Wow what a great place. So clean and nice. My sister [Removed] and I toured.

Very pleased with this community. Very clean. Nice people. Good rating.

My dad is doing very well living here with the community . We are very happy with how the memory care is provided by them. It was a good fit for my dad.

I was there last week. It is lovely and relatively reasonable. I found out last night that my in-law cousin's mom is in assisted living there. She's comfortable there, and my husband's cousin is thrilled with the care she is getting there.

I toured this community for my mom. The staff was nice and the environment [Removed] was clean. The community was clean and I liked the variety on the menu and the healthy meals that would have been offered. We liked the list of activities. We wanted something closer. This community has a lot of offer. We would suggest that families tour this community for care

We started working with Spring Hills Home Health Care when our Father, 90 years old, fell and broke his wrist. He was in the hospital for a few days and then went to a physical rehab center to regain his strength. He lives in an assisted living facility but we thought he might need some extra help once he got back home, to “get back in the swing” of things. The team from Spring Hills has been amazing!!! They met with us explained all the services they offer and we started with the 72 hour continuous care program. They attended the discharge planning meeting at the rehab facility, they escorted Dad back to his apartment and stayed with him round the clock for the first 3 days. The staff was continually checking in with us and our Dad and nothing fell through the cracks. We would not have been able to manage the “maze” of doctors, therapists evaluations etc. without them. They have been available day and night and the level of comfort that brings cannot be measured. We highly recommend their services. Bottom line, they do what they say they are going to do and we sleep better at night knowing our Dad is being taken care of.

I'am satisfied with my fathers move to this community. He is doing well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for. He is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is good, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. Everything is working our well, and this community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

LOVED IT! [Removed] was great and the community was open and beautifully cared for. The rooms are very nice, just waiting to see when the room becomes available and In-Laws stamp of approval.

Courtyard Fountains is a beautiful community with a lot of great activities for my father-in-law. They encourage the residents to participate in the activities offered. The staff is just awesome, they go out of their way to make everyone, residents and family members feel right at home. They are very attentive to any assistance that he needs. We have dined there with my father-in-law and the food is good. We would definitely recommend Courtyard Fountains to others.

Lakeside is just beautiful and will look more beautiful after the new company completes all the renovations. They are in the process of repaving the roads and repairing and updating around the community. For the most part, the staff is very friendly but with all the commotion of a new company taking over, some confusion is to be expected. They offer a few activities at the club house, and residents can take bus trips for different outings. It's an older crowd right now so our tastes in activities are not the same. You can order food and they bring it to you. We live in an apartment which is a huge one bedroom and we do our own cooking. My one complaint is there is not enough storage space. They pay electric, gas and water. My husband may need more care in the future so we may have to move. I want to thank [Removed] at Lakeside he was a big help because we needed a place fast.

So far the care is going good, it's all really good here in the community. My dad looks happy and he does participate in the activities and programs and gets physical therapy on site. They are a little slow with the maintenance. The shelf in the closet was not fit for one in a wheelchair but they did adjusted it after many requests. I like that I saw a newer community and it looked like a good fit.

This is an OK community for care. The staff is friendly and the environment of the community is very nice. The community is clean and maintained. They do offer activities and attempt to engage all community members. The activities are varied and more substantive than someone just trying to fill-up space on the calendar. At other places I have seen reading the horoscopes for the day out loud considered an activity. Let's be honest, no one wants to put a loved one in a care institution. Its not like home. At times I have found it difficult to locate staff but I think that is how it is at all of these places. We would recommend the care for other families but encourage family participation.

The staff have been encouraging, attentive, patient and kind to my mom. She likes to participate in the music activities and enjoys playing bingo. She has a nice apartment and they keep the community clean. The staff are responsive to my questions and with anything I need assistance with. You do not have to sign a lease and they did work with us. They have been accommodating and I would recommend this community.

My mother in law was a resident at Addington place in Johns Creek. Christine the director, is the most amazing person! The staff is consistently caring, efficient, kind and go over and above in everything.[Removed] keep the activities constant and so entertaining, along with decorations.[Removed] is wonderful along with her nurses.We were so blessed to live so close . I can't say enough about this wonderful place and most of all it feels like home, nice and quaint.

My loved one just loves the place, so much that she doesn't want to come home! It was actually a coincidence because she loves going to Sunday school, at it turns out that half of her Sunday school class live in Clen-Moore Place! The facility is beautiful and she eats lunch with her friends regularly. None of the other facilities we toured even compared!

Everything has worked out very well since my mothers move to this community. I'am satisfied with all they have done for my family. She is safe, and in good hands here in this facility. They have helpful, and in all is well for us in this community.

A good contender buy prefer their Blue Island location better.

My mother in law is still in the phase of transitioning from her home to this place but then again no matter where we had placed her she would have had a hard time. . She is doing much better thanks to the staff of being empathetic and patient. In fact we went back several times to them before placing her to ease everyones mind that this was going to be the right fit and every time we went back they always welcomed us never made us feel that we were bothersome to them My mother in law is slowly coming around to the food she is slowly starting to eat but I have eaten there a few times and the food is really good. I think once she gets more settled in she might like to participate in the activities they offer. Over all I am very pleased with this location my mom had been in one of their sister communities and she really liked it there as well so I honestly expect the same once she settles in. .

When we toured with the community we saw they didn't have an opening for the right type of room. The representative was very kind, nice, and informative. They had a very long wait list if we wanted a room.

We could not be happier with the decision to move mom into this community. The staff have been considerate and friendly. The food is good and she is even gaining weight. She is able to receive therapy here and she has really improved. This is an active community and I would recommend it.
