnay young servers eager to serve us; nice to see young people in the community. Staff: from Concierge to activities to managers of all other services, everyone one of them is enthusiastic about helping all. Activities: so many choices, best around. Specials: 5 daily entree choices, minimal happy hour cost, no tipping. Seasons has attractive residents who are happy and actively participate. Seasons is a fine place to live in retirement...it provides something for all ages of interest. I highly recommend Seasons for retirement living!

We chose Seasons because of their reputation and their location. We would definitely recommend Seasons to our friends.

My loved one lived here for a few years. It was more of an independent setting. Everyone gets their own apartment, and comes down for meals. It's a big place, like a Hilton Hotel, with about 250 units. When her memory started to go, it was difficult for her to navigate, and just wasn't a good option for us anymore. We really liked it here.

Enjoyed the tour I did with Christine. This may be an option but need to do a little more research first. Location not ideal.

I've lived here for Seven years. The competence, friendliness, and reliability of the staff makes living here a delightful experience. The residents are not far behind- Happy residents makes for a peaceful environment.

My first impression of the Seasons was the atrium...it reminded me of a cruise ship. For the past two years I have been on a cruise! The Seasons has everything that I have ever wanted...friendships, great discussions, meeting wonderful people and the food is fantastic! I don't have to prepare it and I don't have to wash the dishes. The biggest and the most satisfactory experience I am having is working with Jill James, program director. With her, I photograph all of the events that are happening daily. Everyone at the Seasons has a story, and I love wrting about them and their stories. I recommend the Seasons to everyone. It is a well organized organization. I love it here!

My mom and dad moved into Mangrove Bay in 2006. They really enjoyed living at Mangrove Bay. They dressed up for dinner every night and enjoyed the food, the staff and talking to their neighbors in the dining room. My parents had a beautiful view of the waterway and spent much time on their patio watching the boats going by. My parents enjoyed the River Walk and the fitness room at mangrove Bay. They liked walking to nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend Mangrove Bay for any senior looking for a great place to live!

So far it's been good. It's kept very clean and the staff is friendly, and attentive. I don't really get complaints about the food. We liked the location and we liked the people that were there, which is why we chose it.

Everything has been just delightful with The Woodmark, I'd give them top marks across the board! They've got everything my loved one needs here, she seems to really enjoy it, and they really seem to like her! It's a beautiful community, very clean and well kept. They've got a lot of different amenities and activities, and the residents seem happy and friendly. We'd definitely recommend this place to others looking into options in the area!

Executive Director, Mr. Mike Lando, eased my mind regarding our possible future need for an assisted living community. The tour and information presented to us by Mr. Lando addressed my concerns. Making a decision regarding assisted living care is not an easy one to make. After walking away from other communities I have visited feeling discouraged, I walked away from Spring Hills Cherry Hill with renewed hope that if an assisted living community were in my future, in one way or another, it could be a pleasant life experience.
