We love this place!! My mother just recently needed, decided to move out of her house and is requiring a tad more help. But she is still very independent. She can have the best of both here! She loves it - which makes us very happy also. The facility is beautiful. All employees are super friendly and helpful!!!

My dad is currently at Clen-Moore. He needed care to be able to live as independently and safely as possible. Clen-Moore has provided that from day 1. They focus on living well for each and every resident. regardless of anyone's challenges as they age - all of Clen-Moore from every level exhibit kindness, respect, and quality of care. I have appreciated that focus.

We are very pleased with the events there at Clen Moore place. The spaghetti dinner was excellent. The staff is what makes the facility and they truly care about the residents. Phyllis the activity director is very engaged and supportive of all residents. [Name removed] the afternoon caregiver along with Sharron are wonderful. Annette and Carol have worked to make an excellent medication plan for my father saving us a lot of expense.

The staff is very friendly. Helpful when needed. When my father passed away everyone was great with my mother.

The staff is very warm, caring and helpful. I feel my loved one is safe and feel confident in the care received. The facilities are lovely, comfortable and well maintained. There are many activities to keep residents engaged. The food is well presented and nourishing. I would recommend this community to others.

This would have been our third choice of the facilities toured. Everything was perfect but we thought if felt too big and not as homey as the top two.

My mother has been at River Glen for the past year and has had an excellent experience. The staff has been very attentive and accommodating to her needs. She has enjoyed making new friends, as well as, enjoyed many of the musical performances. She feels safe, secure and well cared for. As her daughter, I couldn’t be anymore pleased and happy.

We liked Baywinde very much. Probably our top choice. Lots to do, high quality food, and well-kept facilities. [Name removed] was so helpful, especially when talking to us about Aid and Attendance from the VA.

Moved my mother in recently after her second hospital stay in 6 months. It was a tough decision but, we really had no choice. The team at Bayshore has made the transition fast, smooth, and easy - helping with even the smallest details. We know they care, they keep a positive atmosphere, and the food and facility are top notch. It's comforting to know Mom is safe and being well cared for. We toured many other facilities in Naples, Ft Myers, and Bonita Springs knowing this would happen at some point...Bayshore was, comprehensively, the best...highly recommend! Our Mom currently resides at River Glen. She is very happy with the care she receives and the overall atmosphere. The staff: front desk, administrators, nurses, caregivers, dining staff, cleaning crew are all friendly and very professional. The nursing staff/caregivers are proactive and communicative. The overall ambience is cozy and charming. We and Mom are well pleased.

Our mom is residing in the assisted living apartments. Prior to Mom's move in, we had a review meeting with multiple department heads. That was impressive. All our questions were answered ensuring us that this was the best fit for Mom. Mom loves her sunny apt and tells us of the helpful/friendly demeanor of the staff members. Everyone involved: front desk personnel, nurses, caregivers, food service, activity people, directorial members, cleaning people are great. We have never encountered a more friendly and communicative staff. All cozy areas of the facility -- indoor/outdoor -- are utilized for multiple activities/events. All residents are welcomed and encouraged to participate. On the care side: Due to several chronic conditions, Mom requires quite a bit of help, and we never are worried that she isn't receiving professional/proactive care. The nursing/caregiver staff always communicate quickly and professionally with any questions/input regarding Mom's medical/pharmaceutical/assist needs. That is huge. It is evident that the staff likes being there and enjoys the residents.

Our mom has lived at River Glenn for 8 months. Love the care and joyful attitude from all. Just attended their annual Ice Cream social with hre children, grandchildren and great grandchildren- a wonderful time had by all... Great car show, Dixieland band... and the best hot dogs ever!

Our mom has lived in Lincolnwood Place for 7 years. She loves the staff; [Name removed] and his staff are very very understanding. it may take then a while to get parts, but they get the job done. Recently [Name removed] actually personally purchased a digital thermostat for our mom so she could adjust her own hvac. She is almost blind so a digital unit was essential. [Name removed], the assistant director of maintenance is always a gem as is [Name removed] the head housekeeper. We highly recommend this facility, It is a hidden delight.

I moved my Mother into the Sheridan when it opened in Sept 2016. She lived in three other facilities before coming to the Sheridan. Eleven years ago she moved into an assisted living facility 5 hours from Elgin. As time past she began to have memory problems. Since I am the only family member I decided to move her near me. The Sheridan at Tyler Creek staff members on the memory floor were good for my mother. If problems became noticeable such as getting sick, if she fell, had a bruise, or any concerns that they felt needed attention, they immediately called me. My mother received excellent care during her stay at the Sheridan. The Memory Care Director was excellent to work with. She listened to my concerns and did what was best for my mother. I appreciate everything she did for mom. The day my mother past several caregivers came to her room to say their final good bye. Some left in tears. I knew at that time I placed my mother in good hands at the Sheridan. The caregivers cared about my MOTHER.

Autumn Ridge has been a blessing for our family and daughter, [Name removed]. The administrative staff have worked at Autumn Ridge for many years which speaks volumes. The facility is beautiful, well maintained and the residents are treated with respect and well cared for.
