Mom is doing well at this community. The caregivers are sweet and the entire staff are good. The community is clean and the grounds are nice. The only small thing I have noticed is I think they could do a little better job cleaning the apartments. They are consistent with where the residents eat for meals. This is a smaller community and it is close to family. I would recommend this community.

This is a beautiful community for care for a loved one. We would of like the menu and the activities. The community has a nice environment for some needing good care.and a loving touch. We liked this community very much and would recommend it to towers. The the menu is nice and has a lot of choices.

Thanks to [Removed] and the dining room staff for making our Mom's 96th birthday a very special occasion last Saturday. The menu was superb! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they did not disappoint us. LP is a well built building unlike its competitors. It's thick walls are very sound proof; compared to places our Mom has lived. To put how we feel in to one simple phrase: LP is a very CARING COMMUNITY!

This is a nice community for my mom. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The menu is healthy and the activities are helping her slowly. We would recommend this community for the good care and value that is revealed.

I recently returned from my visit to my Mom at the Memory Care Unit at Mangrove Bay. What a top notch place as the staff and facility have exceeded all of my expectations... and every time!!! This has been the perfect place for my mom. She is happy, well cared for and looks better than ever!

We were welcomed warmly, even though we arrived early for the tour. The tour itself was thorough and information provided was very helpful. This really helped my mother ease into the process that she had been avoiding. So glad we started our search here.

The family is comfortable with our love one move to this community. She is doing great. We know she is safe, and in good hands. The experience is going well, and we are pleased with everything they have done for our family.

This was a good tour for us to find a good community for the care that was needed. The staff was nice and the community seemed to be clean with a good environment We like the menu and the activities. This community has a lot to offer and we would recommend that other families tour this community for good care

My mom is slowly settling in and the staff has been great at encouraging her to take part in the activities and field trips. My mom does go to the dining room and she says that she is "okay" with the menu choices. I like that there is a resident doctor who sees my mom and helps monitor her meds and they keep me informed of any changes. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

My dad is doing very well living here with the community . We are very happy with how the memory care is provided by them. It was a good fit for my dad.

I was there last week. It is lovely and relatively reasonable. I found out last night that my in-law cousin's mom is in assisted living there. She's comfortable there, and my husband's cousin is thrilled with the care she is getting there.

We started working with Spring Hills Home Health Care when our Father, 90 years old, fell and broke his wrist. He was in the hospital for a few days and then went to a physical rehab center to regain his strength. He lives in an assisted living facility but we thought he might need some extra help once he got back home, to “get back in the swing” of things. The team from Spring Hills has been amazing!!! They met with us explained all the services they offer and we started with the 72 hour continuous care program. They attended the discharge planning meeting at the rehab facility, they escorted Dad back to his apartment and stayed with him round the clock for the first 3 days. The staff was continually checking in with us and our Dad and nothing fell through the cracks. We would not have been able to manage the “maze” of doctors, therapists evaluations etc. without them. They have been available day and night and the level of comfort that brings cannot be measured. We highly recommend their services. Bottom line, they do what they say they are going to do and we sleep better at night knowing our Dad is being taken care of.

I'am satisfied with my fathers move to this community. He is doing well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for. He is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is good, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. Everything is working our well, and this community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

LOVED IT! [Removed] was great and the community was open and beautifully cared for. The rooms are very nice, just waiting to see when the room becomes available and In-Laws stamp of approval.

Courtyard Fountains is a beautiful community with a lot of great activities for my father-in-law. They encourage the residents to participate in the activities offered. The staff is just awesome, they go out of their way to make everyone, residents and family members feel right at home. They are very attentive to any assistance that he needs. We have dined there with my father-in-law and the food is good. We would definitely recommend Courtyard Fountains to others.

Lakeside is just beautiful and will look more beautiful after the new company completes all the renovations. They are in the process of repaving the roads and repairing and updating around the community. For the most part, the staff is very friendly but with all the commotion of a new company taking over, some confusion is to be expected. They offer a few activities at the club house, and residents can take bus trips for different outings. It's an older crowd right now so our tastes in activities are not the same. You can order food and they bring it to you. We live in an apartment which is a huge one bedroom and we do our own cooking. My one complaint is there is not enough storage space. They pay electric, gas and water. My husband may need more care in the future so we may have to move. I want to thank [Removed] at Lakeside he was a big help because we needed a place fast.

So far the care is going good, it's all really good here in the community. My dad looks happy and he does participate in the activities and programs and gets physical therapy on site. They are a little slow with the maintenance. The shelf in the closet was not fit for one in a wheelchair but they did adjusted it after many requests. I like that I saw a newer community and it looked like a good fit.
