They should get a gold medal and a purple heart. The people here are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. They were competitive in price compared to the others we looked at. With everything they provide and all the services, it was worth every penny.

The staff was very attentive and cooperative. I thought they were very good. They were very accommodating and helpful as far as making it easy for my mother to move in. They were very flexible. It is a good place.

Overall I think they did an awesome job in taking care of my father-in-law. He was at another facility and it was just awful there. But when we moved him to The Woodmark they took really good care of him.

They were very responsive to any needs and concerns, generally speaking. They charged me a late fee, and they keep charging me five months later, so their bookkeeping area could improve. Overall I think they do a good job though..

Loved the people (Leigh)and facility. Rooms and general areas were bright and clean.

It is a beautiful new facility. We were out of state and the staff was extremely accommodating in assisting with the move. They also gave a discounted rate for all levels of service, which was competitive with other older facilities in the area. All-in-all, a great place with a great value and great prospect for the future.

If you have a family member that needs assisted living, this is the only facility that I would recommend. I toured other places and I was not impressed by them. The Benton House is more like a family to my loved one. I would highly recommend the Benton House of Titusville. This place is valuable to me because I know that my loved one is safe here. Everything has been going very well. I rate them five stars.

interest in the residents is paramount

Everyone is outstanding from ED to housekeeping to dietary, ALL great! The staff really show how they enjoy their jobs and are always very helpful. The community is very well kept, clean and so nice. The Barrington of West Chester has so many activities for residents to choose from and the happy hour entertainment is always enjoyable. I would definitely refer someone to BWC.

We recently had a Senior Prom Party. I was impressed with all the preliminary effort put into the program. I was not feeling very well the day of the party, but when I walked into the party room and saw the beautiful flower arrangements and everyone dressed up for a good time, I forgot my problems and ended up having a great time dancing. I wanted to recognize Mangrove Bay for their efforts.

We moved my mother into Mangrove Bay one year ago and the experience of living there has exceeded our family's expectations. Most importantly Mom has transitioned from "never moving into one of those places" to truly enjoying the everyday living and security of Mangrove Bay. From day one the staff has made every effort to make living there a great experience. We visited many independent living facilities in Palm Beach County-Mangrove Bay is at the top of it class-you will not find a better place. To be frank, Mom smiles so much we hardly recognize her!

People were super friendly. I was very impressed when I toured because the residents were visible. They were chatting and reading books. The other places I seen, the residents were not visible. They were in their rooms. I was impressed that the staff knew the residents by name. That is amazing because it's a large complex. We have been very happy so far. I would recommend this place. Keri Gotsch from "A Place For Mom" was great to work with. She told us about the Brookdale Lisle and was good about checking in with us. I really liked her approach. She was very genuine.

I'd give them 25 out 5 if I could! Lakeside Vista does a fantastic job, they really are remarkable. The staff are helpful, attentive, and professional, I really can't say enough good things about them. I told them I like them so much that they'd better save a space for me when I get to be that age!

When you walk into the facility, you feel like you just stepped into a hotel. The facility is very clean, well kept and felt more like a community than an assisted living facility. The staff were warm and friendly and we were able to observe several residents participating in the scheduled activities. During our tour two different residents stopped to let us know how much they love living at Spring Hills. This one is definitely on our short list.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Woodbourne Place, the place is just excellent! My loved one has settled in well, and they are taking great care of him. The head nurse does a wonderful job, and the administrative staff have been very easy to work with, we have no complaints!

They have been very good. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. She's really happy there. They have more activities than she can keep up with. It's not a nursing home, by any stretch. The food is good, she always takes what she can't eat back with her. Parking is the only issue, you get an hour free, but after that there is a charge, it's not a big deal, but it's the one and only thing that could be better.

We've used Benton House a few times for respite care, and they do an absolutely wonderful job! I'd give them 20 out of 5 if I could! They really are caring and wonderful people here. Everything they provide is top of the line, and the staff are all loving and professional. I also really like that the facility is all one big connected building, my loved one worries about getting lost in some of the more spread out communities. Really the only negative thing I could say about them is I wish they were bigger, sometimes they are full when we try to book a respite stay!

We joined our mother who is a resident for the Mother's Day brunch. It was excellent. I was so impressed by the décor of the dining room, the quality of the food, the attentiveness and friendliness of the serving staff and the patience and kindness that is shown to the residents. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. It's very pricey to actually live there but my Mother has earned this quality of living and we feel so blessed that she can live there.

My brother and I visited many places in Albuquerque but in the end we decided on The Woodmark. The woman that we toured with has been working there for longer than 8 years and she was very knowledgeable. We learned more from her than we did from any other place we looked at. The staff is always very friendly and it is kept really clean. Being a nurse myself I was very impressed that they have 4 Registered nurses working there. The care that they provide is top notch. We didn't find that at the other places we looked at. We would definitely recommend The Woodmark to all of our friends and family!

It was very wonderful. My mother was there for not even a full month but they took very good care of her when she was very sick. The lady that managed the place was absolutely super. I think she was the Assistant Manager. She was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her. I can't rate the activities because my mother did not participate in them. It is not applicable.
