They have been very good. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. She's really happy there. They have more activities than she can keep up with. It's not a nursing home, by any stretch. The food is good, she always takes what she can't eat back with her. Parking is the only issue, you get an hour free, but after that there is a charge, it's not a big deal, but it's the one and only thing that could be better.

We've used Benton House a few times for respite care, and they do an absolutely wonderful job! I'd give them 20 out of 5 if I could! They really are caring and wonderful people here. Everything they provide is top of the line, and the staff are all loving and professional. I also really like that the facility is all one big connected building, my loved one worries about getting lost in some of the more spread out communities. Really the only negative thing I could say about them is I wish they were bigger, sometimes they are full when we try to book a respite stay!

We joined our mother who is a resident for the Mother's Day brunch. It was excellent. I was so impressed by the décor of the dining room, the quality of the food, the attentiveness and friendliness of the serving staff and the patience and kindness that is shown to the residents. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. It's very pricey to actually live there but my Mother has earned this quality of living and we feel so blessed that she can live there.

My brother and I visited many places in Albuquerque but in the end we decided on The Woodmark. The woman that we toured with has been working there for longer than 8 years and she was very knowledgeable. We learned more from her than we did from any other place we looked at. The staff is always very friendly and it is kept really clean. Being a nurse myself I was very impressed that they have 4 Registered nurses working there. The care that they provide is top notch. We didn't find that at the other places we looked at. We would definitely recommend The Woodmark to all of our friends and family!

It was very wonderful. My mother was there for not even a full month but they took very good care of her when she was very sick. The lady that managed the place was absolutely super. I think she was the Assistant Manager. She was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her. I can't rate the activities because my mother did not participate in them. It is not applicable.

I'm happy with Diamond View. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Lisa calls me with updates regarding my mother in-law. Lets me know how she is adjusting to the new environment and residents. Mom says the food is yummy. I'm glad we selected Diamond View.

I had looked at many places but Walden Place was the right fit. Yes, it is not cheap but I feel it is truly worth it. My mother has made the transition quite well. The staff and residents have made both my Mom and myself feel very welcome. Her one bedroom is quite nice and my Mom is very much at home there. My mother is very forgetful and the staff is great at reminding her of meals, activities and meds. I am also thrilled to have my mother so much closer to me.

The move in was really easy. They are very accommodating. They did a very good job at introducing my father to everyone to make it feel more like home. Everything has been great. I would recommend this facility.

Out of our price range, with my Dad staying in the house, or even if he wanted to come, would not be able to afford it.

My father was in the new Memory Care area of Barrington of Oakley and, after researching 8-10 other facilities and having him in Bethany of Dayton, we were taken with the genuine affection and professional care that Kyla and her staff provided. Dad loved each aid, nurse and employee...and their kindness and interest in us as a family was like no other experience we have had. His one bedroom with a sitting room was more than he needed, but it provided a home-like setting for when we were with him. They welcomed us at all hours and were patient when we wanted updates and info. Mom and I looked forward to being there. The residents were ambulatory and upbest generally. Really, there aren't words enough. Linda B was our first contact and her enthusiasm and efficiency set the tone. Thank you Barrington.

They are hands down a five. They change their menu every Friday, and she says it gets better every week, and it started at a really high place. The overall approach and how they deliver exactly what they describe, is great. They are there to make sure that if the residents need care, that is completely assumed, then they move on to the hard work on helping you enjoy life. As opposed to keeping you alive and calling it good enough.

My mother and father have been residents at Spring Hills in Cherry Hill, NJ for a month. Making this transition was the most difficult decision of our lives, Spring Hills is definitely everything that we could have wished for and more. The facility itself is bright, well maintained, and spacious with many of the comforts of home. Mom has always been a wonderful cook, so the quality and presentation of the dining services were very important in making our decision. We were also worried that the medical staff would not be able to handle Dad's pain management, but the trained professionals in the wellness center have provided him with comfort and he is able to live a normal, active life now. Mom is now able to enjoy her husband without being the primary care-taker, and we are thrilled that they are enjoying their new life. They celebrated their 65th anniversary last week, and according to them, "the honeymoon continues!". I couldn't be happier with the wonderful and loving care that is afforded both my parents and all of the community at Spring Hills. Mom and Dad have made many new friends and consider the staff their extended family.

Met with Nicole today, who was delightful. The facility is beautiful, with a lot of natural light. The redecoration project looks amazing as well. Housekeeping is 2xs/wk with daily tidying. Laundry is 2x/week. They go on outings which are free, unless they go to a restaurant. Every morning there is an exercise program at 9:45AM. No showers in the room due to possible flooding or falls. Different showering rooms, 1 room for every six persons. It is very clean. Medication is an extra charge. There is an RN and 2LPNs and certified med techs. They can take care of everything upuntil hospice. Activities are held 10 hours out of the day - 3 activities directors. There are bus trips 1 time per week and 2 times per week in the summer - mall, ritsa, flower show. Outdoor areas.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Walden Place so far, they do an excellent job. It is a nice looking place, and the care staff are all very friendly and professional. They've been particularly good regarding communication, they almost always respond to my emails the same day, and every time I've called they've been courteous and helpful.

I’m not really sure where to begin. Your team of professionals made what could have been a very difficult situation a smooth and seamless transition for my ninety year old mother. We (our entire immediate family) have been preparing my mother for this change for over six months; but, as you probably know, she has been, to say the least, reluctant during the entire process. Our initial contact with The Breakers community was with Kristin Milton (Director of Sales and Marketing and her associate Scott) who clearly delineated everything we needed to know – her level of knowledge coupled with her compassion and understanding were equally important to all of us. Next, we had the pleasure of being introduced to Marnie O’Reilly (Move-In Coordinator) who had the answer to every question we could come up with – happily providing additional information for questions we never would have thought to ask. Soon after, Lin Miller (Director of Resident Services) stepped in to the picture. Her guidance with forms, medical information and other legal matters proved to be invaluable. Lastly, and maybe as important as all the others, is your maintenance staff’s commitment to making her new apartment as perfect as possible – Kevin Loebbaka has been a God send and continues to be. Everyone we have had the pleasure of meeting, from the various staff members, receptionists and management team have all been cheerfully receptive to all of our inquiries and, as important, knowledgeable about all of the aspects involved in my mother’s transition to this new lifestyle. They greeted my mother with open arms and gave the whole process a personal touch. We can now see why Senior Lifestyle refers to their residences as “Communities”, because my mother, along with our entire family, feel that she is surrounded by enthusiastic upbeat people (including the other residents) who care - nothing could be better than that. Finally, and equally important, we cannot stop talking about how great the food is – all of us have enjoyed quite a few lunches and dinners in your beautiful dining area with views of Lincoln Park and the lake. From the servers to your Director of Dining, Adam Muransky (who personally stopped by our table on several occasions) - everyone went out of their way to serve us with smiles, interest and delicious food. Thank your wonderful staff and even the other residents for making my mother and our family feel at home – we appreciate your hard work and obvious knowledge and professionalism in handling this important time in our family’s life cycle.

mom is in a good place there at the facility. This is a 5 star rating community. I would recommend to others as well. Overall, the facility is definitely 5 stars.

All I can really say is it is a really good community. It is good so far. I don't really have any complaints.

Autumn Ridge has been a great fit for my Mother so far! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the care services they offer are just what she needed. The staff here are all very friendly and caring, and they take great care of the people who live here!

It seemed like a nice community. The staff answered all my questions and are all friendly. The rooms were big and the other residents seemed happy here. I dont have any complaints liked what I saw for sure.
