I began researching Senior Communities in the area years before my Mom was ready. And I scheduled tours, got on-line info and did research. It's very important to have a good idea of the finances/savings/retirement benefits/ social security benefits in advance. With my Mom - every place was compared to Devonshire/Brookdale. It was where I could picture my Mom living - and that is not true of other residences I visited. Everything about it - the location / people who work there/ the services etc is 100% focused on the residents. That being said, of course it is impossible to please 100% of all the residents, but it was absolutely the right choice when my Mom was ready. She is safe and comfortable in a beautiful apartment.

Excellent community that caters to the needs of each and every resident.<br />The facility is maintained well and all residents that I met were extremely happy to be there.<br />I will consider Spring Hills Cherry Hill for myself when it is my time for Assisted Living Care.

Everything seems to be going pretty well. It's clean and the staff is pretty friendly. They are pretty good about responding to any questions or concerns that might come up. Every so often you will get a piece of silverware that isn't totally clean, I think sometimes they don't take all the silverware off of the table to clean it. The food is good though, I don't get any complaints about that. Overall it's a pretty good place.

Very clean. Staff are friendly nurses aides. Excellent meals. My privacy is also guaranteed. And I can come and go as I please.

I visit the Barrington of West Chester as a nurse, on a professional level and not only is it beautiful, but so welcoming! It's very apparent as soon as you walk into the community, the staff are so friendly and interested in helping. The residents I have seen are quite happy living at the Barrington and I would most definitely recommend living here to family or friend.

My brother has lived at the Barrington of West Chester 3+ yrs. I can't thank the staff enough for all the love and care he continually receives. I felt the quality of care, the community itself and size of the apartment was a perfect fit. The staff at the Barrington is very accommodating - from front desk, to sales, accounting office, activities, the dietary team/chef, housekeeping, chauffeur, maintenance and Director, the Barrington runs like a "well oiled machine". Thank you for all that you continue to do, going above and beyond the call of duty within your field of work. You are truly an extended part of our family.

So far things have gone very well at Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing! I haven't heard my loved one complain, and they haven't complained about her, which is a recommendation in itself if you know her! All jokes aside, it is a nice new facility, they keep it very clean, and the staff take great care of the residents. They've got all sorts of amenities, a pool table, exercise room, a computer, and a library (which she really enjoys!). Everyone here seem very friendly and social, and it seems like its a great place for anyone who likes to mingle! So far I'm very impressed with it, and would recommend it to anyone looking into senior living in the area!

My wife and i live in independent living. The quarters are excellent as is the staff.

I called a number of places to set up visits- Baywinde was the only one I was able to get someone on the phone. The staff set up a visit quickly due to limited time for me. Dawn, the Sales Counselor answered everything, including questions I didn't know I had. As a potential client, we look to you to tell us what we need to know. My mom then came for a visit and immediately felt good about the connection there. Dawn, the Sales Counselor knew every resident as we passed and remembered so much about my mom and I. I was impressed. I would recommend Baywinde!

I was struggling to find the perfect place for my grandfather and was thrilled to find Walden Place. He LOVES it. He has a private studio apartment, his own mailbox, and three fantastic meals a day with table service. The food is good. Really. Good. I've eaten with him. That was something that was very important to him. The staff is fantastic. The way it became affordable for us was a special veteran's benefit for those who served during a war. As a veteran of WWII, he can get an assisted living benefit. The property itself is beautiful and honestly it's worth every penny. The administrative staff have really bent over backwards to help figure out how to make it affordable. I highly recommend this place and so happy there is a place this nice in our small town.

I thought Woodbourne Place tour was the most informative one that I visited. Miranda answered all my questions. The facility is very nice. I am considering this as a first choice if we decide on Assisted Living for my mom as of now.
