There are some good staffing there and some other staffing I did not care for all. The food was good. The room sizes and layout were really good. I had given them a chair alarm to use for my mom. They never put the chair alarm on her chair. My mom fell and hit her head and had to go to the hospital.

My understanding would be that they would be taken care of all his needs however, while he was there he developed pressure ulcers and there were not attended to at all. My dad had severe dementia, he would lay in bed all day and he wouldn't eat and drink. He then had to go to the hospital for severe dehydration and stage 4 pressure ulcers , upon release had to go into skill nursing and he passed away soon after.

They seem to be dedicated to keeping things at the community clean. The staff is great; they are even bringing us our meals to our rooms and they go above and beyond. The food is good, although it is a little fattening. The main thing is that they cannot accommodate for special diets. Previous to the Covid-19 pandemic, they had adequate activities, however they could have been better and had more.

The tour was nice, the variety of the different styles of apartments were great to see. The price is higher than most and the various levels of care is lower as well. This is definitely a community for older adults that don’t need a lot of assistance.

We are so happy that my mother was willing to look at the Sheridan. This is the 1st facility that we looked at. [Name removed] was very kind. I was impressed that he has been apart of the organization for 9 years. We really enjoyed being able to talk with one of your residents. She had been there for 3 years and was happy there. We personally did not like the facility. It was not warm, too corporate, limited menu. We also did not the like the room that they showed us. It was not clean and faced a brick wall. We wanted to see something homey and this place did not present that very well. But overall it was a victory and we hope that even though this was not the property that we will find one that works for my mom and dad.

They were very nice at this facility, but it was a little outdated for my Mom's taste. Didn't see very many of their people out and about.

Bright and cheery and the studio (smallest one) still had a lot of space. Not a good fit for our mom because as an assisted living tenant she did not have use of pool and other facilities on site.

Yes, clean and friendly. I guess I was expecting more care than what was provided. My father did not want to shower, I felt that more effort from the staff could have assisted him in showering. He was there 30 days and showered 3 times. I was there everyday! No one checked if he even was changing clothes or brushing his teeth. Even after I spoke to the staff, there was no change in hygiene. The last day he was there, when I arrived he had no sheets on the bed, he was lying on the air mattress on top of the mattress with no sheet! I did address the staff when I was leaving that day. While I was there, we talked, he said he didn't feel well, he hadn't eaten since lunch the day before, which he only had ice cream. I left him at 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm I received a call that he was on the floor unresponsive. Dad never regained consciousness and passed away at the hospital. Without an autopsy, I have no real answer as to what caused his death. I do not, in any way feel that Park Creek was responsible for his death. I do, however, feel that for the cost, a little bit more care could have been provided.

Very safe and secure. Rooms are on the perimeter with an enclosed courtyard in the center. Pet friendly. I felt the rooms were extremely small though and would not suit my Mom who has been living independently in a row home.

The Woodmark is a high rise family owned facility in the uptown area of the city. It was once a very elegant facility, but now seems tired. Immediately there is a noticeable fragrance that is in the air. While pleasant, it did seem to be covering another not so pleasant fragrance. The common areas are warm, but dim almost dark. Their move in cost is a one time 2500. Studio rents are between 3060-3285 per month. Large one bedroom is 4250 for a limited time and a two bedroom is 6450. There is a 950 per month charge for 2nd resident. All utilities, dining and 24 hr emergency call is included. They could not provide upfront pricing or estimates for care until you are "onboard" and an assessment is made by their nurses. Then they will communicate fees based on their assessment. Their facility is large and offers mountain views of the city on the higher floors and common rooms. They immediately went into incentives unasked and offered to "crunch the numbers." Dining times are 3x's per day and after hours eating was limited to coffee and small snacks. They do offer Memory care rates starting at 4935 per mo for a studio. They allow pets with a fee and a small monthly rental. I didn't like not knowing how to budget for personal care services. Diabetes requiring insulin injections cannot be done. They can manage a couple with varying care needs. Did not see many residents about at 3:30pm. They will provide housekeeping and laundry services but there are also self serve laundry rooms.

I looked at Seasons while trying to find a place for my loved one, and I thought that the community was nice, if a little worn. They are in the middle of sprucing the place up, repainting the walls, and getting new carpeting. I think the updates will definitely be an improvement.

This place is always clean and smells wonderful. Most everyone is very friendly and helpful. Some of the aides need more training in dealing with seniors that have their own opinions. Also, the food leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a nice community bright, open and the staff did a very great job showing me around the assisted living and the memory care plus answering all my questions. They suggested that my mom would do well in the memory care but I felt that this was just not the best fit for her. I would suggest taking their tour here as it is a nice place.

I met with them and it was just not the place we wanted. It might have been good for someone else. It seemed as if we came at a confusing time. It was in the evening during meal time.

[Removed] was super nice. Staff seemed nice as well. If my mom was older and more feeble, this would be great. Saw many residents sleeping in wheelchairs which is not my mom at all.

I had recently taken a tour of this community and I was very impressed with this property. The staff where all awesome and very helpful throughout our visit. They made sure to give us honest feedback and lots of great suggestions on what would be best for my husband. I also liked how clean everything was and the great amenities they had for all of the residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone it was just not the right budget for us in the end decision.

Villa are nice, but for me the rest of the community is nursing home edgy. [Removed] is amazing though!
